Ekaterina (10/5): Great stay except the neighbors - Location; very kind, respectful, helpful hotel staff; great money value. Everything was great during my stay until the last night. Unfortunately, very loud and disruptive guests checked into room 402. I was right after surgery and was not feeling well, and because of the constant noise during all the night: shouting, jumping, and banging — I was unable to rest at all. Although the reception tried to handle the situation and contacted the guests, the noise did not stop. I would strongly recommend that the hotel take stricter measures in such situations to ensure other guests can rest, especially at night.

Marwa (9/5): I extended my stay from a week to 2.5 weeks because of the amazing service, staff (especially Kasra) and value for money - The location is perfect! The value for money is on par! The rooms are comfortable, clean bathrooms which is always a must for me! And the best part of my extended stay which lasted for 2.5 weeks was how understanding, accommodating, helpful and extremely friendly the staff are! I must make a huge shout out to Kasra who has a smile that lights up the lobby; he was extremely professional, he would go out of his way to fulfill any of my requests and would even be proactive and help in anyway he could! Kasra is a star! This is not just a typical suite, but it sure does possess the qualities of a high star hotel!

Sarah (9/5): I enjoyed staying in Derpa hotel and I will be back again for sure. - The property was near to the Metro station, Nişantaşı area, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, and the transportation from and to the airport was arranged by the property was excellent. The property was safe and room service was really good. The room facilities were great, air conditioning, TV, ironing, and tea and water were served daily. The bathroom filter was not clean, yet the room furniture and carpets are a bit old and better to be changed.

It is surprisingly close to the metro, making it extremely convenient to get around. Across the road, there are many restaurants and a supermarket, which was very handy. The staff are all friendly and their smiles were always comforting, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable.

Miguel (8/5): Buen hotel. Recomendable. - Situado a sólo unos minutos del metro de Osmanbey, este hotel está bastante bien y es muy tranquilo. Las zona es segura, con buen transporte público, y mucho comercio cerca. A 5 ó 10 minutos hay un gran centro comercial. La habitación era muy amplia, agradable y con una cama enorme y cómoda. Todo funcionaba correctamente (enchufes, agua caliente, lamparas...) y estaba limpio. El personal es formal y el checkin fue muy rápido. Hay hoteles que por ese precio, o menos, incluyen el desayuno. El baño está bien y es amplio, aunque le vendría bien una reforma.

Begumisa (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay at Derpa, the hotel is close to the metro station( at the Osmanbey metro station follow Rumeli signs until exit and turn back, the hotel is after a traffic light, so easy to find :) ) it’s also close to shops, restaurants, cafes, malls, it’s in a very central shopping area, lots to explore, the room is spacious, clean, staff is friendly and they kept in touch until my arrival, very helpful, the hotel is real value for money, I will definitely stay again next time. 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍 All super

Pavlovic (4/5): - Ništa mi se nije dopalo. Sve. Objekat nije kao na slikama. Higijena vrlo upitna. Imaju spremačicu koja dolazi svaki dan ali samo zameni peškire i zategne krevet. Nema tu nikakvog čišćenja.
Sezgin (8/5): - The two staff members at the lobby were extremely helpful and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the metro, making it very easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, it’s the perfect place if you want everything close by. Highly recommended!

Margarita (6/5): - Location is great. Easy and friendly communication at the front desk. The unit could be cleaner. The kettle’s cord isn’t long enough to keep it on the table, only under the table. The fridge takes time to start working. The windows are not insulated enough, lots of noise from outside.

Aikaterini (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. As someone dealing with sleep issues and highly sensitive to noise, I truly appreciated their effort to accommodate me with the quietest room available, facing the back of the building. The room itself was spotless and refreshed daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I couldn't recommend this hotel more and will certainly return on my next visit to the beautiful city of Istanbul. Deeply grateful to the staff for their impeccable hospitality! There was nothing I didn't like.

It was a lovely stay.
Kristin (10/5): Great location and even better staff! This room has everything you need at a great price - Murat was an absolutely amazing person and helped me multiple times throughout my stay. He truly went above and beyond. The hotel is located in a great location. There are shops and food (open late) and even a 24hr pharmacy across the street. The metro station has a stop not even a block from the hotel. The room was clean and they cleaned it daily and gave free fresh water. The room has everything you need with little touches like a full length mirror and mini fridge that is actually big enough to put things in. Bring a power strip or small extension cord as the plug ins are limited but this wasn’t really an issue for me as I was traveling solo.
