Those 2 women are kind and they have all information you need and will help you for activities information and transfer! The rooms are so clean and they give you some little attention that make a big difference for my stay: water, coffee, fruits, biscuits, towels for the beach… hotel well located in the village and near the beaches. If you stay in kissamos, do not hesitate and stay in this hotel! Nothing

Renate (9/5): - Castell Hotel sehr gut und zentral. Freundliches und sehr hilfbereites Personal. Auch Wäsche kann man im Hotel zum waschen abgeben wenn nötig. Gute Restaurants mit guter Speisekarte, so auch viele andere Geschäfte Gute Busverbindungen nach Falassarna Elafonisi so auch Chania und anderen Ortschaften. Der Hafen von Kissamo ist auch nicht weit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und waren voll zufrieden. Gern wieder !

Giovanni (10/5): Nice hotel in the center of Kissamos - The hotel is situated in the center of Kissamos where the activity is really nice at night. Rooms are functional and very clean. No breakfast is provided but you can have coffee and drinks any time in the lobby as well as fruits and other snacks. Also very good coffees on the seaside 5 minutes walk from the hotel propose breakfasts. The staff is really nice and helping. There is no lift to reach the rooms on the 1st floor but they carry luggages for you. They are also very helpful in providing information regarding visits and activities. I fully recommend this hotel in Kissamos Nothing

Wonderful people, welcoming, they gave us great recommendations for the food and places to visit (let them give you advices!). The hotel is in the center square of Kissamos. There are a lot of parkings nearby. The room is comfortable and has all the services you need, also for cooking. If you need anything else, there is a common area where you can take soap, water, towels and umbrellas for the beach, etc. They also put something to eat for breakfast every morning (fresh fruits, pie, biscuits and hot coffee), for free! Cleaning and towels change everyday. In addition you can benefit from free laundry service. If we really want to find something negative. The shower door had some problem closing and water spilled out.

Renata (10/5): Kissamos, molto turistica ma ottima per una sosta - Letti super comodi, struttura pulita e gestore gentile e disponibile. La camera affacciava sulla piazzetta centrale di Kissamos, quindi vicina a tutto. Al piano era disponibile, oltre a tè e caffè, una buonissima torta per colazione, oltre a una grande quantità di prodotti utili per il soggiorno (per la spiaggia o la cura personale). Il ristorante consigliatoci era troppo turistico, nonostante avessimo specificato di cercare un posto tipico. Nulla che riguardi la camera.

Susanna (10/5): Perfekt - Wir haben zweimal hier, auf der Durchreise übernachtet. Beide Male erhielten wir ein großes Studio, obwohl wir nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Yannis war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns für die Rückfahrt vom Hafen von Kissamos von sich aus ein Taxi bestellt und uns darüber per E-Mail informiert. Was für ein Service! Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, die Ausstattung ebenso. Und wir habrn sehr gut geschlafen!
Barbara (9/5): - Ottima posizione, centrale ma non rumorosa perché la strada è chiusa al traffico dopo le 19 fino al mattino, si trova proprio di fronte al museo archeologico. La camera e' spaziosa e completa di tutto, climatizzazione, frigo, tv bollitore con te, caffè e piccoli biscotti. Bagno con doccia perfettamente funzionante e con vero asciugacapelli. Un piccolo balconcino dove fare colazione dotato anche di uno stendipanni. Pulizia giornaliera accurata con cambio asciugamani. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e fanno la differenza. Mettono a disposizione frutta, biscotti, acqua, libri e tutta una serie di cosmetici e detergenti per il corpo lasciati dai vari turisti. Al mattino sapendo che andavamo in spiagge assolate ci hanno fatto trovare bottigliette di acqua congelata da portarci dietro. A chi vuole sentirsi in famiglia consiglio questo piccolo hotel
Petronella (10/5): Meravigliosa - Abbiamo alloggiato in questa fantastica struttura per 3 giorni. La camera era molto accogliente e pulita, con rispetto degli spazi ed una vista sul lungomare magnifica. Il pezzo forte è l’accoglienza. Lo staff è di una gentilezza unica, mettono a disposizione per gli ospiti un banchetto in comune con tutto l’occorrente per il soggiorno, come se fosse un benvenuto. Puliscono la camera tutti i giorni, sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza e per qualsiasi domanda. La proprietaria ci ha spiegato anche quando e come arrivare nelle spiagge più belle di Creta, compatibilmente con il vento, che va assolutamente considerato durante il il viaggio, mettendo a disposizione anche degli ombrelloni gratuiti per chi ne ha bisogno. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornarci il prima possibile. Super consigliata!

Anuszkiewicz (10/5): - Fantastyczny pobyt i prawdziwa Grecka gościnność. Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum Kissamos. Blisko samochodem do wszystkich atrakcji Krety zachodniej. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone i czyściutkie pokoje. Mnóstwo dodatkowych udogodnień np zimna woda w pokojach, kawa i ciasteczko zawsze w części wspólnej, parasole plażowe. Katarina i Nikki przesympatyczni, zawsze uśmiechnięci i gotowi spełnić każde twoje życzenie. Na 10 puntów daje 15 i polecam to miejsce w 100%.

Susanna (10/5): Extrem gute Wahl. - Das war eine sehr gute Wahl mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hatte ein herkömmliches Doppelzimmer gebucht aber ein Studio mit extra Küche bekommen. Wir hatten eine Menge Platz und gleich 3 Balkontüren. Der Sitzplatz am Balkon mit Blick auf den Platz und die Fußgängerzone war großartig. Insgesamt sehr ruhige aber zentrale Lage.Yiannis und Katerina sind unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Sie stellen ihren Gästen auch allerhand Goodies, wie Obst, Frühstücksutensilien aber auch Bücher etc. zur Verfügung. Wir waren nur kurz hier, aber ich würde es auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt wählen.

Al mattino trovi anche gratuitamente torta e biscottini per la colazione. Niky ci ha dato tantissimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare da veri greci e ci siamo sempre trovati bene.
