- Emma (5/5): will not stay here again - Location was great, close to everything, huge TV and couch to fit the family and large washing machine My child found a crack pipe in the couch cushion which still had drug residue in it, when contacted the host the first sentence they said to me was "well its not mine", they did not offer for the apartment to be cleaned nor did they offer any sort of apology. the beds were made but had black curly hairs on top of the blankets on the double bed and on one of the single beds. the walls were dirty, the toilet seat was broken.

- Carol (5/5): Passable - I loved the location, very close to buses. We couldn't get the stove top to work. A small pack with tea bags,coffee sachets and sugar would have been very welcome.

- Traci (9/5): Perfect place to stay for a family, well equipped kitchen, enormous 14kg washing machine, drier coded entry door allowin - It was well equipped, clean and spacious. The location was great, 30 minute walk to Heirisson Island or the CBD. Queens Park a stones throw away. It was fantastic having off street secure parking.

- Cameron (8/5): Honest review of a discounted booking. I WOULD stay here again. - Quality Samsung TV. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, wraps, cleaning products. Plenty of linen and spare blankets, doonas and throws. No issues with WiFi. Garage space was secure, Left my car there all weekend and explored on foot. Staff were helpful and down to earth. Mould over alot of the bathroom ceiling. Broken pieces of what looked like window surround left near front windows. Child found beer caps under the TV unit. Upstairs units were dropping cigarette butts down into the courtyard - Nothing that ruined a 2 night stay but something to address for future guests.
- Seasons (10/5): A good holiday at city Gardens. Perth - The location in East perth was ideal n close to shops n bus stops. Location situated in a very low density quiet neighbourhood. Most of all,the host Paul was exceptional in his approach n very eager to help in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We would love to come back again for a second round. Nothing to complain at all cos the property was adequately equipped for a small family such as ours.
- Linda (2/5): Very very dirty and unclean property! - location very unclean even though cleaner was there when we arrived. washed out floor mop in kitchen sink. used same dirty clothes to wipe a few areas. Oven was not clean. Didn’t clean light switches,door handles, chairs or lounge which in Covid times should be a priority. never cleaned shower at all but said she did even though we where all there! Towels where thin an threadbare. price you pay and there was no tea/coffee or even a microwave! under couch was filthy an had months of dirt an rubbish. toilet smelt disgusting the whole time as 2 round cut outs in floor had years of dirt/urine in them. outside area was filthy and disgusting. heater didn’t work at all. All in all it was not a good stay due to the high degree of uncleaness of the place .

- Matt (7/5): Well worth the the stay great location would stay again. - Apartment was great awsome couch,TV, Dryer, Washing machine, dishwasher, oven , microwave made cooking and washing easy. was close to centere of perth and thee where plenty of places to go out and eat very central to all locations in perth Main bedroom bed was lumpy and springs could be felt through the mattress and was lopsided, could also have been cleaner in the bathroom hair on the floor and in the shower, little bit more attention to detail on that side.

- Verified traveler (8/5): close to the city & easy to access the main roads. - Clean tidy secure apartment with everything there for a stay e.g. washing machine, dryer cooking and eating utensils. Good area within walking distance, park, lake etc.
- Thérèse (8/5): City Gardens - This unit was in a very convenient location. Easy walk to CAT buses, little shopping area and park. Some basic maintenance could be carried out. It was very dark and 3 lights need changing. The oven didn't work, (or we couldn't work out how to use it) an air conditioner remote didn't work, even after we changed the batteries, so we had no control over it which was very important as my husband had had major surgery and was feeling the cold. Some of the crockery needs to been thrown as it is cracked. The kitchen was very well equipped with a full size fridge and lots of utensils. The beds were very comfortable. We felt very safe and secure in this unit.
