На прохання повернути кошти за бронювання - ненормативною лексикою, при тому що дуже ненормативною з переходом на особистості відмовили Враження жахливе, в квартирі окрім тарганів було неймовірно брудно, наче після виселення попередніх там просто застелили ліжко… Парковки поруч немає, хоча заявлено що є, і вони наче її і обіцяють, але це не так…. Припаркувати автомобіль безпечно наніч можна як мінімум за 10 хв ходьби від апартментів Я вражена неадекватністю персоналу та даними апартаментами Квартира на 7 поверсі, ліфт не працює, про це теж не попередили В квартирі на підлозі валялось купа величезних мертвих тарганів, при зверненні до адміністратора та власника, в якості вирішення ситуації запропонували щоб я сама їх прибрала, і все…. • Софія (4/5): Була тут вдруге і розчарувалась - Зручне розташування у самому центрі, до метро йти 5 хвилин, багато магазинів поруч, є рушники, достатньо вішалок, місця для речей, кран з питною водою і чай/кава Не були готові побачити ще як мінімум 5 нових мешканців у вигляді величезних тарганів, сміття за 5 діб проживання ніхто не виносив, не було навіть рулону сміттєвих пакетів, щоб це могли зробити ми самі, написавши власникам, отримали у відповідь, що внизу два ресторани і будівля стара, тому таке може траплятись. Коли зайшли до квартири відчули специфічний запах, скоріш за все, тому що перед цим робили обробку від тарганів. Ну і якщо про дрібниці, то дуже не вистачало полиць у ванній для речей, раковина була брудна, посуд також, квартира розрахована на двох, тож якщо їдете компанією побільше, то буде не дуже зручно

Завжди присутнє світло, навіть при блекауті Трохи не зрозуміла логіка вхідних дверей, відчуття що двері не зачинені з середини. Були у двох і змогли перевірити це. Будучи одному - не зміг би дізнатись чи дійсно зачиняються зсередини

• Аміна (5/5): задовільно - за таку ціну дуже гарні апартаменти в самому центрі міста, світло не гасло згідно графіку що є плюс брудний посуд, відсутня олія спеції, обмежена кількість чайних пакетиків, це такі речі які не везеш з собою в інше місто, тому від кухні сенсу не багато

