Постільна білизна була чистою, а вид з вікна - доволі приємним. На жаль, наше враження від проживання було негативним. Головна проблема - повна невідповідність помешкання фотографіям на сайті. Номер у реальності значно менший та виглядає зовсім інакше, ніж на фото. Особливо це стосується ванної кімнати - вона абсолютно не відповідає опублікованим зображенням. Складається враження, що на Booking завантажені фотографії іншого помешкання. Також була вказана некоректна адреса. Після прибуття довелося додатково шукати реальне місце розташування та йти до нього пішки, що створило зайві незручності. Сніданок, який був заявлений як включений у вартість, фактично складався лише з одного круасана та кави, що не відповідає очікуванням від “included breakfast”. Окремо варто зазначити складну комунікацію з контактною особою: вона практично не спілкувалася англійською мовою, через що було дуже важко вирішувати будь-які питання. На зауваження щодо невідповідності фотографій жодної конструктивної відповіді ми не отримали. Також у будинку дуже старий та маленький ліфт, у який фактично поміщається лише одна людина. Також неприємно вразила реакція представників помешкання після звернення в підтримку Booking.com. Служба підтримки намагалася допомогти та розібратися в ситуації, однак представники помешкання фактично ігнорували звернення Booking і не були зацікавлені у вирішенні проблеми. Загалом помешкання не відповідало опису та фотографіям на сайті, через що проживання не виправдало наших очікувань.

Super Lage um zum Olympia Stadion zu kommen (für das Tennisturnier INTERNAZIONALI DI ROMA). 3 Handtücher für jede Person und nach 2 Tagen haben wir neue bekommen, war super). Das Leintuch beim runden Bett hat sich immer verschoben. 🤨 Das war Zimmer 3. Zimmer 1 und 2 haben normale Betten.

• Claudia (3/5): VERGONZOSO NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE - La ubicación tenía cerca la parada de los buses y el vaticano a unas calles LOS DESAGÜES sobre todo del lavabo no bajaba el agua, tenía mal olor, en las fotos donde yo reservé el hospedaje era totalmente diferente al que me dieron y para variar la dirección no era la correcta eran en otra dirección y sin avisarme con anticipación e tenido que llegar a la primera dirección y llamar al timbre tantas veces sin respuesta, NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE estuve 4 días bañándome cn agua fría reclames muchas veces luego el última día encuentro el cubo de la fregona en mi habitación cn restos de desagüe q supongo habrán limpiado y se lo dejaron ahí había echo sus necesidad y el vater y ni siquiera fueron capaces de bajar para q trague la asquerosidad que me dejaron DECEPCIONANTE la imagen que me llevó de este sitio y más la soluciones que nos daban eran largas y largas de q se pasarían a solucionarlo de que si había agua caliente cuando yo no tenía porque mentir, de el porqué entraran en la habitación y dejen suciedad que yo no cause, yo no quiero un rembolso yo quería una solución no volvería ni lo te comenzaría.

Kontakt z wlascicielem poprawny Brak podstawowych rzeczy w kuchni. Nie ma ani talerzy, ani sztuccow, ani czajnika eletrycznego. Pokoj, inny niz zamawiany, ale właścicielka poinformowala ze mozemy zmienic na inny. Finalnie zostalismy w tym z okraglym lozkiem. Ja z corka, maz z synem bo brakowalo oddzielnych łóżek. Okna dziurawe, drewniane. Słychać wszystko z ulicy, w nocy halasuja sluzby miejskie nad ranem trabia samochody. Nie pośpisz... Klimatyzacji brak w pokoju. Sniadania na slodko, kawusia calkiem calkiem, ale personel nie mowi po angielsku. Pokoj nie byl gotowy na umowiona godzine.

Finestre vecchie che fanno passare sia l'aria che il rumore esterno, porte non insonorizzate, bagno privo di bidet ma con al suo posto la muffa, mobilio vecchio rovinato ed economico, cucina senza stoviglie e sporca, niente frigorifero in camera, pochi punti lucie e prese, tanta polvere, colazione in un bar a qualche centinaio di metri dalla struttura e colazione non conforme con le foto del sito.

