La localisation est plutôt bonne, entre Chiado et Rossio mais sur les hauteurs. Le personnel est attentif et très gentil. Que Lisbonne soit composé de 7 collines 😅 Les montée sont difficiles en fin de journée 🤣 Rien à dire pour l’hôtel. Nous le recommandons.

- David (10/5): A true home a way from home in the middle of Lisbon - Personeel gaf ons meteen het gevoel van thuiskomen, werden super vriendelijk ontvangen en de kamer was erg comfortable. Het hotel ligt zeer centraal in harte Lissabon, alles op loop afstand. We vonden nog een paar haren van de vorige gast in de badkamer.

- Jérémie (9/5): Déjà 2 séjours et 2 très bonnes expériences dans cet hotêl qualitatif et très bien placé :) - Excellent emplacement, chambres sobres et de bon goût sans excès et suffisamment spacieuses, bon équipement et état des installations, propreté impeccable. Spa, piscine, hammam, sauna (qui est d'ailleurs au top pour les amateurs -très bien isolé et efficace un bonheur!!). Restaurant qualitatif avec une super vue sur la ville via 2 rooftops, vraiment classe le soir pour un verre avec une vue splendide sur la ville. Seconde fois dans cet hotêl a plusieurs années d'intervalle et la qualité a été maintenue. Cette seconde fois était avec mes parents et l'hotêl a pensé à nous placé dans des chambres côte à côte, aimable attention qui s'est révélée fort pratique au quotidien ! Un staff super aimable et efficace qui vous sert au mieux. RAS. Peut-être 1 ou 2 douches privatives de plus pour se rincer après hammam et sauna mais il n'y a pas la place je pense. Une fontaine à glace pilée pour l'après sauna serait le must mais je pinaille xD

After a week of business, I was looking for a relaxing hotel. - Sarah (10/5): Short break with family in a lovely hotel with a perfect location - Our rooms were lovely and clean with a really comfortable bed.Loved the complimentary mini bar with the room and the lovely mugs for our drinks with a Lisbon famous poet on them.The spa was great nice sauna relaxing spa beds nice steam room and the poor with its massage jets.We loved the roof top restaurant you could have a drink and admire the view.Breakfast was amazing continental cakes pastries fruit yogurt juices cheeses hams and salmon then hot options of scrambled egg bacon etc.Lots of choices of hot drinks and sparkling wine as well.The staff on reception were absolutely lovely helpful really looking after us an absolute credit to the hotel they made our stay really special so polite and friendly special thanks for the great help with our luggage the gentleman was attentive friendly and professional. it was a family stay and everybody made us feel really happy.The decor in the hotel is really stylish. Liked the literary feel with souvenirs available reflecting their famous poet.We didn’t eat any other meals except breakfast but the menu seemed quite extensive.The hotel is also central in Lisbon. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only small issue was that the shower water would leak onto the carpet when the shower door was opened once finished showering.

We will book again when we return! The walls seemed to be fairly thin so we could hear our neighbors. We were concerned that every time we used the hangers they hit the closet wall and that our neighbors could hear that in their room too. Also, we’d have to stay a week to figure out which light switch went to what. I’m not really sure why hotels rooms are wired with the light switch outside of the bathroom but that is not unique to this hotel. But we would and hopefully will stay again!!!

Le petit déjeuner est incroyable tout comme les repas au restaurant et les cocktails avec cette vue imprenable depuis le rooftop. Quant au spa il permet de se détendre après une journée de visite!

Auch das Personal und Zimmer sind gut. das "BAD" war für den Preis einfach naja....letztlich wurde einfach ein Teil des Zimmers durch sehr dünne Kunststoffwände abgetrennt und einmal eine Duschkabine und einmal eine Klokabine dahinter gesetzt. Waschtisch und Spiegel waren dann eigentlich im eigentlichen Zimmer mit drin. Für den Preis hätte ich ein ordentliches Badezimmer erwartet.

- 817fraserm (10/5): A fantastic hotel - A fantastic hotel with great, well appointed, rooms and tremendous facilities. The buffet breakfast uses top quality local food in a great environment with booths overlooking Castelo de São Jorge. Staff are friendly and helpful and the spa facilities are very good. In a great central location, beside Largo de Carmo with a huge selection of restaurants and bars a short stroll away. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly, especially Yasoja at the reception, who was incredibly kind and always there for us whenever we needed anything. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very delicious. Highly recommended!

The location was great for exploring the city and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We have 2 teenagers, and were able to book a room with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We also had a car, and there is a garage for parking onsite (for a reasonable fee). Highly recommend for a family hotel.

- Laura (10/5): Exceptional hotel with incredible rooftop and spa and staff - Immediately the staff at reception were incredibly welcoming and best vibes. Only stayed for 2 nights but 2 of the staff members said hello at the lobby and enjoy yourself. Little things like that mean a lot and me and my 4 friends were so so impressed. ALSO the spa, sauna was SENSATIONAL. To have that in the central city was amazing. Also the bed and room was gorgeous Nothing- I’m definitely bringing my partner to this hotel. 10/10

The location was perfect and all the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was comfortable, stylish and very clean. I enjoyed the restaurant and roof bar, with great views of the city, day and night. The Spa and amazing massage was a particular highlight. The connection with Fernando Pessoa was very interesting and I’m just sorry we weren’t able to go on the Friday morning Fernando Pessoa walking tour, (offered free by the hotel), due to our departure time. The en suite bathroom sliding door was a little heavy to manage.

At check in the staff must have noticed it was my 60th birthday the next day, next day at breakfast I received cake from the staff who sang me happy birthday. When I returned to my room that afternoon there was a card from the hotel staff in my room, along with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in an ice bucket, and more cake ! Hotel is spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, top class customer care. Beautiful rooftop bar with views of Sao Jorge Castle lit up at night. Reasonably priced drinks and breakfast was fantastic with huge selection of hot and cold food. Located about 5 minute walk from waterfront and from the main avenue and tourist area in Lisbon. Highly recommended. Small nit in the scheme of things, but an iron in the room would be great addition
