- Jelena (10/5): A great stay outside the centre! - The accommodation is near the train station Como Camerlata and there is a local bus stop right outside to take you to Como. The house is lovely, comfy beds, tidy and clean bathroom and a kitchen. There is enough room for suitcases. The small balcony is a great plus. The host sent detailed instructions on how to enter the property. Overall, a good stay.

- Stefania Pieroni 2 (6/5): Buona posizione, ma alcune cose da migliorare. - Buona posizione. Volendo muoversi con il bus, la fermata è a qualche metro. L'appartamento è proprio sulla strada, ma abbastanza ben insonorizzato e non si avverte troppo il rumore dei veicoliu. Buona dimensione. Non molto pulito. Polvere negli angoli. Il letto in alto del castello a scomparsa sembrava fatto da tempo e solo riaperto per l'occasione. Visto che non ci serviva e ingombrava, lo abbiamo chiuso ed e scesa giù polvere. L'incerata sotto le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale...anche no! Il televisore è orientato in modo da non essere ben visibile dal letto matrimoniale. Una staffa orientabile sarebbe l'ideale. Quando si è in vacanza è più frequente guardare la tv dal letto che dal tavolo da pranzo. Offrirei le due opzioni agli ospiti. Il parcheggio privato è vicinissimo, ma molto stretto. Molto difficile parcheggiare al seconda auto se una delle due è più di una utilitaria. Con un BMW già posteggiato, noi abbiamo parcheggiato altrove, non lontano, ma altrove.

- Steffen (7/5): - 10min mit dem Auto oder 20min mit dem Bus von der Innenstadt von Como entfernt. Parkplatz vor dem Haus oder kostenloser Parkplatz direkt um's Eck. Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber über WhatsApp hat sehr gut geklappt. Liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, die sehr viel befahren und laut ist. Das Haus selbst ist hellhörig und man hört die anderen Gäste. Leider waren der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine sehr verschmutzt und wir konnten bzw wollten diese nicht benutzen.

Номер находится вплотную к трассе, постоянный шум , окна заклеены пленкой в номере темнота как в темнице, благо когда тепло открывали двери так называемого балкона во внутренний двор, но там парковка! Не было на кухне дощечки на чем резать! Большой городской сбор и правила выселения забрали у нас много времени , убрать кухню , снять белье ! Заселение в 14.00 а выселение в 10.00 и ты ещё тратишь время на уборку!

L'appartement était propre mais il y avait une odeur d'humidité ou de cigarette ou je ne sais quoi nous avons dû arerer un grand moment des notre arrivée. Nous avons dû effectuer le lit pour mon enfant qui n'était pas fait alors que j'avais bien réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant... Le lit double n'était pas du tout confortable et faisait un bruit de grincement. ( les deux nuits ont été longues). Le logement se trouve sur une avenue principale où la circulation ne s'arrête jamais le bruit est insupportable même si le double vitrage est présent. Je loue sur booking depuis longtemps et je n'ai jamais été déçu comme ça surtout au prix que nous avons payé les deux nuits sans oublier la taxe de séjour à rajouter!!!

L'appartement est un peu trop éloigné du centre-ville et est situé dans une rue peu attrayante ... Mais ce ne sont que des détails. Peut-être, faudrait-il laisser des consignes pour la gestion des ordures ménagères (tri sélectif qui peut-être différent selon les pays, jour de ramassage ? endroit où éventuellement déposer les poubelles ? )

Non ho trovato shampoo per la doccia. Servirebbero almeno due fresine in cucina in modo da scolare la pasta senza doversi bruciare le mani o ricorrere al l'asciugamano. Trovare almeno una bottiglietta di acqua fresca appena arrivati.
