- Joan (9/5): - Proximity to Hobart CBD and Battery Point were great ,supermarket was a 10 minute walk which was handy. Very easy to navigate onto major arterials in all directions. View of river ,city lights and Tasman Bridge was awesome from our dining and bedroom.Instruction booklet provided for all appliances was quite helpful. Dryer was useless, put clothes on rack and placed on table and got everything dry,in May

- Lisa (7/5): As long as you have no back issues and don’t mind climbing stairs, you’ll like this spot. - The location was fantastic. Close to everything. Lovely view from the loungeroom. Good coffee machine though I had to buy my own coffee as only four pods left for two people for three days. The host was nice, writing if we were in ok but they can’t change furniture. It was clean. It was very uncomfortable as the room was so small we could barely get around the bed. And we were only five foot and five foot three respectively. The mattress was terrible, incredibly soft and a rung missing underneath right at shoulder/head height. I had to sleep further down in the bed or my body felt higher than my head. The lounge overly soft too. For the price, two hundred per day or so, a tiny bedroom with an uncomfortable mattress was disappointing. It also had a lot of stairs. It mentioned stairs but not how many. I was with a semi-invalid relative. We were uncomfortable.
- Rosalie (7/5): Great location and beautiful view from Apartment 7 - We liked the location but unit 7 is a long climb to the top so one must have a good level of fitness to reach the apartment with heavy suitcases. The apartment was in easy walking distance to Salamanca Place and good restaurants. Nice clean white sheets and towels. Very quiet. The supplies for a week were limited. We requested more items which were supplied. The carpet and some of the other items required a good clean or replacement. The items supplied in the kitchen were not as good as many other places we have stayed in. The side tables and coffee tables were not appropriate for hot drinks - they had an open lattice pattern.

A few things look a little bit tired such as the small plates and the washing rack. Could have some more art and niceties to give it more of a homely feel.

- Jackalin (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. - We had absolutely everything we needed including a milk frother which was a lovely touch. The location was excellent for walking to Salamanca markets and around Battery Point. The keyless entry was brilliant. You could never leave without locking the door and didn’t have to worry who had keys A brilliant stay but if asking for honest feedback of what could be improved I would say The main bedroom was very small but served the purpose of sleeping. The cookware needs replacing as the frypan was old and had lost its non stick quality. The bathroom grouting has gone mouldy in the shower box.
- Gai (6/5): Great Location - Location, washing machine and breakfast facilities (especially coffee machine) Check in was not great. Did not get the access code until 15 min prior. Found this stressful. Expected to have it an hours or so before or at least get a message indicating that we were expected today and code would be sent closer to check in time. Have not experienced this on other bookings. The bed was much too soft and the bed linen was average. No fitted sheet. We did not sleep well.
- Pam (8/5): It was a good base for a short stay. The manager was very helpful when we had a problem with the dryer. - The location was wonderful and had nice views. There were a lot of stairs to reach apartment. Not easy with luggage or if you have mobility issues. The bedroom was very small and we had to put our luggage in the living area.

It was easy to communicate with the owners and their response was prompt. Towels were very soft and toiletries were a nice touch.

The tumble dryer was very noisy - we think there is maybe a drum bearing problem. Also, the dishwasher was noisy - best not to use either at night!

- Lynda (7/5): - The location was absolutely perfect! Parking was also good with a dedicated carpark at the front. This property was not very clean. It was also quite run down which can be overlooked but the dirty aspect difficult to ignore. I've never experienced this in any accomodation before. The potato masher in the drawer with potato still stuck on it. The accomodation is for 4 people. One hook for a towel in the bathroom. The downstairs toilet had a basin with no soap or towel. Not the end of the day but little thought gone into the basics. Oh and info telling us to put take our rubbish outside to the bins on leaving or pay a penalty. I did but how rude. That's the cleaners job, the cleaners not doing much else tbh.

It was an expensive property $352 for a night then they expressed on their inside information that we were expected to do the majority of their cleanup or take extra charges. this information wasn't presented on booking.com and is probably atcually illegal. One of the beds had gritty sheets with probable sand in it. The receptionist was all but inaccessible and was rude to my mother in her one interaction with us. Cannot reccomend due to staffing, in particular bad customer service and changing terms.

- Carly (7/5): Great location and good value for money but quite basic - The apartment was in a great location and it was very handy having a washing machine. There was very little cooking equipment in the kitchen and the apartment wasn’t overly clean, feeling a bit dated. There were also a couple of times the carpark was full so we had to park on the street.

- Peter (9/5): - Tolles Apartment, voll ausgestattet, moderne Einrichtung, kurzer Fußweg zur Innenstadt Parken ist mit den modernen Autos eine Katastrophe, viel zu eng, viel zu voll, man kann kaum aussteigen. Und außerdem gibt es 9 Wohnungen und nur 8 Parkplätze. Wer zu spät kommt, hat verloren. Ach ja, es gibt keinen Aufzug, man muss alles Gepäck über eine steile Außenzreppe hinauftragen.

The lounge area at the back was filthy. Not suitable for disabled or elderly people as too many steps to drag your suitcases up into the apartments. Even the sloping area would not have been suitable for someone in a wheelchair.

The main bedroom was a bit tight, but the apartment had a second room with a desk & a waredrobe, which served as a dressing room.

Not enough crockery. No railings for hanging wet towels in the bathroom. 2nd bedroom very small and no wardrobe, just a few hooks.
