What made this place really exceptional was the service. The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. They were always asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We genuinely felt looked after all the time. It was honestly one of the best services we have ever experienced. They also surprised my wife with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel very special. On top of that, they were always ready to help with anything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

- Angela (10/5): Such a wonderful boutique resort. - The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and the bed was amazing! We loved the location because it was walking distance from the Old Market, Hard Rock Cafe, a cute little pizza joint and a supermarket (I forgot deodorant). The staff was amazingly friendly and so kind when we came back from our tour during the hottest part of the day - they met us with chilled wet face cloths. I loved that it was a "blink and you'll miss it" location. It made it feel exclusive. When we decide to come back to Cambodia, we're staying here. The only downside is I specifically asked for a 2nd or 3rd floor room but got the very first room on the 1st floor. It was no big deal, but it wasn't what we asked for. And some of the other guests were a little loud, but not super late in the evening. Other than that, everything was amazing.

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and snacks, everyone so helpful, kind and always smiling. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was a good start to each day as well as the picnic breakfast for our sunrise tour day. Lovely pool which is long enough to swim a few laps! We also enjoyed the Aspara dance show and the hotel’s spa. Highly recommended.

The staff so friendly the rooms so big and comfortable and the swimming pool very relaxing. The guide tour we had , Mr La. Guided us through the temples and explained the whole history of Cambodia and its culture.

The first night we watched a traditional cambodian dance while enjoying a delicious dinner and they kindly surprised me with a fruit cake for my birthday. The hotel facilities and staff are amazing and everything looks great. Our tour guide recommended by the hotel called La Ron was amazing and ensured that we enjoyed our trip the most possible. He let us pick our own places to visit and let us do everything on our own pace too. Overall, very good and i recommend.

Staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and obliging and the massage in the spa upstairs was a fantastically relaxing way to end our holiday!

- Thomas (9/5): - This was a great facility and the staff were absolutely amazing. We opted for the daily breakfast which was a decent variety and a great way to start each day. We also used the pool several times and that area was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was our rooms with two beds. The second bed in each room was shorter and much less comfortable than the main bed. I spoke with the front desk about this and due to the limited number of rooms that were available at that moment, they moved me to a second room where I only needed the single bed.

It is an easy walk to a local grocery store that has great selection of grocery and beverage items and a terrific pharmacy. The store made it very easy to stock up on snacks and water and pick up personal care items too. It’s also an easy walk to the old market, Hard Rock Cafe, and a diner called Primetime Pizza which has great NY style pizza and delicious burgers. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Buffet breakfast was wonderful with a wide choice of items and also egg omelette is available on request. The room was very nice with a firm bed and super shower with great water pressure. The swimming pool was beautiful and had crystal clear water. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and recommend to my friends and family.

Some of the best food I've eaten. Even brought an early birthday cake out for one of our party , very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and a very good advert to holiday in Cambodia.

The rooms were very nice and we appreciated the amazing pool area after visiting the temples. The set menu with the traditional cambodian dancing was great value for money and definitely worth booking. Do not hesitate to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Общалась еще по нескольким вопросам с персоналом - во всем было понимание, быстрое решение вопросов в пользу клиента (меня) )))) Воспользовались также скидкой на массаж - очень качественный и приятный массаж, а также порадовал сам салон в отеле - хорошая обстановка, обслуживание. Кроме того, в отеле по четвергам есть возможность посмотреть, как танцуют Апсары. Если вы интересуетесь кхмерской культурой - эти танцы обязательно надо посмотреть! Конечно, в отеле уровень попроще, чем в театре, но зато дешевле. Если нет сил идти куда-то - можно ужинать в своем отеле и смотреть танец Апсар. Буду рекомендовать знакомым остановиться именно в этом отеле - он вполне того заслуживает! нет такого

- Zbigniew (8/5): Excellent place for short stay in Siem Reap - We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely small resort located close to the center. The location is very convenient, yet the area itself is extremely quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their kindness really contributed to a very enjoyable stay. The room facilities are a bit dated and could benefit from some modernization. At breakfast, the buffet was not always refilled very quickly. However, once we asked the staff, everything was replenished almost immediately and very efficiently. All in all, we would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay close to the center at a reasonable price. Not too many European meals for breakfast. After four days of stay it was difficult to chose something different.

