Ho apprezzato anche la palestra, ben attrezzata, e la grande disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile La disposizione delle piscine all'interno della struttura comporta purtroppo diversi disagi: la rumorosità è elevata già dal mattino per la presenza di molti bambini e le camere affacciate sull'area soffrono di seri problemi di umidità. Quest'ultima compromette anche l'odore e la percezione di pulizia della struttura, aggravata dal fatto che la piscina si trova a ridosso della zona colazione. l'impianto di condizionamento datato e rumoroso ha penalizzato la qualità del riposo. Nota dolente anche per l'orario della colazione: la chiusura alle 10:00 è decisamente troppo presto per chi tenta di rimorchiare cingaline al Tropicana o all'Epic.

- rodolfocm (6/5): A decent spot if it's cheap. - The room is spacious, AC is decent, bathroom has good space and the shower is decent. They offer beach towels which is a positive thing. Breakfast was pretty good but they lack decent juice options. The gym is OK but very basic. The location of the hotel itself is weird: in a alleyway that sometimes smells like sewer and broken pavement. Staff, besides the shuttle team, is not as friendly as I expected or helpful and sometimes can't explain things properly. Kids making a lot of noise in the pool (screaming). The whole place is surprisingly dark for a tropical destination and they poorly use the sunlight to make the place look and feel alive. During checkin they game you sign a bunch of documents and the place is full of rules.

Very noisy because of the swimming pool and the restaurant which was exactly below our room. Veranda has interior view of the restaurant and swimming pool. Wi-Fi was disconnecting all the time. Could be cleaner.

Few minutes from the White beach and from hop on/ hop off transfers. Very close to Dmall, restaurants, bakery. The rooms need a renovation. Also noise comes from the swimming pool area. a scent of food to balcony during the day which is not practical if you want to dry your swimsuit.

A mio parere i condizionatori utilizzati in questo hotel andrebbero sostituiti con i classici condizionatori invertir con splitter interno e macchina esterna , ci sarebbe un ridotto consumo di energia e sarebbero più silenziosi. Credo che con questo l'hotel guadagnerebbe più punti.

No rest at all even moved to level 5 still heard everything from kids screaming in pool called stuff 12 times to tell them to obey the rules which is to be quiet but nothing ever happened. They blasted happy birthday 730am on speakers one morning then at 830 next morning what the hell. You cannot rest or sleep here. I couldn't wait to leave them staff on walky talkys from 7am on rewards so loud next to my room omg no sleep at all here. Never stay here if you want sleep.

You could hear everything from kids screaming in pool called staff 15 times to tell them to obey the rules which is to be quiet at pool area as it echoes through hall, but nothing ever happened. - BellaBln (7/5): Schön und direkt am Strand - The staff was very nice. It's very well located. The hotel is frequented by a lot of Asia guest. There extremely noise all night. They don't care about the house rules at all. Make sure you get a room that is located away from the pool inside the hotel. The street is more quite at night.
- Teresa (9/5): Perfect location, lovely rooms, great breakfast. - Great value, perfect location just a hundred metres or so from the beach. Right in the heart of town with all amenities nearby but still nice and quiet. Lovely clean rooms, very spacious and comfortable, great facilities. Breakfast was amazing. The only negative is that our "balcony" (which, of course, we paid extra for) was in a corridor - something I've never seen before. So, no view or even fresh air and, if you sat out on it, everyone walks by to get to their rooms - weird but didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay.

- Feliks (7/5): I will not stay at this hotel again - Closeness to the beach, restaurant, maintenance and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant menu and facilities good, the service offered to reach hotel from Airport and return excellent. I booked and paid for a Deluxe Queen Room for 10 days in May 2025, the room as shown in your website, but what was allocated was a room with very small balcony and looking into other units, no exposure to daylight/sunshine. The check in staff was extremely coy and unethical about this fraud. After much discussion I was moved into a room on the 2nd floor over looking the pool. In spite of many requests, I was not moved to a room on the 3rd or 4th levels away from the noise. The Office/check in Staff should pay more attention to what they offer on line. I consider they committed a fraud on my booking. 10 days is a long time to spend under stress about room allocation. I will not stay at this hotel again.

- Jonathan (8/5): Nice stay in Boracay - The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great! Very close by the beach too, and the main road with access to many affordable food places. The potato corner by the entrance is a huge plus! The airconditioning units in the room are too noisy. The linens are very synthetic, so it was too warm to use (none breathing).

- Charmaine (10/5): One of the best hotels in Boracay!! - The staff all provided excellent service, and the rooms and amenities were wonderful. The hotel is also near the beachfront, and even though we stayed on the 5th floor, the water pressure was still very good. The ref is small for 4 people.

Hotelul la 2 min de mers pe jos pana la plaja Statiei 2, intr-o parte si in celalalt sens iesire in strada pentru triciclete, magazine, etc. La fel la 2 min de mers pe jos catre D'mall.

- Annika (9/5): great hotel for a comfortable stay! - The hotel is very nice, it’s in a great location, close to the white beach and to all the major restaurants and to dmall. the facilities were great as well, and the rooms were spacious, very comfortable and clean. Loved the breakfast too! the street you have to walk through to arrive at the hotel isn’t very easy to walk in if you have a big luggage.

In addition, the staff were very friendly and always say hello to you. The room they gave us had no windows which is disappointing. In addition, the ceiling has mold which I think due to the lack of natural light and proper ventilation in the room. Also, the room has strong odor that sticks to your clothing.

I think it is fair for the price you’re paying while in borocay - it was a good sized room/bathroom, electricity and water worked quite well, and the pool was nice to cool off in. the location of accommodation however; was the best thing as it was in the middle of all the shops and restaurants along beach. the wifi is very slow, the setup of pools in the middle of the kitchen is a bit strange to me- aswell as the balconies all facing inside the hotel. staff did not clean room during the whole time we stayed.
