- Chiharu (1/5): Very Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a Three-Star Hotel - Very Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a Three-Star Hotel I booked this hotel for several nights based on its central location and online photos, but the actual experience was extremely disappointing. There are only four parking spots available, so parking was a major hassle. The interior of the hotel does not live up to a three-star standard—it feels more like a budget hostel. Both the service and facilities were poor. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures online, and more than half of the power outlets didn’t work. The batteries in the remote controls for both the air conditioner and the TV were dead, rendering both appliances unusable. The floor and room corners were dirty, and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. While the listing claimed three bedrooms, one was essentially part of the living room with zero privacy. The other two small rooms had a strong unpleasant odor. The soundproofing was terrible, and the thin mattresses made it very difficult to sleep. The spring mattress made noise with every movement. Although we had booked multiple nights, we checked out after just one night—even knowing we wouldn’t get a refund—because we simply couldn’t stay any longer. I would not recommend this property to anyone. There are far better options in the area for the same price.

- Wai (5/5): Mostly spending my time travelling around Jeju island. Therefore, not too worried about the room. - The location is spot on nearby to foods and drinks. A hustle and bustle area especially at night. The rooms are clean but have old cigarettes odours. The hotel only provides small towels. Beds are on the hard side.

- JINHYUNG (10/5): 호텔 통 연동 5인실 이용 - 5명의 침대를 찾기가 어려웠습니다.호텔 통 연동이 저희 가족들에게는 적합지 였습니다. 가격대비로 볼때 가성비 좋았습니자. 방(더블.트윈)과 방(트윈.트윈)사이에 문이 있어 소음 예방에도 좋았습니다. 맨위 7층에 숙박했으며. 7층에는 2개의 객실이 있어. 예민한 코로나 상황에도 조금은 안심이 되었고.소음도 전혀 없었습니다.프라이빗함은 없지만. 가성비로는 좋습니다.1층에 전자렌지 있구요 다만 주차는 몇대 댈 수 없어. 불편할 듯 합니다. 저희는 마지막날 새벽 비행기로 렌트카 미리 반납하고.택시 이용해서 불편함이 없었습니다.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Big room with reasonable price - Hotel location is good, walking distance to the shopping street. However, there's nothing much around the hotel area as it's like situated at a quiet back lane. Hotel room's windows open to another block of building (wall) so there's basically no view nor fresh air. Beds are not so comfy. Hotel only provides basic amenities and small towel, not bath towels. Cleanliness is satisfactory. There's a common area at ground floor where there's a water dispenser and a microwave and so a weighing scale to weigh your baggage. Limited parking space where at times the hotel staff would move your car to park just by the roadside.

If you're looking for the same thing, this hotel's great. If you're planning to stay longer, you might want to rethink. - The area's quite shady and really quiet at night and this hotel is in a dark back alley. - The person working the 24hr reception is an old man that speaks very limited English. On arrival he wanted me to check-in by writing my personal details including passport number, nationality, birth date on some sort of sign-in sheet, in exchange for the room key. So yes. Anyone who signs-in after you will have access to all your details. I did not know this beforehand so if this is a risk you're not willing to take, then I suggest you look elsewhere. - They gave us a smoking room, even though they claimed it wasn't, we could smell the smoke that was in the room. - My friend was locked in the bathroom after showering, so we had to trek down to the reception in our PJs in the middle of the night to get the man to unlock it. Judging by his reaction, this is a common problem as he just whipped out this metal toothpick-like object and unlocked the bathroom in a second. - On the bright side, there's a TV and mini fridge included that's free of charge. - No in-room safe. I assume the reception safe ... if there is one at all, will not be free of charge.
