Provided with filling breakfast, with standard menu and accompanied with local food, fruits. Fantastic and helpful staff, thanks to them for making my stay a memorable one. Definitely I will come again to BED.

• Andreas (8/5): Super Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis - Our stay at BED was completely smooth and without any complications. After a long international flight, we were kindly welcomed at the reception and had a quick and easy check-in. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. There were even cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was small but very good, with mostly warm food, soup, yogurt, and fruit. For us, it was the ideal combination to start the day. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, which was perfectly fine for us. Free bikes.

Es de destacar que el hotel tiene servicio de cafe, agua y frutas libre en el lobby todo el día. La atención y el trato es excelente. • Julian (10/5): Tolles und sauberes Hotel mit klasse Personal und kostenlosem Wasser/Kaffee - Wirklich ein hervorragendes Hotel. Super nettes Personal, das ausgezeichnet englisch spricht. In der Hotellobby ist eine Kaffeemaschine und drei große Kühlschränke mit Wasser, an denen man sich jederzeit kostenlos bedienen kann. Das Zimmer ist einfach gehalten und sehr sauber. Ich würde auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel bei einem Besuch in Chiang Mai wieder auswählen. -

• Marjetka (8/5): - The food at the hotel is nothing special. At breakfast, the food was cold, but after we pointed it out, they reheated it. They warm the food every day, so if you arrive early for breakfast, it’s not yet hot. Breakfast is served in the hotel lobby. In the morning, they open all the doors and turn on the fans, so because of the cold air and draft, having breakfast is quite uncomfortable. Water is available at all times, as well as coffee and tea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have good ideas and useful advice and are always ready to help. They organized a cooking class and a car rental for us, but the price was somewhat higher. The room was tidy and clean every day. Once there was no hot water, but they resolved the issue about an hour and a half after we reported it. Bicycle rental is also available for guests.

The hotel itself is clean and inviting, the rooms large and spacious and the breakfast is amazing - a huge variety of food options. The staff are excellent - helped us out booking two activities as well as answering a couple of other queries. The location is great also - 5 minutes walk from the old town and markets. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the team.

Tienen comida y bebida de cortesía las 24h lo que nos vino fenomenal después de pasar todo el día de excursión. Muy bien situado, a apenas 10 minutos andando del centro de Chiang Mai. Cama muy cómoda y habitación amplia. También tienen una piscina grande y chulísima pero no tuvimos tiempo suficiente para utilizarla. Repetiriamos sin duda.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy choices including veggies and made to order eggs. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were too firm. I am a side-sleeper and I needed a foam topper on the bed.

Anyhow, people working at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. We were waiting for a tour pick-up one morning, the young lady brought us some foods in a box for us to eat on the van. When the pick-up had not shown up on time, another employee at the hotel volunteered to call the travel agent if the ride was coming for us. On their Website a bakery was mentioned so we walked to the shop. The bread and cakes were really good so we went back there twice.

All staff members introduced themselves and inquired about my plans just to give tips and advice where they can. I got sick during my stay and front desk directed me to nearby pharmacy and even broght a hot water bottle to my room to help with my stomach cramps. Very thankful. Breakfast was amazing and options of food and juice were vast and different everyday. Room was much nicer than expected with beautiful patio which got plenty of sun. Chiang Mai was my favorite city and this was my favorite hotel. Best value! Thank you for the hospitality!!

• Sabine (10/5): Topp Hotel in super Lage - Die Lage ist um Chiang Mai zu erkunden 1A. Personal ist ja zuvorkommend und super nett. Es ist ein sehr urban modern gehaltenes Hotel. Aber lässt keine Wünsche offen. Riesen Dusche und separate Toilette Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut, wer Aufschnitt oder Käse mag, wird enttäuscht, es gibt aber genug Alternativen! Cornflakes, Früchte, Süßes usw. Ganztägig Wasser, Snacks, Kaffee, Tee, Früchte zur freien Verfügung, ebenso gibt es ein paar Instant-Nudeln zum selbst aufbrühen. Wir wollten noch mal für eine Nacht zurückkommen, leider war es ausgebucht! Alleine das spricht schon für das Hotel! Unser Highlight auch: man kann Netflix und Prime mit seinem Account schauen! Pool ist leider zu kalt zum Schwimmen, zumindest für unsere Knochen 😉

The room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks like bottled water and coffee, tea and fruits available throughout the day. The bathroom layout was unusual, with the toilet and shower connected and the sink placed inside the room, which felt awkward. Breakfast was also somehow disappointing to us, lacking variety and options compared with other hotels we have stayed at in Thailand. The breakfast area is quite small and can get busy.

