Het apartement was zeer ruim en schoon. De locatie is zeer goed, loopafstand city xpress en direct skien. In de omgeving supermarkten en restauranten genoeg. Auto kan je naast gebouw parkeren. Aangezien je in hartje Zell Am See zit is de ruimte beperkt maar prima te doen en GRATIS!. Niks. Voor dit prijsniveau kun je niks beters krijgen in Zell am See.

• Pavel (5/5): Mohu doporučit hlavně asi na zimní sezónu. - Krásný čistý penzion s domácí atmosférou a velmi ochotnou a usměvavou majitelkou 🙂 Bohužel jsme cestovali v létě kdy bylo 30° a museli jsme spát v noci při otevřeném okně což opravdu nebylo příjemné protože na ulici jezdí mnoho aut a tento Penzion je přímo do hlavní ulice :-( Škoda že pokoj neměl klimatizaci problém by byl vyřešen. Věřím že v zimě tohle problém určitě není.

• Eva (10/5): - Krásný čistý útulný dvoulůžkový pokoj s koupelnou. Na pokoji byla i rychlovarná konvice a hrníčky, skleničky, malé talířky a příbory. Paní hostitelka byla velice milá. Je možnost využít saunu zdarma, tu jsme bohužel nestihli. Za poplatek je i prádelna. Parkování bylo opravdu úzké a zajíždělo se nám s větším autem špatně, odřeli jsme si trochu auto a více tam již neparkovali. Stejně nebylo místo, parkovací místa byla pouze 4. Parkování naproti vedle benzinky je přes den placené, přes noc zdarma, u jezera u sportovišť je velké parkoviště zdarma (pěsky trvá cesta cca 30 min), hlavně bylo parkoviště téměř prázdné. Ubytování je u frekventované silnice, je tedy nutné počítat s ruchem.

• Ji (9/5): Good stay and good location for us - The bed is comfortable and we got everything we needed in the kitchen, the apartment is clean. only the bathroom is too small and our room is close to the street, a bit noisy during the night when the cars pass by. with Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card, you can go to Hallenbad for free, so not big problem for us.

• Lukas (1/5): Avoid ‘Apartment Trinker’ at All Costs – A Nightmare Experience!" - I recently had the misfortune of booking a room at Apartment Trinker for a week, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. This place is a disaster. The noise isolation of the room was absolutely nonexistent. We could hear every single sound from the stairwell, down to the exact words of people’s conversations. Every time someone walked up or down the staircase or left their apartment, it felt like they were right inside our room. Relaxation or rest was impossible. One night, we were even awaken at 3 AM by someone loudly speaking on speakerphone in the stairwell! This was a recurring problem, and despite advertising their rooms as having "soundproof walls" (an outright lie and fraud), the noise was intolerable. When we asked the owners for a quieter room, they completely denied our request and showed zero willingness to help or accommodate. Their dismissive attitude was appalling. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they defensively and absurdly compared their noise isolation to that of professional hotels. Let me be clear: this place is nothing like a hotel. If anything, it feels closer to a torture chamber. The constant, inescapable noise was so unbearable that we left after just three nights, cutting our stay in half. Adding insult to injury, when we requested a partial refund for the nights we didn’t stay, the owners flat-out refused. Their lack of accountability and understanding shows they care more about pocketing your money than ensuring their guests have a comfortable stay. If you value peace, quiet, and honesty in your accommodations, stay far away from Apartment Trinker. This place is not just a waste of money—it’s a recipe for misery. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. You’ll thank yourself later.
• Tomas (9/5): Appartment and location are good. In overall, everything was nice except for the check-in system. - Location of the property is perfect, close to the lifts and town center. Cleanliness and overall quality is good. Young lady who met us at the door was very helpful. The last thing i want to do after arrival is stand outside to make a check in. As a guest I would expect to be welcomed at least at the corridor. Check in system should be relocated to at least the inside of the front door.

