See (2/5): Lousy waste of money - Clean like any other Hilton hotels in other countries The corridor carpet was very dirty. 1 of the rooms smelled really bad. All the rooms are so dark to the point that we had to use our phone lights to switch on n off the lights. All the beds sag in the middle.
Sherry (10/5): Superb! - Hilton lived up to its name again with superb services and location - literally steps away from the cable car station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. One very outstanding front desk staff noteworthy to mention is Ms 胡钰珑 lavender. She was exceedingly helpful and patient with our queries and provided us thoughtful and very useful suggestions and recommendations. In particular, given that we didn't managed to get our train tickets to Shanghai given the prevailing typhoon, she helped coordinated transportation with the hotel to help bring us all the way to our next destination. She went all out of her way to help her customers and did all these invariably with politeness and respect. Her good services embodied all the values of what I thought were fine traditions of good hospitality and I am of the opinion that she has flew Hilton flag high. A certainly great asset to Hilton. Wei (8/5): - It is a clean place with friendly personnel and good customer service. But when I was watching TV in the room at night, some channels were disconnected for a short time and I had to wait for the service to return to normal. Also you can’t use a International credit card such as Visa or Mastercard to pay for the meal in the dining hall.
JEANCLAUDE (8/5): Comfortable hotel - The hotel is located near the southern gate of the mountain site which looks abandoned, many shops are closed, the main entrance seems to have moved to the Northern gate, easier access going up the mountain. Still quite a few restaurants are operating near hotel, few are of quality. The hotel is comfortable up to the general level of quality expected.
