- C8774QPcarolc (10/5): Perfect stay!! - We enjoyed a five-star experience in this clean, welcoming, well-maintained hotel. It's not fancy but we weren't in the market for fancy! It's comfortable and affordable and was convenient for us (close to family we were visiting). We will certainly want to return the next time we're in the area. The staff on all shifts was friendly and helpful. The suite was well appointed, the layout was convenient and the bed comfortable. And.....the muffins at breakfast are so YUMMY!

The hotel is close to shopping which makes staying here for long periods of time much more convenient and the rooms are clean. It could use a little updating in the rooms but they do a great job with what they have.

- neysaw2025 (2/5): TERRIBLE - I have been staying here for 6 days in a row and we haven’t had house keeping AT ALL we haven’t had clean towels or sheets we ran out of towels on the second day and nobody has stopped by to supply any at all I had to buy my own towels to shower because they didn’t supply any.. the trash has been full since the 3rd day nobody has came to dump the trash I even sat the trash outside the door thinking they would dump it it’s been sitting there for a few days I also have no sheets on the bed just the mattress protector the rooms are nice but they are not clean and there is no house keeping here I wouldn’t recommend this location THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS !

Clean rooms, great amenities, helpful staff and very good breakfast with lots of food items to choose from. Shopping and restaurants or fast food close by.
- cooltune2 (6/5): - As a Titanium Bonvoy member (50+ different Bonvoy properties last year, 100+ overall properties last year), I’ve seen the full spectrum — from sparkling new builds to… let’s just say “vintage charm.” This one leans toward the latter. The front desk staff was great — friendly and accommodating when I asked for an upgrade (which they kindly gave me). No complaints there. But the room itself? It felt like it had been through some things. The couch might have seen more drama than a daytime soap. The chair looked like it lost a fight with a housecat. Cabinets, walls, and surfaces all bore the battle scars of years gone by — scratches, stains, rips, you name it. Not over the top horrible, but things you notice. It wasn’t a bad stay, and I’ve definitely stayed in worse, but this place is ready for a renovation glow-up. With a little investment, it could absolutely hold its own in the Marriott lineup. The exterior of the property and the lobby areas look good. Until then, manage your expectations — and maybe bring a throw blanket for the couch.

May & NW Expressway have plenty of restaurants to choose from too. There’s an entrance road at the On Cue signal that takes you to the hotel(it’s easier then NW Expressway entrance) Intregris Hospital is nearby so sometimes you hear an ambulance occasionally.
- JEFFERY (6/5): - Great first impression. Looked nice from outside. Lady at check in was great-very friendly and upbeat. Got key and as always I check room before unloading. Elevator was dirty and hallway to room needed swept bad. My thoughts were not good after seeing this. However room was very clean. Bed and pillows were OK but have had more comfortable many other places. Breakfast started T 7 and we ate about 7:40. Food was cold and I mean cold. Not even warm. Milk was in a pitcher and wasn’t cold. Also when pouring, the lid came off. No employees around to see how everything was. If not for front desk lady I would give this a poor rating. She was only reason I gave an OK rating.

- L. (9/5): We like the Residence Inn - the bathroom let this one down - We really like this chain and seek it out amongst others. This one was in a good location and had free parking. Good size room with great kitchen area. Unusually this didn't meet the standard of other Residence Inns. The bathroom required maintenance, there was a greasy handprint on the shower screen and questionable hairs in the shower. The shelf in the shower was loose and there was a lot of mildew. The toilet was also loose. We could hear a very loud mobile phone conversation from the next room which we've never experienced before. The sofa bowed in the middle. The external lighting was visible through the curtains all night.

He put me on hole twice for several minutes and then proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to accommodate the our booking and when i asked wow we go about receiving a refund he would give vague answers about how he would need to ask his manager about that. I sent a message to them hopefully to revolve the issue with management. Have not heard back and have no received refund. Very very upset and am turned away from all Marriotts in future.

They have on unironed clothing; nothing resembling a uniform. I Hd to speak to a manager because someone unlocked he windows and actually opened on in our first floor room. The manager was wearing yoga pants and a USA tshirt with her hair in a messy topknot. She looked like she just rolled out of bed. She had no answer as to why our window would be open, but we were on the “dog run” side of the hotel and it would have taken nothing for someone to get in, as it had opened at least 20 inches. I also complained about the apparent drug deals thatwere occurring outside but on the premises and she knew about them.she simply asked me to let someone know the next time so they could call the police. Our room seemed comfortable except for the strong urine smell in the on-suite bathroom. That toilet was not cleaned properly. I reported that and the “manager” said she would have the supervising housekeeper clean it. Nw the pool.... This Marriott has a nice outdoor space. I thought that Marriotts were nonsmoking properties. There are ashtrays all over the patio and pool area. The pool itself is filthy and green. Only an idiot would get in it. The stair end as full of leaves and it was green even thoughI complained. When the desk clerk came out to look at it, she walked by trash, ash trays and chair cushions thatwere on the ground. She finally came out with someone else and raked the leaves out of the pool but no chemicals were added. I guess I need to call the health department. My husband and I have been loyal Marriott patrons for years. I am extremely disappointed in the lackadaisical was this place is being run and won’t be surprised to see it shut down.

A little early in my opinion, especially for people on vacation. Seems like they saved it for the workers as several walked to the kitchen a few minutes after 9. Friendly staff -- with sweet Jolie leading the way -- and very clean everywhere. Fitness room is massive, with free weights, machines... Large laundry room adjacent, also spotless... and breakfast features tasty scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, breads/bagels, Nutella and a big basket of bananas. Windows open for a breeze and you will love the views from odd-numbered side -- including an amazing OK sunrise. See y'all next time for certain!

I stayed there two nights and housekeeping didn’t check on my room. I don’t know if they had a delay or something but that’s about it. I noticed too that other customers went to front desk to get towels and toilet paper too so I figured that it was the same thing.

- U9670RSpatb (10/5): Nice, quiet motel - A bit out of the way from I-40 & GPS took us way out of the way, but it was a very clean older motel with an almost complete kitchen - microwave, but no oven. We didn't know the area & ended getting a rotisserie chicken at Costco for dinner. (On our way out, we found many fast food places just west of the motel.) But, they had plenty of dishes & silverware & even a small dishwasher in the kitchen area. It felt like a mini home! We felt it was a good value-priced motel. Lobby was remodeled, but rooms weren't. However, it was extremely clean & quiet! Had a good night's sleep there!