- Aleksandra (10/5): Nous y retournerions avec plaisir ! :) - Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est excellent : il se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, ce qui permet d’accéder facilement aux principaux endroits tout en restant dans un quartier beaucoup plus calme et reposant. Après une journée de visites, c’était très appréciable de revenir dans un environnement paisible. Il y a également de nombreux restaurants intéressants dans les environs, ce qui offre plusieurs bonnes options pour dîner à proximité. Le petit déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les soupes de nouilles, qui étaient délicieuses et très réconfortantes le matin. Il y avait aussi une bonne sélection de fruits frais, ainsi que plusieurs autres options, ce qui permettait de varier les plaisirs chaque jour. Enfin, le personnel mérite une mention spéciale. Tout au long du séjour, il a été extrêmement attentionné, poli et toujours prêt à aider. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

- Michael Bedar (9/5): - Lovely pool area and exceptional staff. The Apsara Dance Dinner felt a little rushed and the main course was cool and dry. Also a large table of people in the restaurant talked loudly throughout the dancing and paid very little attention to it which was annoying. The dancing itself was very good. The hotel booked the wrong day for our visit to Angkor Wat which resulted in our tickets being invalid. Luckily our excellent guide managed to eventually sort it but we had several delays passing through security and had to visit 2 different ticket offices before it was resolved leading to more frustrating delays. We obviously complained to the hotel who did provide a small amount of compensation but it tarnished our special day at Angkor Wat.

The place is located in a quiet area which we liked and about 10-15mins walk from the busy area if you’re into it.
- sheffield (10/5): Why not be treated like a queen, king, princess and prince!!! - There is no better hotel than GTR. We have lived and traveled to many countries, staying in tons of hotels. There’s always something we’d think of that the hotels could do better either every stay; this is untrue of GTR. The staff, food, massages, hospitality, kindness, cleanliness, beautiful gardens, glistening pool, natural setting within a busy city yet exceptionally quiet and centrally located is what you will enjoy at this hotel. They arranged everything for us- rides from/to airport, temples, massages, meals, etc. and all we had to do is relax and enjoy. The hotel and its rooms were spotless- every day our room exceptionally cleaned- flower petals on our bed upon arrival and attention to detail from every manager and staff member. The food and its service team was also exceptional. There was a separate vegetarian menu offered at breakfast and everything we ordered was tasty, fun, and delicious. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel- you’ll not be sorry that you booked your room here.

The magnificent pool area was extremely relaxing. We went on a 3-day magical tour which we loved. Our driver was Soun and our guide was Sinet. We always felt safe in the new car and Sinet was a fantastic guide. Ask for them if you decide to go on a tour and you won’t be disappointed. We also went to the cultural night performed by local dancers and had an excellent dinner. It was very enjoyable. All round we had a wonderful stay and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and activities. Nothing

Staff are all extremely nice. Lisa was our main contact at reception. A big thank you to her for her kindness and help. - Irene (10/5): Le temple de la détente à Siem Reap - Notre séjour au Golden Temple Retreat fut merveilleux. Le lieu est magnifique et nous fûmes immédiatement accueillis par Ms. Sky qui s’est occupée de nous à la perfection avec son sourire communicatif. Toute l’équipe de la réception est d’une extrême politesse. À notre arrivée, des fleurs sur le lit et une chambre spacieuse et impeccable. La piscine, d’une longueur de plus de 25m, est particulièrement remarquable pour ses fauteuils incrustés dans l’eau. La décoration et le design général de l’hôtel sont épatants.. Concernant le petit déjeuner, celui-ci est varié avec également un service de préparation de soupes de noodles d’une fraîcheur absolue. Enfin, les masseuses du spa ont une grande expérience ce qui contribue à la détente générale. L’hôtel propose aussi des massages réalisés par des praticiennes qui ont perdu la vue et qui ainsi ressentent encore mieux les points de blocage du corps… Un havre de paix dans Siem Reap. Nous rêvons déjà de revenir!