• Катерина (8/5): Рекомендую! Пораджу друзям і наступного (скоро) разу також буду зупинятись саме тут!!! - Сподобалось все! Розташування ідеальне, центріше не придумаєш. Апартаменти зручні, дуже цікавий дизайн, чистота, тепло. Відсутність обовʼязкової зустрічі з господарями, ніхто нікого не чекає, заселяєшся коли тобі зручно. Все дуже На сайті написано, що оплата при заселенні, але оплати треба було на рахунок ФОП . Це правильно, так як немає потреби в зустрічі з господарем, але краще це зразу прописати на Букінгу. Також застава, так, її потрібно брати, бо не здаєш квартиру, а залишаєш, але це також треба спочатку писати, щоб не було непорозумінь. І краще щоб пароль від wi-fi був десь, бо не дуже зручно було питати серед ночі, бо знадобився він пізно.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Апартамент 2 - для сильных духом - Меня встретили и разместили в 2:30 ночи, спасибо)) Расположение прекрасное, вид из балкона неплохой, летом курящим людям - наслаждение. Рядом много хороших кафе и ресторанов. На этом радости заканчиваются: Заселялся 9 октября, в комнате в лондоском стиле (7? 10?м2?) отопление было выключено, для него используется электрический щит, который, хоть и раскалился, с трудом догрел за сутки комнатку до сносной температуры, чем уборная с душем похвастаться так и не смогла (да вентилятор так громко работает, будто вертолет летит над головой). Кондиционер есть, но и с виду поломан и не греет, про холод не знаю. Шторы-жалюзи отломаны. В общем я ожидал совсем другого (в предложении много разных красивых фото, видно, я плохо рассмотрел Свой вариант, апартамент 2) и при всем уважении к сити апартамент в следующий раз поищу другое место.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - This property is extremely basic. With an absolutely tiny room with a rock hard bed and one empty pillow. Its also extremely hard to find, and can only be accessed through the middle of a restaurant.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - レセプションには、1Fのレストランを通過して、2Fにあがります。部屋の鍵を受領した後は、専用の入り口（電子ロック）に案内してもらい、部屋に入ることができます。すぐ近くに地下ショッピングモールがあり、部屋にはレンジ等も装備されているので、スーパーマーケットで購入したものをあたためることができます。独立公園前のため、夜は少しにぎやかです。
• Verified traveler (6/5): Great flat, terrible service - The apartment and location are great. The service from City Apartments was terrible. Informed them when we were arriving, acknowledged by them and no-one turned up. Rang 7 times, either not answered or phone put down. The entrance to the office is through a restaurant but no-one told us that. On the last day they assured me on three occasions the taxi would be waiting for us in the street outside our apartment at 7am. However City Apartments had given the driver the wrong street as the pick up so he finally found us by searching around for us otherwise we would have missed our flight. The internet didn't work so a young guy came, prodded around, left and returned. Finally when we wanted to go out we said don't worry about it, he then laughed and left. However I think the strangest thing was when we were shown into the flat, at the end of the tour we asked the guy Max if we could contact him with any problems. He literally looked aghast and said 'no' and then left. On a plus side the flat is gorgeous and is in a perfect location. Make of it what you will.
• TIM (2/5): WiFi nightmare - If you need WiFi like I do, don't go here. The wifi service was terrible. After the first day of complaining the manager just ignored my messages and calls.

They sent a WhatsApp message the day before checking in to find out the time to do key handover, process was super simple and the guy I met Vlad was nice. At the end we simply left the keys in the deposit box and there was no more interaction. Very easy

Just send the hotel an email on your arrival You will definitely find some one at the reception. That is what I did, and I had no problem Young man was waiting for me and showed me and explain everything. Bus tour is strongly recommended Change your money near the hotel not at the airport. You would get 15 percent more. Over all I really had good time at flat I will definitely go back to the same one.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I was at city apartments Kiev Ukraine for two days. The location of the apartment is very good. We were in the top-most room of the building to which one had to take a very creaky lift and then climb another 9 to 10 dingy steps to the room. The bedroom had a slanting roof making it impossible to stand upright in more than half the room. There was a peculiar gutter like smell that was very unpleasant. The checkout procedure was very painful. The owner Max was very uncooperative and curt at the time of departure. He asked us to come back from our excursion and vacate at 12 pm, and refused to agree even for 1 pm. We asked him what time the next guest was arriving, but he did not bother to part with this information and only quoted rules all the time. More of a rule bound establishment rather than a warm and hospitable one! Since he insisted we check out before 12 we requested him to keep the office open for check-out from 11:45 to 12:00. When we found the office locked at 11.40 am, he responded that his manager had already left after waiting for 10 minutes. He further added that the manager could not wait for us the whole day! Our taxi and guide had to wait for 30 minutes in the ensuing confusion, and we had to stand on the road with our luggage. The appliances and amenities were all there and were neat. The bathroom was functional, but smelly. I don’t recommend stay in the property.

• Rasmus (8/5): Very central location - Nice room in the very center of Kiev. Loft room not as big as indicated on the pictures and "balcony" picture is taken out of a roof window. The bed is very nice, while the sleeping coach is less comfortable. Check-in was very easy and room was clean
• Ahmed (8/5): Great location at the heart of Kiev - Great location at the heart of the city. Large apartment. Walkable to everywhere and so many shops around. Few things in the apartment need to be fixed (like the shower and the TV). I sent a message to the manager for the fixable things.
• Daniel (8/5): Pleasant and Conenient - Very convenient apartment near main square. Well proportioned and equipped. Felt secure with key code outside of building and good lock on the appt door. Only problems, too little information about how to use appliance, TV, and hot-water heater. These proved a case of trial and error.
• Luke (8/5): Good value - The location was amazing, as central as you can get! The room itself was grand, there was plenty of space, the bathroom was lovely. Checking in was fine, I used WhatsApp to text them and they communicated well via text, speaking to them was difficult because of the language barrier. We arrived at 10pm and the taxi driver called the hotel, a lady met us and took us to the room, she didn’t speak English, but signing worked well. Would strongly recommend if you don’t like spending loads on accommodation but want to stay somewhere fairly decent

