- Jerome (4/5): - We checked in and the young man receptionist was very accommodating. We went to our room and everything was worn down and did not appear to be clean at all. It had a terrible musty/moldy smell. The ac units had visible mold. He apologized and gave us another room and the same thing. We were ready to check out and count it as a loss but then he put us on the 3rd floor which was a little better but still not ideal. I went to the store and picked up sanitary wipes and a Lysol air spray to clean the entire place. They claim the smell comes from the pool but the ac units had visible mold on them and the vents and coils were so bad. I took pictures of the ac unit.
It is a health issue for anyone.
When you walk in the entry door by the pool you have to hold your breath due to the smell. Sadly to say, we will not be staying again, and I now second guess the reviews along with Comfort Inns in general.

- Jerry (1/5): Worst experience at a hotel ever. - Breakfast was fine. Nothing special. It was cold and looked unappetizing The manager was not helpful to the customer or her staff. She was rude. We had a problem with our booking and had to pay 3x and we only needed 1 room. It was a mistake which booking was trying to correct but she would not cooperate and said we had to pay and that was that.

I had a super late check in and was greeted kindly, checked in quickly and was super impressed with the person who checked me in. The bed was more firm than I like, but I still slept like a log. I needed to check out early and left a cash deposit, but they sent someone to check my room quickly to be able to return my cash deposit. Bonus, Dutch Bros coffee is across the street.

- Noel (8/5): - Area was safe, Breakfast was good, the only issue I had was that they took almost 2 months to give me back my deposit & the only reason I got it back was because I kept calling them asking why I hadn’t received it yet & finally someone at the front register gave me the email for the manager to get it settled & I received it 2 days later. Other than that everything was good oh and the pool had bbq pits so we got to bbq so that was great

Excellent customer service from the front staff from the ladies that attend you for bfast they went above and beyond . Carpet in the room but that's just me I don't like carpets you can tell if it's actually clean
- Jerry (1/5): We went to watch a Christian concert and the interaction with the staff ruined our experience - The desk staff was not helpful. No manager on site. We had a problem with our booking. They told us to contact booking.com and we did. They would not answer calls or emails from booking when trying to correct the problem. Manager was rude and not willing to help. We needed 1 room and paid for 3. One of which was not confirmed through booking because email was not ours.

- Sarah (5/5): Experience and stay was good. The suite we reserved was just perfect for my family. Be sure when staying on the Mainstay - Great staff. Facility was spacious and clean. The request of a deposit prior to reservation but all else was good.
- Bertha (3/5): A bad experience will never stay there again. - The breakfast was good. Get there early and there is no way they can accommodate you. The staff was rude. After the second day. Had to have the key to the room reprogram. The room is dirty. It was a no smoking room. Ashes were all over the windowsill. Couldn't walk barefoot in the room. The carpet was dirty and sticky. There were other people complaining. When we were checking in. Checking in time is 3:00 pm. But checking out is 11:00 am. Rooms and elevators need air fresheners. It smelled like mold.

- Daryl (1/5): The price they charged me was twice as much as other hotels in the area in to get a room with a sofa - I paid extra for a Queen Room with sleeper sofa. At bedtime we discovered that there were no sheets on the sofa bed. The mattress was so thin and smelled so bad no one could have sleep on it anyway. Two elderly ladies age 90 and 87 had to sleep in one bed. The third guest, who is the adult son of one lady, slept in the other. Then charged me $60 extra on my bill saying I had gotten blood on the sheet.

- Johnatan (6/5): Pleasant - Rooms were spacious. The hotel smelled like Marijuana and people were making alot of noise at the pool when it was supposed to be closed at 10 p.m and they were still out there at 12 a.m. I literally had to call the front desk and complain.
- Nick (4/5): Could be better - The check-in process was very easy. The toilet was too close to the sink that sitting down, you had to adjust yourself and too high for an adult. Room service only came in once, and I had to go to the front desk to get a towel. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Tv is positioned weirdly on the wall. Even if you adjust it, it is at a weird angle. Dish washing doesn't even work. Water pressure in the restroom was very low.

Plus it was not very clean in the kitchen area. I’d definitely didn’t live up to its 8+ review rating. But maybe it was the rain , though not sure that was all of it. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade

- Saralydia (4/5): - We stayed at Mainstay and noticed that Comfort Suites was next to it, as soon as they told us to go passed a door, you can notice the big stench in the hallway. It smelled a lot like dog, urine and the stench was just bad. The rooms were muggy and even though spacious just felt dirty in there. I was very disappointed because I could not cancel my stay because I was still going to be charged.
- Phelix (1/5): The worst experience ever - This property is awful. Dirty, Disgusting, black mold everywhere. The “manager” is a piece of work. Rude, lying, thief that employs a bunch of illegal workers who can’t understand basic things like this needs to be cleaned. Broken down car in parking lot for years, shady Mexican limousine business run out back parking lot and drug dealers set up my closed off non existent swimming pool area. It’s out of service and has been for a while judging from the conditions. The whole place should be condemned and not a front for some slum lord who exposes people to highly toxic black mold and very unsanitary conditions. Everything - old musty, stained curtains and carpet, broken and scratched furniture, BLACK MOLD everywhere and I especially hated the supposed general manager. She needs to be fired and sent back to her country of origin.

But the other hotel they moved us to smelled really bad and the lamps had mold I don’t know if it got wet from the storms they had weeks before we stayed. We check out early by one day and didn’t get any money back.

- Becky (6/5): Great location but... - Location. Checked in at the comfort inn lobby. You couldn't believe the day/night difference between buildings. The carpets were filthy on the first floor, and the deep musty smell permeated throughout the hallways and our room. Wouldn't recommend staying here with any type of allergy.
