The amount of genuine generosity, welcoming and hospitality… - The hotel Staff are extremely friendly, having a blast everyone is always smiling and welcoming and very very helpful. I’ve been having my coffee at the lobby, Mr. Nadir quality of service and friendliness was incredible. I’ve stayed in different Sheraton’s and Marriotts around the world…. Gotta admit the experience so far beats most of them by miles Visiting Algeria for two weeks is certainly not enough. The amount of genuine generosity, welcoming and hospitality… is unbelievable.
41cinb (2/5): Nightmare stay - I’m currently in my room, wide awake, while a deafening party shakes the walls late into the night. I called reception, desperate for help, but they only told me the party should end “after 12:30 a.m.” — it’s already past midnight and the noise is unbearable. There’s no real solution, and even though the bed is comfortable, it means nothing when you can’t sleep. This hotel clearly prioritizes loud events over the comfort of paying guests. I feel trapped, exhausted, and completely let down. If you actually want to sleep at night, avoid this place at all costs.

Perfect service, very tasty burger, fine dressing on the Caesar’s salad…. And of course fresh local beer from tap. Good luck, young fellow!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the city and the sea. The hotel's location is perfect—close to key attractions and restaurants. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Annaba—whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be coming back!

Luca (8/5): - The hotel itself is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The ordinary cleanings are done to the highest standards but the extraordinary ones shall be improved. The biggest bummer is that they throw parties pretty much every night and the music is very loud and can be heard from the rooms even at the 12th floor, didn't get a great sleep. Loved the staff and the customer attention, floor managers pass frequently to provide you refill to any amenities needed.
Cassidi (6/5): - Staycation here while visiting my husband’s family. Check in: arrived at 2:15pm to check in and was told we had to wait until 3:00pm on the dot. A bit weird but we agreed. At 2:55pm, my husband went to the desk to start the process as we were eager to get settled, was told they weren’t ready yet 😵‍💫. Ended up getting into the room around 3:20pm. Room service: at 3:30 I ordered room service. Some items were not available. So we ordered 2 club sandwiches (which came with fries ) plus an extra order of fries for my son. Sandwiches arrived at 4:45, extremely cold and with no fries! The bread was hard as if the sandwiches had been waiting to be delivered. They arrived with a small bowl of fries for my son at 5:30, which were also freezing cold. Dinner at feast: We opted for half board so we had dinner in the hotel buffet. Quality was extremely bad. It didn’t begin until 7:30pm and we arrived at that time but food was cold even though it just began. Not all food was ready and we had to wait a bit for them to finish setting up. Breakfast: excellent! All items cooked fresh and served warm! Pool: small but nice for small children. Atmosphere is good music is good as well. Cafe on site. We returned to our room after a long morning in the sun to find no AC! We called 3 times within a. 4 hour period before deciding to go to the lobby and speak with someone. Was fixed after dinner. For a Sheraton the quality is just not as it should be, however for Annaba, it is a great start.
dolinar593 (10/5): Short break en route to Algiers - Initially there was an issue with our bottle of pastis which was against hotel rules after I pointed out that it is not written anywhere on their website this was resolved amicably. The staff were welcoming and very helpful a big shoutout for Rachida who spoke perfect English and coped with my Scottish accent. She is a star and I hope she is appreciated by her employers. Room was perfect with a large comfortable bed and clean crisp cotton sheets. Great walk in shower “Italian Shower”. Aircon worked perfectly and was easily adjusted to my liking.

Restaurant italien correct. Nous étions toujours « poursuivis » après les repas pour le paiement (comme si on allait partir sans payer). Un peu de discrétion serait le bienvenu.

Farah (10/5): Excellent - Hôtel magnifique, accueillant et propre. Le personnel à l’accueil est au petit soin et tellement aimable. La chambre spacieuse, la literie excellente j’ai super bien dormi. C’était d’un calme parfait et la vue splendide. Je suis arrivée dans la nuit et matin au réveil une vue comme celle ci n’a pas de prix. Il y’a tous le nécessaire sèche cheveux, machine nespresso, fer à repasser même un rassoir pour monsieur. Un hôtel de luxe!

Oihida (10/5): Superbe séjour - Magnifique séjour au Sheraton à Annaba, tout est magnifique l’hôtel, la chambre, la douche, les espaces communs, le personnel est aux petits soins. L’hôtel est superbement beau de l’extérieur comme de l’intérieur. Superbement bien placé.
Ouissalharize (2/5): Worst of all Sheratons - Very deeply disappointed by this Hotel. The only thing that ties it to the Sheraton chain is the name! Absolute worst case of mismanagement that I have seen in Algeria. I do not know the standards by which they hired the staff, but they are in no way familiar with the basics of hospitality and accommodating the guests. The receptionist Amira is rude, impolite, unprofessional, and inefficient, she did not allow me to check in early, although I had requested it and sent them my arrival time days in advance. She refused to help although she could. Her colleague Sabri on the other hand was very polite and he helped me check in early without any fuss. The staff rang to my room at 2 AM because they forgot to check my card details. Instead of emailing me or leaving me a notice, or calling for details, they chose to deactivate my key, so I went all the way up to my room only to come back again. The buffet was below average, I’ve stayed at 3-star hotels that offered a wider variety. The rooms are not sound proof. On my first night there was an event at the hotel, and I heard loud music very late at night and could not sleep. My advice to any shareholders, change the manager, change the staff, or educate them! My advice to potential guests, you’ll find other better hotels, this is a big fiasco.

MarcoPro2050 (2/5): Pathetic Losing in Annaba - Modern design for a hotel whose air conditioning does not work. The room was hot so we had to open the window (luckily we could). There was no hair dryer in the room nor would any front desk staff bring one to us. I had to ask for an extra pillow multiple times from the front desk. The hotel does not accept major USA credit cards. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was as if the staff had no training or experience in serving breakfast. They were clueless in providing simple tea. It was embarrassing for a Marriott Sheraton and in an ultra modern hotel. There were no managers on duty. Would I stay here again? Never. Would I recommend it to others? Never.

Philippe (6/5): - le service est terriblemtn lent... enregistrement comme check out. impossible d'acceder a la piscine; mm pour simplement y prendre le soleil. il ya ue machine aexpresso; mais les dosettes ne sont aps renouvellées. l'hotel est tres grand ; tres beau masi pas de sauna ou de hammam / la salle de sport est grande mais pas de rameur et bcp de choses en double ou triple.

Sultan (10/5): Exceptional location and unique design - Sheraton Annaba Hotel will be definitely my next stay in Algeria. I liked their high class service and kind hospitality. All hotel's staffs were so friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank all of them and in person I'd like to thank these people for their unusual help and kindness and they are: Nacib, Rachida, karim, zaher, and that person from the Cameroon(I forgot his name) I'd like as well to extend my thanks to the room service staff and in person to chemsou, aamir, layal and shahinaz for their unlimited help and support. I can't deny also to thank all security people in the hotel for being nice and helpful with me and in person I'd like to thank Mr. Abderezak( such a wonderful man ). Special salute to the guys in the two bars in this hotel for their high level service and support. The hotel is in good location being in the city centre yet tranquil and close to the beach. Very good security system making you feel very safe indeed. The service is great too. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Annaba. My son and I stayed there 2 nights at the start of Sept 2017. I traveled all around the world on business regularly for over 25 years and I stayed in many hotels. I can confidently say the Sheraton at Annaba was one of my best experiences staying at hotels. Well done to everyone at the Sheraton , Annaba, Algeria.
