• Simon (8/5): Lovely location and nice accomodation but just needs a bit more attention to detail from the owners. - Excellent location, near to the beach and Westbourne cafes and shops. There were just some details that needed attention, like one of the bathroom bulbs had gone, there was no comfy seating to relax in the rooms, both the dining table chairs had loose or in one case missing screws in the bottom, the wardrobe had a broken hinge and the shower head was scaled up so I had a to spend 5 minutes getting scale out of the holes so water would flow properly out of it. (ps I should have reported the chair to the owner but didn't have time when there and then forgot about it until now! - I'm sure if I'd mentioned it then it would have been sorted.)

• Koulla (10/5): - Lovely place to stay the only thing is the parking if you come back late at night there’s nowhere to park. We had to park a bit far only because at the front of the property there’s was a car that took two spaces. It happened on both nights. Other than that a very good stay

We stayed here to help our daughter move house so after a hard day moving furniture we were so grateful to find a couple of cold beers waiting in the fridge for us! My husband said he would give 5 stars just for that! Would definitely stay here again
• Sandy (10/5): Very pleasant, with easy access to walks etc - Very nice property good location We took our little dog , it wasn’t quite right for us when the dog is with you as he barked when people came back to the other apartments, so we were worried about disturbing others. We would certainly go again but leave our four legged friend at home .

• Joeli (3/5): Good location for beach. Clean apartment. Very small and very hot attic room. - It was clean It’s was an attic room that was extremely hot. This was made worse as we had very high temperatures, however my friend’s room down stairs was far more comfortable. The bed was very small and my husband struggled as his feet hung over the edge of bed. Also the bed seemed small for 2 adults. With a camp bed in the same small room which added to the heat problem. No freezer which was very inconvenient as we wanted ice packs to take in cool bag to the beach. We left a day early as had very little sleep during our stay. I was not aware that the room I had booked was on 3rd floor and wouldn’t have booked this if I had known.
• Turner (10/5): Brilliant 2 bedtoom 2 bathroom Apartment - Really good location. Clean with all you need. Must say the beds and pillows are amongst the best we have had in a self catering apartment. • Huw (8/5): Lovely place, nice & quiet, great location less than 10 min walk to the beach. - Perfect location, nice & quiet, 10 minutes walk to the beach. We stayed in the top floor apartment. Very tastefully modernised & the open plan sitting-room/kitchen was perfect for us to relax in & the bedroom with en-suite shower was very comfortable. Just to beware when booking you will be asked to pay an extra fee for damages. Also sometimes contradictory messages from the owner during our stay, different from the instructions in the apartment which was a little confusing.

Rang owner twice no answer Emailed him then he rang back. Patronising suggested we couldn’t operate the key safe and said the key must be in there A lady appeared and let us in.
• Janet (2/5): - I booked and paid for apartment 2 ground floor with garden view. however we were given an attic apartment up about 35 stairs. My husband is 85 years old and disabled. I complained to the owner and was told they could not move us as they were full.They must have put someone else in the apartment we had booked and paid for. A bottle of wine and a few chocolates were put in our room as compensation. We did stay having made the journey buy found it very difficult managing the stairs . The usable area in the living kitchen area was so small only one person could sit on the settee as the other end was under the eaves and was not suitable for us at all. Iwould like a refund of the additional money I paid for the more luxurious apartment that we booked

• Gill (10/5): Boutique hotel apartment by the sea - Self contained apartment with kitchen facilities - decoration in the bedroom was a boutique hotel style - quiet residential street - nice comfy bed - slept like a log! I understand it is close to the beach - had a packed weekend so didn’t get a chance to see the beach! Would recommend this accomodation!

• Karyn (6/5): We had a plenty stay, the flat was comfortable and clean but smaller than had been expected and as appeared on pictures. - The common areas were clean and very nicely presented. The flat itself was also the same We were a little surprised how small the flat was from the pictures and, also being on the top floor and effectively built in the attic with sloped ceilings, quite the proportion of the flat where it was hard not to hit your head. When we have previously stayed in similar pleases, where there are kitchen facilities, items such as salt, pepper, washing up liquid, additional bin bags and toilet rolls. Additionally dog friendly places have always provided at a minimum a bowl for dog food / water and often treats. The last place we stayed in the same area left a list of all the dog friendly beaches and restaurants - I don’t necessarily say this is a must, but it is an example which really enhances how you feel about being made welcome.

• Hazel (5/5): It would benefit from a new carpet where it was sodden , the smell wasn’t good, which put a negativ. - It was an apartment so provided your own food. Unfortunately one of the radiators in one of the bedrooms had been leaking for quite some time (according to the plumber that came out) and the carpet was absolutely saturated, hence an awful smell in that room which made it unpleasant to sleep in.

• Prety (8/5): Great Location, clean apartments! - Good location, Alum Chine is a great sandy beach and is walking distance. All other areas of interest are a short drive away which is great. Day trips to durdle door, Moor Valley country park easily done in half a day if needed. Great communication from the owners. Smart TV helped keep the little one entertained! Enjoyed our stay and would book again! If you have difficulties with stairs ensure you ask for a room on the ground floor. Being on the top floor was ok for us but something to keep in mind. Also even though their are spaces for 5 cars, it's not possible to fit 5 in the spaces, so be prepared to look for street parking if you are the last one to park (plenty available).
