- Kai (4/5): Med noen enkle grep kunne dette blitt et bra sted. Hotellet virket slitt og kanskje ikke så interessert i å bruke penger - Plasseringen var bra. Det var en imøtekommende og hjelpsom ung dame i resepsjonen. Håndklær ble skiftet jevnlig, rommet rengjort og sengene redd opp hver dag. Ved ankomst fikk vi innføring om alt som var forbudt. Det var hengt opp papirlapper på rommet, i gangene og i matsalen med tilsvarende informasjon. Matsalen var steril og ble «overvåket» av en ansatt som virket misfornøyd og kontrollerende.

Завтрак звичайний, вибір не дуже. Багато випечки, але мало фруктів та овочей. Горячого не було. Персонал на ресепшені приємний. Є ліфт Номер і завтрак на 3) але це і є 3*)

- GC (10/5): Perfectly basic and close to everything - This hotel was perfect for a quick, affordable getaway. It had all the basic necessities, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is a huge plus, with the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Just be aware that my 'mountain view' room was actually a street view, but it wasn't an issue for me.

- Gabriela (1/5): - A la hora de irnos nos olvidamos una bolsa con ropa en la habitación, nos dimos cuenta 30 min después, llamamos al hotel diciendo que se nos había quedado y nos dijeron que los de la limpieza no lo habían visto, que claramente es mentira porq las únicas personas que entramos a la habitación fuimos mi amiga y yo, y las de la limpieza por lo cual se quedaron con la ropa, vergonzoso me parece que tengan un personal así, no volveremos y aconsejamos que tampoco vayan

Я чула як гості пукають в своїх кімнатах….Звукоізоляції взагалі немає. Я була вимушена терміново вночі бронювати новий готель. Персонал відмовився повертати гроші за невикористані 7 днів. Тепер очікую вирішення від букінгу

- Carla (10/5): Tutto perfetto! Consiglio - Hotel perfetto. Location eccellente, a 3 minuti dalla spiaggia di Lloret e a 10 dal centro della città e dalla stazione degli autobus. Camera con pulizia ogni giorno, staff gentile e disponibile h24, consiglio assolutamente. Le mura sono un po’ sottili e la notte senti un po’ il via vai delle persone, però niente di troppo insopportabile per quanto mi riguarda

La governante sistemava solo i letti e non cambiava gli asciugamani e non disponeva shampo e sapone, motivo per cui tutte le sere ero costretta ad andare in reception a richiederle e loro molto gentilmente me le ponevano.

Ma la cosa che mi ha fatto urtare di più è che non danno in dotazione un flacone grande di bagnoschiuma e shampoo ma soltanto delle piccole bustine (che non hanno neanche un buon odore), di conseguenza eravamo costretti a comprare shampoo e bagnoschiuma per conto nostro

Y que tengan opciones de parking también lo he apreciado. Desperfectos en la habitación como el aire acondicionado que me mojaba. el televisor, cuesta enchufarlo, la puerta del baño que no se cierra bien. El sistema de tener que dejar y pedir la llave, de manera no autónoma... Y el buffet de baja calidad.. Y en nuestro caso, las vistas desde el balcón a un techo lleno de basura...

- d (1/5): A éviter si vous souhaitez passer un week-end détente - Si vous souhaitez dormir tranquillement passé votre chemin, c'est le bordel des 4h du matin dans l'hôtel, avec les murs qui sont extrêmement fin, vous entendez tout vraiment tout. En plus de la literie qui provoque un mal de dos. Niveau propreté c'est pas ouf. Tout est extrêmement vétuste. J'ai eu la surprise de tomber nez a nez avec un cafard dans la salle de bain. Hormis l'emplacement qui est bien, le reste c'est même pas la peine. Le personnel est adorable, bon par contre, faut pas compter sur eux pour intervenir lorsqu'il y a du bordel.

- Guest (2/5): Onvoldoende - Het aardige meisje dat bij de balie werkte. Het was nog wel hygiënisch daar was ik tenminste wel blij om en de locatie was ook goed. De kuisvrouw klopte om 07:00 sochtends ons wakker en begon te schreeuwen met doe de deur open om te kuisen. En dit was 2 keer gebeurt. Bij de tweede keer riep ze eerst en deed ze dan de deur open en liep ze vol de kamer binnen waar wij in onze onderbroek zaten te liggen. Ze mengt al onze handdoeken door elkaar, we wisten niet van wie de handdoek was. Ze verplaatst alles ze pakt mij portomonee van nachtkastje en gooit het op de grond. Ik was hier niet tevreden mee!
