Angela (10/5): Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie oder Freunden - Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Service sehr sehr nett. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, auch um Basel zu besuchen. Perfekt, dass es eine helle Tiefgarage gibt. Die Betten sind so bequem, dass wir noch herausfinden möchten, welche Matratzen es waren, um sie uns selbst zuzulegen. Wir waren zu sechst in drei Doppelzimmern im 18. Stock mit tollem Blick und alle haben dasselbe über die Betten gesagt. Es hat uns alles gefallen.

Miriam (9/5): Hervorragendes Stadthotel mit allem, was den Aufenthalt angenehm und reibungslos gestaltet! - Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend gestaltet. Licht (und Schalter) dort, wo man sie erwartet und braucht. Frühstück sehr gut, Brot hervorragend, Obstsalat frisch und lecker (den lasse ich sonst links liegen). Personal an der Rezeption ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Kühlschrank laut (Studio hat vermutlich einen größeren als Standardzimmer). Klimaanlage konnte von 22° C nur um 3° heruntergestellt werden. Das fand ich zum Schlafen zu warm! Ich habe nicht gefunden, wie man sie ganz ausstellen kann.

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und haben eine moderate Größe. Der Service hat noch Potenzial nach oben und ebenfalls die Sauberkeit. Es wäre zudem wünschenswert, wenn dass Frühstücksbuffet häufiger nachgefüllt wird.

Olha (10/5): - Sehr gemütliches und sauberes Hotel, komfortables Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut, insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht, der Check-out war um 11:00 Uhr vorgesehen. Dennoch kamen die Mitarbeiter bereits um 8:00 Uhr und dann erneut gegen 9:00 Uhr ins Zimmer, um zu reinigen, während wir noch schliefen. Leider hat das unseren Schlaf gestört. Es wäre deutlich angenehmer, wenn Gäste bis zur offiziellen Check-out-Zeit nicht ohne vorherige Absprache gestört würden.

Immerhin konnten wir lauwarme Pizza und Flammkuchen auf dem Zimmer geniessen. Im Saunabereich vermissten wir einen Wasserspender (und wunderten uns über den Hinweis, dass dort keine Getränke konsumiert werden dürfen).

wyco (6/5): Lage sehr gut. - Es war für uns leider nicht ersichtlich, dass der Parkplatz nicht inklusive ist, sondern wir mussten diesen noch zusätzlich bezahlt und auch die Sauna war nicht inklusive, zu diesem doch sehr stolzen Preis. In der Sauna hat es keinen Alarmknopf (bei unserem Saunagang ist jemand ausgerutscht und wir suchten einen Alarmknopf) dieser ist nirgends vorhanden und auch kein Wasserspender. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, leider konnten wir es nicht mehr heizen und es war relative laut (Fenster nicht Schalldicht). Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch das Personal sehr nett.

Heike (10/5): Gute Wahl - Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Bahnhof ist unschlagbar, trotzdem habe ich ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Bahnhof erhalten. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war großartig. Bin im Dunklen angekommen, es gab zwei große Häuser aber keine Leuchtreklame, also stand ich zuerst vor dem Rathaus und durfte dann wieder zurück laufen. Ein kleiner Hinweis in der Bahnunterführung wäre hilfreich gewesen: Hotel Stadt Lörrach in diese Richtigung...

Daniel (5/5): Es gibt noch viel Luft nach oben ... - Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Bades, sowie die Beleuchtung, war ansprechend und modern. Die Zimmerwand zum Nachbarzimmer ist zu dünn - ich konnte das Fernsehprogramm bis 02:00 Uhr mit anhören. Die Bettdecke war zu warm und es stand keine Alternative zur Verfügung. Die Gardinen zur Verdunklung der Fenster war geeignet, aber stellenweise nicht breit genug um die Fensteröffnung voll abzudecken, zumal einige Enden aus der Führung abgerissen waren und herabhingen. Das Klopapier war für ein Haus dieser Art beschämend schlecht, nicht 2-, 3- oder 4-lagig, sondern rauh wie Schmirgelpapier. Die Brötchen waren um 08:00 Uhr morgens bereits wie Gummi, sodass auf das Schnuttbrot umgeschwenkt werden musste.
