• Christian (6/5): Mehr schlecht als recht. - Das Bad ist sehr eng, die Fugen der Fliesen weisen Schimmel auf und es gibt nur eine Steckdose im Bad und eine im Zimmer. Wir würden nicht mehr dort buchen. Dann kam währen meine Frau geduscht hat die Reinigungskraft herein, ohne vorher Anzuklopfen. Betten waren in Ordnung. Kaffee und Wasser gab es auch.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Leider enttäuschend - Das Zimmer war leider insgesamt runtergekommen und auch nicht so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Ameisen krabbelten durch die Wohnung und wurden nach der „Reinigung“ tot auf dem Boden hinterlassen. Auf eine zweite Beschwerde wurde anschließend nicht geantwortet.
• Sabrina (6/5): - Die Lüftung war ununterbrochen an und hat das Appartement abgekühlt. Zudem hat sie gestunken. Im Badezimmer hat es nach Verwesung und Essen gerochen.
• Shirley (4/5): - Nicely located to Belvedere park and in a quiet area. The shower was fantastic!! We had trouble with the stove and the microwave - neither would turn on, even after trying the light switches thinking it may be on a switch. Overall cleanliness was not great.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not the worst, but won’t return - First, there is no front desk employee to meet. Make sure to read the arrival requirements in order to get into the building. It’s not typical like most reservations. Confirm a few days ahead to get the details of entry for when you actually arrive. I made the mistake of not recognizing that, because I never had to do that with a reservation before. Thankfully, I was able to talk with a representative to square that away when we arrived. Second, bring a flashlight. For most of our time there, the hall lights were not working. If you’re coming in after dark, it’s not a safe feeling. You walk down a dark hallway, step outside to a courtyard, enter another section of the building, walk down another dark hallway, and then to whatever room you’re staying in. Third, the rooms are bare minimum. They are suited as a place to rest after touring the city, and that’s it. We did not see a laundry facility as advertised, nor direction to one. The room on and off had a musty smell, and every now and then, a strong plumbing/sewer odor. Open the windows while you’re in the room. The beds were at least comfortable enough for a good rest after talking all day.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée car studio casiment au niveau sous sol d'un immeuble. Fenêtres très hautes , niveau cour d'un immeuble. Après demande par mail, j'ai obtenu un studio côté jardin plus acceptable. Endroit triste se résumant à 1 couloir de plusieurs studios sans accueil " humain " . Boîte à clés, plutôt cartes pour accéder au logement.
• Talita (8/5): - The room was ok, close to the train station and the most AMAZING Mexican restaurant right outside the hotel( Manolo). Close to the train station. A tad far from center, but local trams are right outside the hotel! You’ll need to get the step by step pictures for check in! :)
• Alain (2/5): inacceptable à 120€/nuit - Les signalements de problèmes n’ont pas été réparés! Réfrigérateur puant malgré nettoyage par mon épouse pui prétendu nettoyage par l’hôtel. Chasse d’eau idem pièce commandée! Sans photo d’odeur ni de bruit de chasse d’eau évidemment…
• Stefanie (4/5): - The communication with the property was consistent and was pleased with how friendly they were. Due to the property not having a front desk you have to go to their sister hotel to get the key, which was inconvenient, it is 20min away on foot. Not too far but be aware that you have to pick up your key elsewhere that the property. Thank goodness you don't need to take the key back to them for checkout. The location of the property is basically right next to the train station and perfectly located. I picked this location though for the use of their laundry facility which is advertised in the property description. The "laundry" they had was a single machine that written on in permanent marker saying dryer. I emailed the property to ask them about the laundry and was emailed back suggested laundry services elsewhere and not at the property. So the details need to be updated accordingly that they do not have laundry services available. I was beyond disappointed when I arrived that the hallway to our room was very dingy and dirty, there was a patch in the ceiling that was open and looked as if there was water damage and it felt very gross. The room itself thankfully was nice and clean and very comfortable. I loved the space that it had and that there was a kitchenette.
• Douglas (10/5): Thumbs up, not for hotels.com though - I really enjoyed the place, well located! What upset me is that hotels.com is really dodge on adding extra fees, so i ended up paying much more than I would if booked same place at different website. Avoid booking from here. Bad support all together!
• Milos (8/5): Good but not for long stays - I used GCA for a 5-night stay. The room is nice, although a bit cramped. The bed is good, and the overall condition of the furniture is good, looks new. Highlight of the bath is the rain shower, so relaxing! So, the room was good, and the GCA location is good too - being close to the main train station and the adjacent mall was very helpful. The bad: the bed is very hard as if there was no mattress, and the pillows too soft. I woke up every morning stiff and with a pain in my back. Also, the fridge was making funny noices on occasion - once it woke me up at 5:30 am, I thought someone was doing the laundry. Turned out to be my fridge. But aside form those 2 issues, all was OK, and I would use it again, especially for shorter stays. OH, to get in you need to meet with the Guest Host, in my case Mr. Israel. So, there is no reception, but there is live person to let you in and show you the room. You just need to arrange for the time of your arrival, through email or by phone as listed in the reservation.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Rundum zufrieden - Gut ausgestattes Apartment. Das Bett war bequem und es war im Hinterhof ruhig, ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Mich persönlich hat es gefreut, dass es im Gemeinschaftsabstellraume eine Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett vorhanden war. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder dort einquartieren.

