- Mohammed (2/5): No more this hotel - The reception staff treated us very poorly. They asked for a deposit, and when there was an issue with my card, I asked them to simply charge an amount from the card instead, but they insisted on the deposit only. After that, they told me they had to lock the minibar/fridge, and that I could not order anything to the room directly from the restaurant unless it went through the reception first. We are staying in a five-star hotel with very expensive rates, so I honestly do not understand why customers are being treated this way. On top of that, the hotel is far from the main attractions, and the service prices are extremely overpriced. I will never repeat this visit again, no matter what.

- Medine Ege (6/5): Décevant - Seul point positif : le personnel. Accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible, il fait de son mieux malgré les conditions de l’établissement. Malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à compenser le reste. Hôtel extrêmement décevant. La propreté est clairement négligée : poussière omniprésente, surfaces sales, entretien insuffisant. Les conditions ne correspondent pas aux attentes minimales pour ce type d’établissement. Expérience à éviter.

Otelin konumu iyi, ulaşım açısından avantajlı bir yerde bulunuyor. Ayrıca personelin ilgisi, güler yüzü ve hizmet kalitesi memnuniyet vericiydi. Konaklamamızdan genel olarak memnun kaldık.

İkci hoşuma gitmeyen durum banyo, sularda müthiş bi gömük kokusu vardı .

Sabah da aracimizi cok kolay sekilde aldik. Check-out islemleri de cok kisa sürede gerceklestirildi. Odalar cok temizdi, otel genel durum olarak temiz ve bakimliydi. Hersey gayet iyiydi.

- CHYNARA (10/5): - Мы в Анкаре впервые. Выбрали этот отель из-за расположения, мы прилетели на операцию племянницы в Bilkent şehir hastanesi и соотношение :цена/ качество было хорошее. По итогу я осталась в восторге от отеля. С первых минут нас окружили заботой и вниманием. Особенно хочу отметить Ramazan bey работающего на ресепшн. Я много путешествую, но такого участия и понимания я не встречала. Онромное спасибо Нам дали хорошие номера, в номере на столе была корзина с фруктами, чистота, великолепные кровати. ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ АБСОЛЮТНО ВСЕ! Сотрудники настолько клиентоориентированные, просто не передать словами. У нас было 2 номера, один на 2 дня, потому что в понедельник должны были положить в больницу. Второй на 4 дня. Но в понедельник нас не госпитализировали, сказали нет мест Отель вошел в положение вошёл в положение и абсолютно без никакой дополнительной оплаты предложили остаться,в одном номере. Это так трогально, до слез. Потому что предстоит операция и лишних денег нет. В номер поставили дополнительную кровать, мягкую удобную, разделили кровать Kung size на 2 односпальные и поменяли все постельное белье. Это все сделал Иззет бей. Пожелал скорейшего выздоровления, столько неподдельного участия, так приятно. Думаю нам не раз предстоит прилетать на контроль и вопроса о выборе другого отеля даже не стоит. Огромное спасибо
