• Anil (9/5): Superb - The location of the hotel is far from Dal lake and Lal Chowk, but it is just 8 to 10 minutes drive so if you have hired a taxi there is no need to stay in hotels near dal lake, which is anyways a crowded area. It is a very good hotel, the room offered to me was very spacious and very well maintained i would rate the hotel above 3 star hotel, the staff is really very courteous, the rooms and the lobby area are very well maintained. The rates are much less than the hotels at Dal Lake with much better amenities. Nothing really, the hotel is situated in a residential locality so don't expect touristy things close to the hotel though it is about 10 minutes drive from every where that you could stay

• Prakhar (10/5): - The property is nice and the service is good. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Food was good, breakfast had multiple varieties as well. Had a nice experience there!

Hotel fare I haven’t found is transparent what was declared at booking.com. It was more than the cost declared and also breakfast was not included here that we didn’t know.

• Khan (1/5): Bad - i was not comfort with the staff, once we enter the hotel for chek in, staff was talk some thing bad about my wife there local language . so we deside to cancel booking . reception staff was very roud and tease the guest with there local language.

• Kapil (4/5): Looks can be deceptive - I stayed in hotel during end of Jan 2023. Booked online seeing the photos and few good reviews. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable feeling. Food is good. Other noticeable concerns: The Hotel is situated away from the Market/City center area. By looks the hotel looks great and If looks can be deceptive then this is the best example. I Stayed for 1.5 days and both days there was no power whole day. It was freezing cold weather (24Jan) but they do not provide room heater/Blower, AC is supposed to work as blower *But there was no power - So no AC*. The Lift got stuck due to power failure my family was stuck for good 10 minutes. The Hotel staff was not even aware that the power has gone and someone is stuck in the lift - Lift alarm button was not working in power failure - This is a Sever safety concern. The restaurant does not have any heater/Blower.

• Helene (3/5): Save your money and just go somewhere else. - Nothing This hotel is not in any way worth the money they ask for. Staff was not helpful with luggage neither on arriver or departure. When arrived at the room, the door was not closing properly and was ringing all the time. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. Hot water is available limited time during the day. And there was a gym right above our heads which was resulting in extreme noise at all time of day and even till late evening. Complaining did not help in any way. We were planning to return, but booked somewhere else instead.

This review is about hotel we stayed in not the site ( Hotel.com) I booked this because of rating and pics of room that have on site and when I went there they showed me totally different room and when i said this not the room i booked because it’s different from pics. Their answer was this is India and I’m not going to get what i have seen in pics. They charged me doubled of the price and after that too I didn’t get even clean sheets and comforter. There was cigarette bud in empty water bottle on bed side. I don’t now when they have cleaned that room last time. Never ever book this hotel. Hotel was fancy but services were horrible. After this horrible experience I booked another one in half price and this hotel is super clean and have awesome services.
