- KimJohan (2/5): Steer away - The hotel room we were given was far below any reasonable standard for the price we paid. Travelling with a pet should not justify a room that is dirty, visibly worn, with broken amenities and an overall condition comparable to a low-budget, one-star facility. It is also reasonable to expect that the accommodation provider is fully aware of the condition of their rooms. During a short two-night stay, it should not be the customer’s responsibility to identify and report every deficiency or inconsistency. Equally disappointing was the response to our well-formulated feedback and complaint. The service was blunt, dismissive, and showed no willingness to address the issue constructively. The spa facilities themselves are small and outdated, and the on-site restaurant, O’Learys, is of similarly low standard while charging disproportionately high prices. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience on every level. I would strongly advise others to avoid Holiday Club accommodation.

- Kati (9/5): Kiva pikku irtiotto arjesta. Huoneistoja kylpylän lähettyvillä voi kyllä suositella majoittumiseen! - Kiva huoneisto lähellä kylpylää. Huoneisto hyvin varusteltu. Kylpylähotellin yhteydessä olevasta ravintolasta sai todella hyvää ruokaa ja henkilökunta ihana. Kylpylä on parhaat päivänsä jo nähnyt. Paikoin jopa epäsiisti vaikutelma.

- Gitte (9/5): Nice apartment with good location - Modern, clean and functional interior in our studio apartment. It was located in main building so we could easily walk to spa in bathrobes provided by the apartment. The location is next to large variety of cross country ski tracks, unfortunately this year there was not much snow and surprisingly it had almost all melted. Not very usual. You could access Ruka ski trails by ski bus from nearby stop. You have to pay quite a lot extra for the spa.

- tytti (7/5): Kohtalainen. - Toisen makuuhuoneen sängyn alla oli hygieniatarvikeroska. Lisäksi merkattu mäenlaskupaikka on vaarallinen ja huoltamaton, siihen on muodostunut/tehty suuri hyppyri, joka ei näy illalla koska mäessä ei ole kunnon valaistusta. Lapsemme laski mäkeä alas ja löi päänsä laskiessa hyppyristä, koska ei huomannut sitä.

Kun koirasta maksetaan lisämaksu, niin olisi mukavaa, että se huomioitaisiin edes vesikupilla. Monissa paikoissa on koiralle vastassa esim vesikuppi, kakkapussit ja pieni herkku. Toinen asia, että matkasängystä meni myös erillinen maksu, joka oli mielestäni aika korkea.

Pesuhuoneen hajulukko oli huonosti laitettu, ja haju sen mukainen. Lunta satoi aika paljon, ja hiihtoladut olivat huonosti hoidettu.

- Kristin Vao (10/5): - We went there with out family and our family dogs. This was the most scenic and beautiful winter holiday cottage we have ever been to. Just sitting and watching out the windows was like a "spa retreat"! Cross country skiing right there by the house - perfect and has a lightning in the evenings. Walking our dogs in here was so blissful! Saw many other dog owners and everyone are so thoughtful and are enjoying the scenery which Holiday Club offers. Sauna was one of the bests we have been to (and we have 2 saunas at home so we know our saunas 😄) we are already looking for dates for our next years ski holiday! Stuff was also very welcoming and we have only good words to say. Thank you!

- Anni (10/5): Yöpyisin siellä mielelläni uudestaan - Sijainti oli hyvä ja aamiainen monipuolinen ja hyvää.... muuten siisti huoneisto, mutta ovessa raspimisjälkiä aivan kuin siellä olisi joskus yöpynyt koira.. tykkäsin siitä, että oli mahdollista pestä pyykkiä ja oli kuivaus kaappi, missä ne sai pikaisesti kuivaksi
- Rita (10/5): - Kicsit hamarabb érkeztünk, de szerencsére már kész volt a szobánk és átvehettük. A parkolás a szállás előtt volt.
- Saara (10/5): Siisti, kätevä, hyvät etäisyydet Rukan rinteisiin ja kauppaan. Hyvä hyvin varusteltu keittiö - Tosi siisti. Näppärä sähkösauna ja kätevä kuivauskaappi laskuvaatteille.

- Marianne (10/5): Kaunis luonto lähellä, siisti ja viihtyisä majoitus. -
- Mauri (7/5): Varasin huoneiston esitteen lu - Jälleen kerran huoneisto oli muuta kuin esitteessä näytti
- Matti (9/5): Majoitus, sijainti, kelit ja palvelut oli parhaat mahdolliset. -
