• JB (8/5): Great location if travelling north. - Location was great for me travelling north early the next morning. Room was comfortable, although did take a long time to warm up after I arrived. The late check-in didn't work and I had to ring the night manager and get her to come down. It took about fifteen minutes standing in the cold to get this sorted which was frustrating after a long day.

And the set up of the two bedroom apartment was great although it would be good if one of the couches was longer for my 6ft frame when lying on it. Just the couch size

• Anamaria (8/5): - Room was clean and tidy and service desk was very helpful. Definitely need a shower grip mat inside the shower, almost slipped twice. Highly advise! Also, single beds were so small, not comfortable. King single beds would have been much better.

I asked for a refund but it was obviously too late but the lovely lady offered me a credit which was just as good because I knew I would be returning Noisy fridge

• PARK (10/5): Great stay, fantastic comfortable bed. Overall marvelous place for our overnight stay - Did not have breakfast, wasn't aware of it being available. When booking it said breakfast not available with this room. Such a great room with all it's facilities. Clean great comfort and superb location. Could not fault it. Would definitely stay again if situation arises. Could not find any negatives

• Tutuila Lefeau Lio (10/5): - Parking was available and easy access to pick up our key for our room. Friendly front office was great. Also they allowed us a late check out which was fantastic. No complaints.

• Mark Carlton (8/5): Impressive - Easy transition on arrival - pleasant and helpful receptionist - plentiful and roomy basement parking - nice quiet rooms, which were spotlessly clean - good Wifi in room - adequate kitchenette - comfy bed - excellent room layout with slider between bedroom and living - good sized bathroom - handy to restaurants, drive throughs and gas station - overall impressive and would happily stay again Nothing to say here

• Karen (8/5): Convenient, clean, friendly and affordable. - It was close to Massey Uni ( 5 mins). Close to Westfields (4 mins) for getting a quick dinner. Friend greeting. Iron and washing machine/dryer. Easy parking directly outside. Reception closes 7pm. As a lone guest, it’s nice to know someone’s around if needed. Intermittent water leak from dishwasher or fridge - think cleaners would have noticed - floor wet when I arrived, cleaned up, wet again in the morning. No body lotion and a combined shampoo/conditioner. Not a prob for a shirt stay.

• Paula (10/5): Perfect for our one night stay. Room was very quiet at night, parking in site. Very welcoming and friendly reception sta - Good location with short distance walk to Westfield. The Hotel room was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable beds and room was very quiet. Nothing.

• Raquel (8/5): great location and safe clean rooms. - the room was clean, well designed The safety latch that I usually put across the door when I enter a hotel room was broken. I did not feel safe in an unlocked room (the key card was still needed to unlock the door. However the person on reception changed my room straight away and upgraded me _ I was very grateful for this.

• Eve (10/5): Quick Trip - I always stay here. Jenny is always friendly and welcoming, and it's perfect for me to be near work and visiting family. The apartments have everything you need, and the beds are comfy :-) There's never anything I don't like. It's not a hotel with a bar or restaurant, but there are eateries and bars, and the mall all within walking distance. It's all great!

• Gavin (7/5): Overall, a good place to stay if you need somewhere on the North Shore. - Location was easy to find, right next to the motorway. Staff were pleasant to deal with and answered questions with ease and direct knowledge. Water pressure in the shower was sadly disappointing and needs to be turned up considerably.