• Αγης (3/5): Απαράδεκτο - Δυστυχώς δεν μ άρεσε τίποτα ακόμα και οι φωτογραφίες είναι από άλλο δωμάτιο Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε απαράδεκτη κατάσταση: βρώμικο, χωρίς καθαρές πετσέτες και με ελλιπές χαρτί υγείας. Τα παπλώματα δεν είχαν καν παπλωματοθήκες, κάτι που είναι βασικό για στοιχειώδη υγιεινή. Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου χώρος για να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες, παρόλο που μας είχαν πει το αντίθετο. Μας παρέπεμψαν σε ένα καφέ για το “πρωινό”, το οποίο μόνο πρωινό δεν ήταν — ένα κρουασάν και ένας καφές στην εξωφρενική τιμή των 12€ το άτομο. Ήμασταν 9 άτομα, οπότε μιλάμε για σοβαρή επιβάρυνση χωρίς καμία αξία. Δεν υπήρξε καμία σωστή ενημέρωση από πριν για τίποτα από αυτά. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν ότι ο άνθρωπος από το καφέ μας ζήτησε 10€ ανά αποσκευή για να τις “προσέχει” στον χώρο του, κάτι εντελώς απαράδεκτο και εκμεταλλευτικό. Αν υπήρχε επιλογή για 0 αστέρια, θα την έβαζα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Όλα τα άτομα της παρέας είχαν την ίδια αρνητική εμπειρία. Καμία οργάνωση, καμία εξυπηρέτηση, καμία σοβαρότητα. The room was in an unacceptable condition: dirty, with no clean towels and not enough toilet paper. The duvets didn’t even have covers, which is basic hygiene. There was no space to store our luggage, even though we were told there would be. We were directed to a café for “breakfast,” which was a joke — just a croissant and a coffee for an outrageous €12 per person. We were a group of 9, so the cost added up quickly for something with no real value. There was absolutely no proper information given in advance about any of this. To make things worse, the person at the café asked us to pay €10 per bag just to “watch” our luggage, which is completely unacceptable and exploitative. If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would do it without hesitation. Everyone in our group had the same negative experience. No organization, no service, no professionalism.

Stanza troppo piccola per tre letti. - stanza si presenta pulita, in una zona tranquilla, trasporti pubblici nelle vicinanze, staff cordiale stanza troppo piccola per un letto matrimoniale e un singolo, infatti erano attaccati. L'acqua calda nella doccia pareva non funzionare e con portata bassissima, serve prima aprire a lungo il miscelatore del lavandino e poi la doccia. Le foto della struttura nel sito sono diverse da quelle delle stanze reali.

Chuveiro extremamente apertado, água quente não estabiliza, no meio do banho ela esfria. No anuncio está dizendo que tem 2 camas de solteiro, 1 cama de casal grande e 1 cama de solteiro. Leva a entender que tem 3 camas. Porém são só 2. Uma de casal e uma de solteiro. O dono do apartamento tem 2 apartamentos. Eu cheguei no endereço do booking e ela mandou para outro endereço não tão longe. Podia ter avisado antes. Nesse caso as fotos não condizem com o apartamento que ficamos.

