• kanako (7/5): まあまあ。 - 部屋の温度が適当にできた。 車で簡単に着けた。駐車料もなし。 電車の音がかなり大きい。 部屋ばきスリッパが柔らかすぎて足の出し入れが上手くできなかった。

• Fang Tzu (8/5): 駕車需駛進停車場以抵達旅館，鄰近車站的經濟住宿選擇 - 早餐種類豐富，以1100yen的價格可以吃到咖哩飯、優格、和洋式的多種菜品、新鮮果汁及咖啡和牛奶等多種飲料，甚至還有現烤鬆餅，是非常滿足的享受。雙床房的價格以及環境也都非常的實惠，是商務以及旅遊的住客非常便利的住宿選擇。 Hotel的位置位於停車場內，初次駕車來訪的旅客會感到意外而不知道該如何抵達。另火車站過近，因此列車經過時的車聲在夜間休息後會更加清楚，雖然有發給耳塞，仍略微影響休息品質。

• Hideo (3/5): 二度と泊まらない - 特になし すべての設備が古すぎる。連泊したのだが、 掃除が雑。洗面所の毛髪がちゃんと掃除されていななった。お湯と水の加減の調整が難しくイライラした。浴槽に取っ手がなく危険を感じた。などなど。

• Masato (5/5): 可ですね。 - 便利な場所にあり、施設は清潔で部屋は広いです。 水回りは古く、お湯と水を別々に調整が必要です。お湯が出るまでやや時間がかかり、初めは湯温が不安定でした。 WiFiは遅くて使い物なりません。結局スマホのギガを使いました。 線路の反対側の部屋を取ってもらいましたが、それでも近くの線路や駅の音はある程度聞こえます。

• johan (7/5): Un lieu pratique à deux pas de la gare pour une simple étape. - Un hôtel bien tenu et pratique pour une étape à deux pas de la gare et à proximité de quelques restaurants. En quelques arrêts de bus, on atteint le vieux quartier, véritable intérêt de cette charmante ville. Pas grand chose, c'est conforme à ce genre d'établissement.

• Joan (1/5): Miscommunication between the hotel and Booking.com is unacceptable and should not result in guest confusion, extra charg - We booked two twin rooms for four guests via Booking.com, with two guests assigned to each room. However, upon check-in, the hotel staff claimed their system only showed two twin rooms for two guests—one guest per room. Even after we presented our booking confirmation clearly stating four guests, they insisted we pay extra for the additional two guests. They claimed to have verified this with both their system and Booking. The entire process delayed us for nearly an hour. To proceed with check-in, we had no choice but to reluctantly pay the additional charges. We reported the issue to Booking.com and provided both the confirmation screenshot and the receipt. Since our stay on 15 April, we’ve sent two emails and one message via the customer service platform—but to date, we have not received any follow-up.
• Geok (10/5): Warm and lovely staff, spacious room - All the staff I've met throughout my stay were lovely, cheerful, warm and welcoming. The hotel is near the train station, less than 10 minutes of walking. Complimentary drinks are served in the lobby at designated time. The room is really spacious, with enough space to do yoga, if you want to. There is no need to step up to get to the bathroom which is great. While the building is old, it was maintained well and kept clean. I was allowed to check-in earlier than the stated time which was totally unexpected. However, the room was not ready yet due to the clogging problem with the toilet ( reminder to all guests to please please only throw toilet tissue into the toilet ). When I highlighted this to the receptionist, I was quickly assigned another room. You can pick up sleepwear from the lobby. Only one pillow for single guests but this is quite common in Japan

• hiroyoshi (2/5): とにかく列車の騒音で寝れない - とにかく他の方のコメント通り電車が夜中ずっとうるさくて寝れない。ホテル側へ事前に電車と反対側とお願いしていたのにも関わらず、全く配慮していただけず線路側、しかも2階なのでまともに一晩中貨物列車の騒音で苦しめられました。部屋の中も掃除は行き届いてなく、水回りもカビだらけ…二度と利用しません。