Altijd alles met een glimlach. Alsook kon je op elk tijdstip gratis water, koffie en thee nemen. Met een overheerlijk koekje, watermeloen of iets anders. Zelden hebben we zulk een hotel gehad met zo een gastvrijheid en behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Ook de ligging van het hotel was fantastisch. 20 minuutje wandelen en je was in het centrum en luchthaven was op 10 min met de taxi. En bovendien was de prijs ook nog mooi meegenomen. Als je Chiang Mai bezoekt is dit hotel zeker een aanrader. Als we echt iets moeten zeggen maar dit is eerder persoonlijk, het zwembadwater was aan de frisse kant maar het hield ons niet tegen om met de voetjes in het water te gaan en als je van een frisse duik houdt dan is dit een pluspunt 😛

• Valéria (10/5): Atendimento nota dez - Funcionários foram incríveis e nos ajudou a reservar um passeio de última hora, que foi incrível. O quarto era super confortável e silencioso. Fazia passeio todos os dias e só ia no hotel para dormir e foi ótima nossa estadia. O café da manhã também era delicioso.

• Claudia (9/5): Super Aufenthalt - Sehr gute Lage und überaus freundliches Personal . Gutes kleines Frühstück Es gibt einen einzigen minus Punkt für das Zimmer. Dies entsprach nicht dem was einem auf den Bildern versprochen wurde. Sehr kleiner Balkon zum Innenhof, dadurch dunkles Zimmer. Wenig ablagefläche am Waschbecken, welches außerhalb des Bades ist.

• Billy (10/5): Een super accommodatie in Chiangmai. - Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Denken met je mee als je een tour wilt maken. Gaven tips e.d. mee. En de locatie is zeer dichtbij de Od Chiangmai Gate. Ik ga hier de volgende keer zeker weer boeken. Geen.

• vijaysG6156IS (10/5): Amazing Stay - BED has a great atmosphere. The staff, particularly Boom, Sije, and Pand are amazing. They are always willing to help and they go out of their way to help. They solve problems. The hotel is very clean.

• VERONICA (10/5): - Excelente. Personal superatento y amable, te hace tú estancia en Chaing Mai más cómoda. El desayuno es genial, variado y muy bueno. Una idea estupenda el disponer todo el día de agua, café , te y fruta. La habitación es amplia y comoda. La ducha grande y con buena presión (no fue habitual en otros hoteles). Limpieza un 10. Seguro que en un próximo viaje a ChiangMai reservaré con vosotros. Muchas gracias

• Elke (10/5): - Zimmer waren neu und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit Pool. Das Personal sprach sehr gut Englisch. Das Frühstück war hervorragend in beide Richtungen, thailändisch und westlich.

• P. (9/5): - Bardzo spokojnie i cicho. Super śniadania - każdego dnia coś trochę innego. Naprawdę świetna kawa z dobrego ekspresu, dostępna 24h na dobę grstis. Pomocny personel. Hotel nowy i zadbany. Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy południowym wejściu do Old City, gdzie można było zjeść super zupy i inne tajskie potrawy z garkuchni do późnej nocy. Jedyny drobny minus to brak szafy na ubrania w pokoju (była tylko mała szafka bardziej na buty niż ubrania).
• dezdemona (10/5): Excellent stay. Again. - Second time here and didn’t regret my coming back. Stayed 10 days and it was, as before, excellent. I love the style of this hotel. It’s quiet - hotel requests guests to be silent between 21:00 and 8:00 - although some tourists from one particular country are either not able to read the signs or just can’t respect them. Great pity. Breakfast is wonderful and varied. Plenty of choices, warm and cold and also vegetarian options. Staff is so friendly, one immediately feels at home. I chose it 2 1/3 years ago because it’s adults only and I didn’t regret it then. And would happily stay here or in one of their other properties again. Thank you, BED Hotels !

• Yuling (10/5): - 早餐很好吃～每天都有不同的變化，公用區還有免費的水果、泡麵可以享用～游泳池也很棒 這次住在101一樓，隔壁剛好是員工出入口，一大早就一直開關門，隔音不好，聲音很大～如果有睡眠障礙的人，可以選擇其他樓層的房間