• ilaria (6/5): - Ottima posizione e pulito Ho prenotato e pagato una quadrupla ma mi è stata data una tripla. Al telefono non sono mai riuscita a parlare, solo messaggi whatsapp che insistevano che avevo prenotato una matrimoniale o una doppia e che mi aveva fatto il favore dandomi una tripla e che la prenotazione non è a persone ma a stanza ( non importa che ho pagato tassa di soggiorno x 4 e ticket per la colazione da 4) alla fine mi e’ stato dato un materasso gonfiabile facendolo passare come cortesia senza costi aggiuntivi, quando in realtà l’errore non era nostrol. Ovviamente in una camera da 3 già piccola con il materasso gonfiabile abbiamo praticamente creato un letto unico senza possibilità di passare se non gattonando sui letti. Ho provato a fare una nuova prenotazione e propone ancora x 4 persone una camera delux con 2 opzioni; prima opzione 2 letti matrimoniali seconda opzione un letto matrimoniale e due singoli. Inoltre mancava la tenda nella doccia, le finestre essendo di legno erano piene di spifferi e la macchina del caffè non è presente.
• Irene (5/5): - Die Lage war toll. Sehr zentral zum Vatikan, kleiner Shop nebenan. Restaurants mehr als genug überall. Parkplatz vor der Tür , wenn man sucht. Und nicht teuer. Sehr sehr hellhörig, man hörte die Zimmernachbarn von rechts und links. Badezimmer hat Schimmel an Dusche und Waschbecken. Die Decken waren voller Flecken, und nur mit einem Laken bedeckt. Haben die Decken garnicht genutzt. Den Lärm von draußen hört man sehr. Für 1 Nacht ist es ok, wir waren 3 Nächte und es war zu lang.
• Dirk (3/5): Nicht wieder - Die Nähe zum Vatikan Der nicht vorhandene Duschvorhang Wohnung war sehr laut Heizung im Bad immer heiß, konnte man nicht kalt stellen, weil die Regler fehlten Portier sehr unhöflich (schreit einen direkt auf wütendem italienischen an) Frühstück ein Witz, besteht aus einem Crossant, der heiße Kakao besteht aus lauwarmer Milch mit Kakao Pulver drüber gestreut und 100ml Saft. Betten sehr ungemütlich Das runde Bett hatte eine unangenehme Ritze Spühlung Kurztaste defekt
• Zahra (1/5): - Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Claudia war von Anfang an sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich. Besonders als ich mit meinen zwei Kindern ankam und um Hilfe bat, wurde ich respektlos behandelt. Ich habe sie gefragt, wie man die Kochplatte benutzt, da meine Kinder krank waren und ich zumindest etwas heißes Wasser zubereiten wollte. Statt mir zu helfen, bekam ich nur eine unfreundliche Antwort. Außerdem war die Küche nicht nutzbar, obwohl sie in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Es gab keinerlei Ausstattung – keinen Teller, keine Gabel, keinen Löffel. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel, besonders wenn man die Unterkunft gerade wegen der Küche gebucht hat. Auch das Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Insgesamt entspricht nichts den Angaben auf Booking.com. Für den Preis ist diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlenswert, vor allem nicht für Familien mit Kindern. Zusätzlich war auch das Verhalten im Café sehr unangenehm. Wir wurden behandelt, als wären wir unerwünscht, und der Service war äußerst schlecht und respektlos. Ich empfinde das Ganze als Täuschung und werde mich definitiv bei Booking.com beschweren. Ich habe auch Fotos gemacht und werde diese als Beweis einreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Dodatkowo vouchery na śniadanie do pobliskiej kawiarni; samo śniadanie bardzo skromne (kawa i słodka bułka), ale obsługa kawiarni była bardzo miła. Obiekt całkowicie niezgodny z opisem i zdjęciami – brak kuchni i czajnika, a pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, nie widnieje na zdjęciach na Booking. Na wyposażeniu były jedynie ręczniki, suszarka i szklanki. Niedziałające Wi-Fi – mimo zgłoszenia brak jakiejkolwiek reakcji. Kontakt z obsługą bardzo utrudniony – ignorowanie wiadomości, brak pomocy, za to bez problemu wysłano informację o wymeldowaniu. Próba bezpodstawnego podniesienia ceny za późne zameldowanie – najpierw informacja o 20 €, w dniu przylotu żądanie 50 €, co było bardzo stresujące. Ostatecznie opłata wyniosła 20 €, ale cała sytuacja była nieprofesjonalna. Obsługa niemiła i niepomocna.

• Pedro (1/5): Ciudad maravillosa en un pésimo hospedaje. - El anfitrión es bastante grosero, no resuelve, le reserve una habitación muy distinta a la que me entregó, nunca tuvimos acceso a internet. El anfitrión nunca lo resolvió. Pésimo no me gustó nada. Mala experiencia con el anfitrión, no dormí donde debía, lo que me entregó no se parece a lo que le reservé en las fotos, me llevó a otro edificio y fue muy altanera. Nunca hubo internet.

• Giorgia (4/5): - La posizione era buona. Poca pulizia, quattro saponette per 5 persone in tre giorni. Non possedevano neanche la culla per neonati. La colazione era convenzionata con il bar ma si potevano prendere solo cornetti e caffè o latte.