• Thomas (10/5): The Best Place to Stay in Kiev. - The City Apartment stay was amazing. The loft that I had had fantastic views of the cit and was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable. I now have a place in Kiev that I will always return to, without a doubt. 5.0 Stars in my book.
• David (8/5): Central with clean room. Check in, not ideal - Conveniently located apartments in central Kiev, very close to many attractions. The one downside was finding the place! You have to go through the restaurant to get to your room and the reception is only manned on demand. You need to have a way of contacting the number provided on the front door.
• AmandaSawyer (10/5): - City Apartments was in a prime location, right next to the Maidan. I was safe, the staff were always very helpful and the room was beautiful and clean. I was within walking distance of every major attraction, and there was every kind of food available to me. The staff spoke English, they left me with water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, soap, razors and more. Television was included as well as a little book with recommendations on where to eat. Wifi was fast and reliable, the hotel is beautiful and clean. There was a fresh market nearby where I could get vegetables and fruits and home made Ukrainian bread. There was always someone outside of the apartment. The staff arranged for a car to pick me up from Borispol and drop me off. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was a wonderful experience.
• Gabriela (8/5): - The property's entrance is inside a restaurant. The elevator is scary. It is old and the floor of the elevator is broken. The apartment is nice enough but the terrace should have a small table and a chair so you can sit and enjoy it. It does not.
• Candice (8/5): Modern clean convenient - Our stay was great, check in was good. There were toiletries, dishware, etc. The TV was good but we don't watch TV generally. The bed was not good, the springs hurt a little and one corner of the matress sloped. We had to stuff things under to even out. Everything else was good. Check out is easy. I'd stay again.

The balcony was large enough to have a small table and chair but it was empty. I wanted to sit there but could not. The bed is really hard. We had no electrical power for one whole day.

No microwave, no stove, barely enough room to relax. Not a place to entertain company. They say they have limited laundry services, good luck with that.

ONLY complaint... it is a little hard to find the entrance to the apartments which is actually through the middle of the restaurant dining room. It would be good to put up the address and/or small sign on the restaurant side entrance.

• Martin (8/5): Right in the city centre for a great price. - The room is not the biggest but big enough for one person or for short stays. It's nice and clean and the building is located only a few metres from the Maidan square (which I could see from the window). There's a restaurant downstairs and many other on the square. There's also a big shopping centre at the other end of Maidan.
• Frank (4/5): This was not the room that was pictured - The picture that was show was not the room I ordered. The hallway was spooky to say the least and there were two garbage bags in the stairway that were there my entire stay. Bed sheets were never changed.
• Amelia (10/5): Good, but hard to find! - Comfortable, clean room in the centre of kiev. Only problem was finding the entrance, and then realising there was noone at reception.Luckily for me I met a friend from Kiev who called up and managed to get someone to drop me off a key - but they only spoke Russian to each other so I wasn't made aware of any procedures.
• William (8/5): Perfect location - Great location within walking distance of most major attractions; banks and shopping nearby. Excellent value considering the location. Fairly new or remodel studio apartments that were clean and functional. Just remember you are renting an apartment, not staying at a hotel. No business center, no concierge, no consistent rental office hours, etc. The only negative was - no instructions in English for the washing machine! It took me an hour to figure out what the setting were and I never did figure out which bin to put the soap in!