• Tünde (6/5): Rövid városnéző kiránduláshoz megfelelő - Nagyon jó a fekvése, pályaudvar éppen szemben. A városközpont könnyen elérhető, látnivalók a környéken, üzlet és bevásárló hely közelben. Wifi nagyon jól használható. Tv csatornák több nyelven, magyar éppen nem volt. A takarítás nagyon gyenge, konkrétan a konyhai eszközök elmosogatásával kellett kezdenünk. Minden poros, a padló koszos. A kertre nézéstől nem kell nagy dolgot várni, egy gazos romos kert van csak. A szoba mérete megfelelő, két személynek elegendő.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Der Check-Inn war eine reinste Katastrophe. Die Telefonnummer in der Buchungsbestätigung war nicht vergeben und googelt man die Unterkunft, bekommt man eine Telefonnummer die mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun hat. Erst ein Telefonat mit Expedia gab dann Aufschluss, dass man den Schlüssel in einem Resturanr bekommt. Der Mann dort war sehr nett, allerdings ebenfalls nicht der Ansprechpartner. Die Unterkunft an sich war okay. Das Bad roch extrem nach Chlor. Am Tag der Abreise wurde bereits ab 9:30 (der Check-out ist um 10:00) geschaut ob man endlich putzen kann und wann wir endlich raus sind. Positiv ist die Sauberkeit zu bewerten, dass wars aber dann auch schon. Ein Appartment das ich nicht weiterempfehlen werde und auch nicht mehr buchen werde.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - My friend and I both tried contacting the property ahead of time as requested online, however the number would not connect. We went to the cafe as advertised and was asked to pay a €35 cleaning fee - except the apartment was not clean. The drains were blocked and it took over an hour for the shower to drain. The worst part was around 1.20am on our last night someone came into our room.
• Alex (6/5): - Very small room, mould smell, windows are microscopic and do not provide day light. WiFi reception is horrible and non-stable, TV has 3 programs only. No shampoo provided. Room is clean and good looking, amenities are working. OK for a short stay.