• Laura (4/5): Tienen que revisar muchas cosas... - La ubicación, ubicada en un edificio antiguo pero no estaba mal. Nos pusieron cama supletoria para el niño. Había jabones, pero solo para una ducha que no nos pudimos dar. El desayuno es lo más destacable, nos dieron tickets para desayunar en la cafetería Doria que hace un café increíble y los dulces son espectaculares. A dos minutos de hacer la reserva, me di cuenta que había pedido una noche de más, al pedirle que me lo rectificas en me dijeron que ya no se podía modificar. Avisamos de que no había agua caliente en la ducha, dijeron que vendrían a mirarlo y no nos pudimos duchar ningún día porque no había presión y no se encendía el calentador. La limpieza dejaba que desear y no te cambian las toallas en ningún momento ni vienen a limpiar tampoco. La televisión funciona, pero el mando no. Secador de pared roto, aunque había otro Hay cosas mejorables en la habitación.

Booking ha fatto il minimo sindacale per risolvere il problema con un semplice rimborso che non ha coperto totalmente la differenza per prenotare una nuova stanza altrove. Esperienza terribile. I proprietari mentre ero in viaggio verso la struttura ci hanno liquidato con una scusa ed hanno disdetto la prenotazione. Booking ha fatto il minimo sindacale per risolvere il problema con un semplice rimborso che non ha coperto totalmente la differenza per prenotare una nuova stanza altrove. Esperienza terribile.

• Eleonora (3/5): - Stanza accogliente e struttura moderna nonché posizione strategica vicino a metro e mezzi La stanza era molto carina, piccola per essere una tripla ma l’odore che veniva dal bagno era insopportabile. È un peccato rovinare una stanza così carina con una pecca che potrebbe tranquillamente essere risolta. Vi invito a prendere provvedimenti perché rovina un soggiorno inutilmente.

L’appartamento non corrispondeva alle foto pubblicate su Booking ,cosa già di per sé poco piacevole ,ma il vero disagio è stato non avere l’acqua calda, soprattutto quando si viaggia con un bambino.

I made a reservation one month in advance, trusting in the professionalism and reliability of the establishment. However, just one hour before my arrival, I received a message informing me that my reservation had been canceled, without any clear explanation or alternative solution offered by the staff. This situation caused me serious inconvenience and frustration, and it completely destroyed my trust in the hotel’s management and responsibility. It is unacceptable that, after planning my stay so far ahead, I was left without accommodation at the last minute, showing a total lack of respect for the customer. I sincerely hope the hotel takes steps to improve its service and prevent other guests from experiencing such a disappointing and unprofessional situation.

• Carstianu (1/5): The worst disappointment - I liked the bed bugs that were there and were not mentioned. I liked that there was no heating. I liked that we had plenty of mould. No kettle or anything. Unfortunately the room I have paid for, didn't look nothing like in the pictures. They have bed bugs, the rooms and bathroom has mould. The air conditioning is not working, the heating is not working. I have pictures as proof. Also my children and my husband became the dinner of the bed bugs. The lady that left the key at the store was very rude.
• Ana (4/5): Sin más. - La ubicación es muy cómoda para moverse en transporte público hacia las zonas de interés. Las instalaciones tenían deficiencias fácilmente subsanables que no lo eran por dejadez. Por ejemplo: el baño sin cortina de ducha siquiera. No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, ni aviso, ni utensilios para hacer un mantenimiento mínimo.
• Liliana (10/5): Vacanze romane - L'apposizione sicuramente è la prima caratteristica che ti fa subito dare un voto positivo .Per noi che è la terza volta a Roma e che volevamo visitare san Pietro e i musei vaticani è stata fondamentale la posizione vicinissima e comoda Mi è dispiaciuto non aver interagito con il/la proprietaria personalmente ,ma soltanto tramite whatsapp .Per il resto tutto ok fornitissimo anche il bar dove la struttura si appoggia per la colazione una scelta di brioches da fare rimanere a bocca aperta e tutto molto buono.Sicuramente torneremo con i figli .
