The apartment is beautiful. Nothing, all was perfect. There are no negative aspects, perhaps the only thing is the price, it is a little high but, the apartment is worth that price.

• Polina (1/5): - One of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had. We arrived to an apartment that was simply not cleaned: – the toilet was dirty, with visible traces of feces and hair!!! – the floor had crumbs and dust, – the shelves had plastic wrappers left from previous guests (clearly showed nobody had cleaned the surfaces) – the bed sheet was too small and didn’t cover the mattress, For 315 USD per night, this is absolutely unacceptable. I had requested a baby cot, but there was none in the apartment. The next morning someone just left a bag with the cot in the hallway — not inside, not set up, not even mentioned. I had no idea it was a baby cot. There is also a dedicated storage room in the bathroom for cleaning tools, but instead everything was placed in the wardrobe meant for clothes. I expected at least some support or cleaning the next day, but nothing was done. They did not answer my calls, did not send anyone to fix the situation, and never connected me with a manager — despite promising to do so. I am attaching screenshots of our conversation so you can see that they never solved anything and simply stopped responding. And you can see that the property admitted that the apartment was left in an “unacceptable condition” by previous guests — yet they still checked us in and did not solve anything afterward. I am very disappointed, especially because we were traveling with a small baby.

• Claire (10/5): The most beautiful apartment in a fantastic area - The most amazing penthouse apartment! It is located perfect walking distance for the Old Town and Kazimierz. The apartment is clean, has amazing views and we didn’t hear any noise at all from other apartments or outside. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was plenty of additional bedding and towels. The decor is so tasteful and it was such a nice base to return to, the sauna was also an amazing feature! The instructions for entering the apartment were very clear and the team were responsive to messages. Brilliant stay! We didn’t have any issues with the property throughout our stay.

• Ryan (10/5): Fantastic centrally located apartments - Both the location and the apartment were fantastic. The apartment was well designed, spacious and comfortable. While reception was not available 24/7, they did respond quickly to our calls/texts when I reached out with any questions. The only things that I felt could have been improved were that the quality of the provided soap/shampoo was low and the mattress wasn’t perfectly flat (almost had a dome shape), which was a little uncomfortable.
• Giulio (8/5): Very good - Apartment was stunning, fireplace, double bathroom, very cosy livingroom. Position is nice too, not too far from the center and relatively close to restaurants and "things to do". Staff was really slow to respond, and unfortunately, not having permanent staff on site, that was quite of a crucial thing. No one was there when we arrived, it took us 20 mins to get someone on the phone and we were instructed to leave our luggages in a random shop in the street because no one was coming any time soon. Even for checkout, this time we agreed on a timing, but no one showed up and we had to wait :) Nothing too bad, it's just that we were very short on time during the trip and this was not great. Place was so nice that I'd go back there in the the future,,but keeping this downside in mind.

Beds were very comfy. Lots of details (small dish for jewelry in the bathroom, laundry machine tabs, bath salts). Location is super close to the city center, various shops are close by. Easy check-in and check-out. Communication through WhatsApp. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low (rain shower and normal shower head).

Extremely comfortable and spacious, high-quality accommodations. - The only problem we had was finding the apartment and understanding how to access the reception area. A more precise description and/or a map with some basic street view photos would have helped us tremendously. We arrived after dark and it was raining. A pharmacy was visible from the street with the address of 15 Stradomska. We didn't know we had to go through the arched walkway past the pinball museum to access the elevator (which required a special code we didn't have). After we finally reached the reception desk, the remainder of our stay was delightful.

• Kenneth (10/5): Great Location a Great Stay - Was here with the family and everyone enjoyed the stay. The room was very clean and had a superb view. There were complimentary refreshments once you check in as well which was a plus. The staff is excellent, very friendly, and eager to help. The location was also very good, close to all the sightseeing spots and easily accessed by foot. If taking a longer excursion, like a visit to the salt mines, you just need to ask the staff and they can set everything up for you. Would recommend this hotel. Really.

The sheets actually smelled nice! Perfect for families or groups. We told the staff we’ll be staying with 2 kids under 3 years of age and they had cribs set up, a high chair and baby tub waiting for us in the apartment, as well as a basket full of toys. The fridge had complimentary cold drinks and there was coffee and tea for breakfast. There are several restaurants and convenience stores around the corner for food. Easy walk to the Wawel Castle and the Main Square. Simply perfect and we’ll definitely come back!

• karolina (10/5): Beautiful apartment with all accommodations - Very good location to the old city, 1 block away. Apartment is clean and beautifully designed. Fully stocked with dishes and cooking pots. Has dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment has 2 bathrooms. Nice bathtub and shower as well as sauna. Staff is nice, speaks English and very helpful. They can organize tours for you so you do not even need to move a finger. They just tell you what time to show up and meet your driver or tour guide. There is plenty of stores to stock up on food and groceries near by. And pharmacy in case you need. They can even arrange doctor appointment for you in case it is needed. Recommend this place 100 percent

• Verified traveler (10/5): Gorgeous apartament in the centre of Krakow - Super modern and gorgeous apartment located between the main square and the Jewish àrea of Kasimierz and next to the amazing castle. It takes 20 min on foot from the msin station or you can take trams number 10 and 52. You need coins to purchase tickets on number 10 because it's an old type tram. Others are more modern. The place was spotless, very warm with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. It has wi-fi and even Netflix on each room. We chose the city view and we liked it. The staff were very helpful. We met Joanna and Tomasz who spoke good English and explained everything.The beds were really comfortable. There are plenty of shops around with a bakery very nearby. We were very happy with Stradom 15 apartments.