Bus stop 2 min walk away to go to salbach area, 5-10 min walk to bus station to catch bus to kaprun and 5-10 min walk to main lift up to zel ski area. Late opening garage across the road good for supplies and 5 min walk to centre of zel for restaurants and bars There was some noise from the road (even in the night) as it’s the main road into zel and apartment 3 is next to this road. It didn’t bother us as we went for skiing and so the windows were closed but in summer if it was warm and the windows had to be open, this would have bothered us.

Also worth mentioning is a great minimarket across the road, which is good when arriving late and or on the weekend. Only one bin for waste in the apartment, although possible and expected to recycle in the end by sorting waste in several different waste categories.

The check-in experience was smooth, the owner who met us was very helpful. The property is super close to the lake and the centre of Zell am See as well. The temperature in our apartment was terribly high all the time despite the fact that the weather outside was relatively cold during our stay (20 degrees Celsius on average). This was probably because the sauna was just under the apartment in the basement. Unfortunately, opening the windows was not really an option, as they were just centimetres away from an unbelievably busy main road, full of lorries, vans, cars, and buses all the time.

• Jolien (9/5): Basic but perfect accommodation for a week of skiing in Zell am See - I went on a ski holiday with a friend and we stayed for 7 nights in apartment 3. On arrival, we were well received and very kindly helped by an elderly man in unloading the luggage. He also helped us bring everything to the flat, thanks! The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was complete with oven and (new) dishwasher including kitchen towels and dishwasher cubes. The room was also very clean, nothing to complain about. Ample supply of large & small towels in the bathroom which were replaced with clean ones in the middle of the week. Trash was also taken away then. There was also a safe. What we did miss was an extra coat rack in the living area for ski jackets etc to dry. In the basement of the building is the ski depot where skis and ski boots can be deposited. This locker can be locked but skis and boots cannot be locked separately. Also located in the basement is the sauna with shower. Relatively basic but everything is there that is needed. You can easily book for an hour via a paper present there. The location of the apartment is very central. Everything is accessible on foot. Opposite the building is the petrol station with a small supermarket that is open from very early until very late, ideal for bread etc. in the morning. In the centre you will find several larger supermarkets. The distance to the ski lift is a 5-minute walk. Ideal for dropping off skis and ski boots at home after skiing to go to the après ski in the village afterwards. An excellent stay and highly recommended for those wanting to go on winter sports in Zell am See. Despite being very central, the flat does face the main road through the village. This creates a lot of noise, both at night and during the day with the windows open. With the windows closed it is fine but with the windows open it was not possible to sleep. So complete silence should not be expected here. We did stay in apartment 3 which was at the front of the building, maybe in a apartment at the back it is less. There are free parking spaces available at the apartment around the house. However, it was not easy to park here and drive out again. If you do not like manoeuvring, you can use a paid parking lot across the street where it is easy to drive in and out.

• Frede27 (9/5): Would book again! - Very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed staying with the Trinker family. Sauna room ticked the box and we had a good time in the very Austrian decor and room design - both good and bad. All in all a very good stay and would definitely go again.
• Calli (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a great value for money apartment - Had a fantastic stay at Appartements Trinker with a friend for our ski holiday. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of fresh towels. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the CityXPress lift as well as Postplatz where you can get buses to trassXPress, Kaprun, Saalbach and Salzburg Airport. Very close to the main town square too. The Trinker family were very friendly at check in.

Spacious, new and well equiped kitchen and generally cozy living in the heartbeat of the city. I would not say dislike but worth mentioning: Bed was a little squeeky and a little crawled but still comfortable enough. Parking spaces were available but they cab be tough to get out of. The house is on main street so it's not really quiet there during the day - no issue for sleeping and for those who count with it like we did :)

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment with bad appliances - The apartment was clean but unfortunately the fridge and microwave were out of order. We stayed there for three days. Didn't notice that the fridge wasn't cooling at first, just to discover that our food has spoiled. The management didn't attend to our complaint till departure.
