Ovviamente dopo aver trascorso una giornata in giro per la città, si vorrebbe riposare.. La colazione discreta, mancavano i succhi di frutta per cgi non può bere latte.

The lady comes every day to clean the apartment and put fresh food into the fridge. Francesca,the owner, is very friendly and hospitable. We had a late flight and she allowed us to stay longer. I really recommend this place.

- MICHIKO (9/5): 立地とフランチェスカさん最高 - バルコニーからの眺めが活気のあるお店が見えて、コロッセオ、フォロ・ロマーノまでがとても近くて フランチェスカさんからのローカル案内メールや細やかなサービスが嬉しかったです。 朝食のフレッシュジュースは美味しかったけどカビが生えてる物もありました。 建物のエントランスがカビ臭さかったですが部屋は大丈夫でした。 部屋に入るまでに４ヵ所カギを開けないといけないのが手間でした。 あと、Wi-Fiが弱くて3人部屋のエキストラベッドのクッションがへたっていて残念でした。

La verdad seria injusto decir que hay algo malo , no es un hotel , es un departamento grande en edificio antiguo , pero muy bien reacondicionado , limpio, y comodo.

- Beth (10/5): Excellent location, welcoming staff, and nice rooms made this a great choice for our stay in Rome! - We loved the building with the vintage entrance, marble stairs and wooden elevator. The rooms are nicely appointed, with clean, modern en suite bathrooms. Our host Francesca kept in touch leading up to and throughout our visit and was very helpful with check in/check out. The location could not be better, with the Forum just a block away and the Colesseum just a 5 minute walk. There are multiple metro stations and bus routes close by, making it easy to get around the city, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. This was a great choice for our visit to Rome and we would stay here again! Breakfast is self-serve in the kitchen, with mostly cold options. The kitchen is very well appointed, with options for making coffee drinks and fresh orange juice, and fresh food is replenished daily. It is a good value! However, if you prefer a more substantial breakfast or follow a special diet, you may be better off skipping the breakfast and choosing one of the neighborhood cafes. We loved Bar La Licata, just a short walk away, which opens early and offers vegetarian and vegan options.

- ANTONIA (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα από τα πιο όμορφα σημεία της Ρώμης!!! - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο Κολοσσαίο και πήγαμε σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα με τα πόδια. Όμορφο, ζεστό και καθαρό δωμάτιο με ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο οποιαδήποτε ώρα. Υπέροχο και πλούσιο πρωινό σε ατομικές συσκευασίες στο δωμάτιο μας ή στην κουζίνα του καταλύματος . Η κυρία Φραντζέσκα ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετική σε οτιδήποτε και αν χρειάστηκε . Εννοείται ότι θα μείνω πάλι εκεί εάν ξαναπάω στη Ρώμη. Δυστυχώς δεν έπιανε το ίντερνετ στο δωμάτιο μας.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air con. Staff/owner were so helpful and accommodating and made us very welcome. The WiFi is not brilliant but does work better in the kitchen vs the rooms. This wasn’t an issue for us as we only needed it briefly to book some tickets.

We zijn naar alle bezienswaardigheden gelopen. We hadden koffers bij ons en dat was lastig omhoog en omlaag te krijgen naar/vanaf de 2e verdieping.

The B&B was ideal, but the building itself was confusing to get into and smelled musty on the bottom floor. These 2 issues are not under control of 325 Roons at Fiori. I would stay here again.