• Marek (8/5): Celkem se mi to líbilo. - Na pokojích nejsou typické hotelové minišampóny ani minimýdla. Místo toho jsme si mohli půjčit standardní šampóny a masku na vlasy ze skříňky na chodbě. Z téže skříňky jsme si rovněž mohli vzít pár sáčků čaje na večer. Dokonce v téže skříňce naleznou ženy hygienické potřeby. Sprcha byla super. A velké skříně jsou taky plus. Co mi vadilo byli černé šmouhy na zdech a taky to, že trvalo dlouho, než se nám podařilo vytopit pokoj. A k wifi se dalo připojit jen u dveří od pokoje. Jinak se mi ubytování celkem líbilo.
• Adam (8/5): Hier kann man gut entspannen - nach Seifenkauf - Wirkte mehr wie eine privat vertriebene Ferienwohnung inkl. Schlüsselübergabe, aber war alles ganz in Ordnung. In dem Preissegment hätte ich nur Duschgel und Shampoo erwartet, doch nicht einmal eine Handseife war vor Ort zu finden. Möglicherweise vergaß man, dass dieses kleine Apartment als Hotelzimmer vermarktet wird. WLAN war extrem langsam. Ich sparte mir den Anruf. Zu beachten ist, dass es keine Rezeption o.ä. gibt. Sonst war alles ganz okay, ich konnte mich gut erholen.

• CARLOS (2/5): PEOR IMPOSIBLE - Horrible, para empezar no nos dieron la habitación por la que pagamos, sino otra de inferior categoría. Estaba sucio, pero muy sucio. De terror !!!!
• E. (6/5): War okay ... aber ohne Klingel - Das Appartement war okay. Der Blick in den Hinterhof jetzt nicht so berauschend. Aber es war grundsätzlich sauber. Die Lage war aucj okay. Nur da es keine Rezeption gibt müsste man vor Ort anrufen um rein zukommen. Wir hatten Glück das gerade zwei andere Besucher raus kamen, die uns weiterhelfen konnten. Die Dame die uns Empfang hat spricht zu dem nur/hauptsächlich englisch, ist aber sehr nett gewesen.
• Neil (6/5): Location great, customer service and cleanlieness - Please read all both positives and negatives. We arrived early and tried calling to check in around 12 - no answer and phone number disconnected, not a great start. Arrived to the property and pressed the buzzer at 2pm, no answer. Waited 5 mins, pressed again, no answer. A Spanish couple arrived and had the same experience, and eventually went into the bar next door where it turns out is where the property manager works with NO information/directions to do this online. When finally checked in, the room appeared spacious and clean until further inspection where we found the previous guests rubbish under the sink not disposed of and genetal hair in the base of the shower. Makes me think what the €35 cleaning fee goes towards. Thankfully the bed sheets were fresh and clean and we had a very spacious king bed in apartment number 1. This apartment is advertised with 'garden view', however this is quite literally overgrown weeds on concrete. Wifi in the apartment was strong and of a good speed. There is also a free communal washing machine and tumble dryer which takes a bit of google translate to get the right settings, but definitely a good perk of the apartment. Location of this apartment is its main draw, being around 500m walk from the main station next to Belvadere Palace. There was also a microwave, hob and fridge. Also plenty of pots and pans to use to cook your own meals. On balance, I would not stay here again due to the service received and cleanlieness.

• Eduardo (8/5): Costosa la limpieza - Buena ubicación. Sol que deben advertir que la limpieza hay que pagarla adicional. Fueron 35€.
• Patrik (6/5): Top zentral aber ein wenig ungepflegt - Das Apartment liegt im Hinterhaus unweit des Hauptbahnhofs. Ist somit sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Durch den sehr guten öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist man zudem auch ohne Auto sehr mobil und erreicht die gewünschten Ziele schnell und einfach. Gerade für Wochenendtrips lohnen sich somit die 48 oder 72 Stunden Fahrkarten. Zum Appartement selbst ist zu sagen dass es ein wenig ungepflegt und nicht zu 100% sauber ist wie man es sich vllt wünschen würde. Da es keine Rezeption gibt erfolgt die Kommunikation vor allem telefonisch. Die Ausstattung hingegen lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Eine kleine küchenzeile, duschbad und ausreichend Stauraum auch für längere Aufenthalte. Also in Summe mittelmäßig aber für einen kurztrip wo es vor allem nur.um das übernachten geht ruhigen Gewissens zu empfehlen.

• Marta (2/5): Place was no Like in the pictures - Apartment Well the studio was not clean and we also have to wait for 45 minutes for someone to come and give us the keys althought we arranged to meet up at 2pm We have to pay 35€ no arrival for the cleaning serviced but the studio was not clean
• alex (4/5): Pequeña y sucia - Nos llevamos una decepcion, una habitacion que no se parece para nada a las fotos, suelo y armarios sucios, la ducha no tragaba y se hacia charco, la tele no cogia los canales y la nevera no enfriaba, estuvimos apunto de cambiar de sitio. Y quisimos que por lo menos nos vinieran a limpiarlo y nos querian cobrar 35 euros. Nada recomendable

• susie (8/5): Quiet, clean, safe Hotel. - Apartment was close to main train station. It happened to be a bit rainy when we arrived and therefore tricky to find at first (sign on entry door was tucked in next to a cafe). So we simply made a call and the hostess came out onto the street to greet us. Lovely, quiet and safe apartment ( 3 keyed doors to go through to get into our apt). Apartment had kitchen with microwave, small fridge, sandwich press, cooktop, pots and crockery/cutlery. It was around 1/2 hr walk downhill to centre of city, but we bought a cheap ‘3 day’ Vienna red card from HBF (nearby main train station) to use on all public transport (that was nearby to apt). Trams and underground found across the road outside apartment and went into town every 10 mins. Easy! Schloss Belvedere around the corner ( 5 mins walk). We really enjoyed our stay.
• Allen (2/5): - Informed the Apartments the time of our arrival as requested. We arrived at the apartment, there was no one there to meet us. After waiting 45 minutes in the rain we tried to call the telephone number provided, only to find it was not used any more, found another number which was disconnected. Contacted Expedia who also failed to contact the apartments. While on the phone to Expedia, a girl appeared and eventually was shown to our apartment, she showed us how to open and lock the door of the apartment and left quickly. The apartment was small, dingy with 2 small windows which were too high up to reach to open.The bed was in a corner of the room with very little room to move pass the foot of the bed to reach the furthest side. A few positives the bed was comfortable and the apartment and bathroom clean. The apartment was close to the main train station and tram stop. All in all a very poor apartment and not good value for money. We would never stay there again

• Kassedi (6/5): Strange Experience - There’s no front desk so we met with the owner’s friend who provided us with a key and showed us the room. My friend and I felt uncomfortable when he took photos of our drivers license. We felt even more suspicious when he said that they didn’t receive our payment and proceeded to charge us for the room. Later, he refunded me back the money (but in cash) after looking at my credit account to prove that I paid. The whole experience was uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe. Its unfortunate since the location is good and the room wasn’t bad. No shampoos or soaps provided.
• John (6/5): Convenient location but poor service - Although contacting the hotel manager before arriving to have someone meet us and check us in, we stood outside for several minutes in bone chilling cold, then returned to the train station to get warm. Later we noticed other arriving guests doing the same. The hotel has no on-site manager. It is very close to the beautiful Belvedere Palace, but so are other hotels. I do not recommend this hotel.
• hhhhh (2/5): really bad, dirty, waste money - no lobby, room have a spider web, strange smell, have lundary so over night can hear someone using lundary really noisy, I saw this hotel photo and went but nothing same as photo view, room is staying half underground, entrance have trash can so smelly, even closed window can feel cold wind, i don,t want use kitchenware because smelly and dirty, have ex visiter's food spot, when opend microwave there have many food spot, room heater also not working, closet almost broken, i really feel waste of my money and time, i just booked another hotel and moved out. if you wanna stay here i strongly recommend find another.
• Patricia (10/5): Hotel limpio y bonito - El cuarto es tal cual aparece en las fotos, muy limpio y tranquilo. El dueño es muy amable y me facilitó todas las cosas. El departamento es muy bonito y nuevo, diría yo. Está cerca de las estaciones y no alejado del centro.
