Non era molto pulito, asciugamani, carta igienica e beni di cortesia (come le cialde del caffè) erano veramente risicati e tutto l'ambiente necessitava di una bella manutenzione, peccato perchè la struttura è veramente carinissima e molto centrale.

Helaas gaf een Cervezeria aan de andere zijde veel overlast tot 23.00 uur. Parkeergarage dichtbij met schappelijke tarieven. De afwerking kan beter. Aanrechtblad was bijvoorbeeld gescheurd.

• Luc (8/5): - The location in the city center and the look and feel of the appartments which we rented. Further the support from the crew was good. The need for support to enter one of our appartments. The door did not open with the door key code. It took a while to solve. The douche cabins. It needs renovation. There is a lot of noise from the area, which is ofcourse normal, but people who are sensitive to noise should beter look for something else.

With this being a one toilet property this was unacceptable. Also the pictures of the property advertised were very misleading with some not being the property booked.

It was very clean and the AC was on when we arrived which we very much appreciated Unfortunately a massive disappointment was the no wifi. This is imperative especially when you are travelling with kids and unfortunately we had to use free wifi source down the street. When contacting the hosts this could not be resolved immediately and the tech attended when we were not home. When on holiday we cannot wait around for such matters to be resolved therefore this was very disappointing.

• F.A. (10/5): Amazing! - Beautiful apartment with an excellent location! Despite being located in the heart of Málaga, the rooms were quiet thanks to good sound insulation. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and provided recommendations in the area. They also helped us arrange a taxi for our return trip to the airport. Communication via WhatsApp was convenient, and we received immediate responses to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The central location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. Definitely recommended! -

Gemütliches Sofa und Sessel. Lift vorhanden. Nur ein Schlafzimmer hat eine zusätzliche Fensterfront, um den Lärm abzuhalten. Das größere Schlafzimmer hat nur die "alte" Verglasung, wodurch man den Straßenlärm ziemlich hört ( für uns irrelevant, da wir mit Gehörschutz schlafen).

• Hansi (10/5): Geweldig! Echt een aanrader! Voor herhaling vatbaar! - De sfeer van de inrichting was heel fijn. Alles klopte. Mooie luiken en kleuren. De lokatie was ook top. Echt hartje stad en om de hoek bij de Markthal en winkels. Vantevoren had ik nog app-contact met een medewerker en dat was een kort en heel behulpzaam en vriendeljjk lijntje. We hadden het een en ander gelezen over het geluid, maar gelukkig is dat geen reden geweest om deze accommodatie niet te boeken. Onze slaapkamer was geluiddicht gemaakt en het geluid dat je in de woonkamer hoorde was gewoon gezellig. Het geroezemoes van de terrassen beneden gaf juist extra sfeer en het hield op tijd op.

The beds are comfortable, and the bed linens are fantastic. The kitchen has been well equipped. What was a bit annoying was that the apartment was cold, and the ventilation in the living room/kitchen area was loud, and we couldn’t turn it off.

Situated on the top floor, it overlooks the streets in the centre of Malaga, which are busy by day, with several restaurants that close early evening, so the apartment is quiet at night. • Orrù (3/5): Siamo partiti in 14, un gruppo di ragazzi giovani. - Struttura in una posizione eccellente, in pieno centro a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto. Sarebbe necessario aggiungere mobili per i sistemare i vestiti e i prodotti in bagno. I servizi e la comunicazione con l'host. Prima di partire ci viene mandato un contratto da firmare dove veniva spiegato tutto, inclusi i servizi. Qui c'era scritto che a metà settimana avremmo avuto il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani; durante il soggiorno viene specificato che per cambiare biancheria e asciugamani bisognava soggiornare almeno 7 notti, noi ne abbiamo prenotate 6. All'arrivo nella struttura ci ritroviamo, senza nessun avvertimento, in 14 con un bagno perché dei 3 appartamenti prenotati ne era pronto solo uno. In uno di questi siamo entrati e ci siamo ritrovati con il signore che riparava il bagno che poverino non sapeva che dirci. Il terzo appartamento, trovato con la signora delle pulizie, che ce lo avrebbe ridato dopo 2 ore. I divani letti non fatti, li fanno solo su richiesta ma non c'è scritto da nessuna parte. Le lenzuola nascoste sotto i letti o dentro contenitori senza nessuna informazione. Nei servizi dell'alloggio sono compresi gli asciugamani; bene dovrebbero esserci almeno due asciugamani a testa, 1 per la doccia e 1 più piccolo. In 8 in un appartamento ne abbiamo trovati 6, e quelli che sarebbero dovuti essere per la doccia non coprivano nemmeno metá corpo. Chiediamo di avere qualche asciugamano in più ci viene risposto di usare la lavatrice. Peccato perché la struttura è veramente ottima e in pieno centro.

Clean , with everything you'd need for a short city break We were a party of 3 girls. The apartment is completely open plan. So the one double bed and sofa bed in the same area wasn't an issue for us, but wouldn't be suitable really for 2 couples.

Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp hat hervorragend geklappt und das freundliche Personal hat sofort auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere und gemütliche Appartment liegt in zentraler Altstadtlage. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und waren während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mehr als zufrieden. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen. • Joana (6/5): - Localização e decoração do apartamento Não havia água quente - a caldeira estava estragada. O problema foi reportado logo à chegada mas não foi resolvido. As janelas precisam de renovação de forma a melhorar a insonorização. Na cozinha, não havia talheres (tem loiça e material para cozinhar mas não tem quaisquer talheres).. Resolvendo estes temas, será uma boa escolha para estadia na cidade.

• Akrouma (1/5): Ce séjour a été le pire que nous ayons vécu : logement sale, sans eau chaude ni internet, bruyant et mal équipé, totalem - C’était au centre de malaga Nous avons été très déçus par ce logement. Plusieurs problèmes majeurs ont gâché notre séjour : • Pas de connexion internet, alors que c’était annoncé. • Pas d’eau chaude disponible. • Beaucoup de poussière et de saleté, notamment sur les fenêtres. • Présence d’eau au sol dans les toilettes. • Pas assez de draps fournis pour notre famille de 6 personnes. • Un niveau de bruit très élevé le matin et le soir, rendant le repos difficile. Ces conditions étaient particulièrement inadaptées puisque nous étions avec des enfants allergiques. Globalement, ce logement n’a absolument pas correspondu à nos attentes ni aux standards attendus.

One bedroom had excellent soundproofing to the outside, the other not so much.

The bathroom was a little dated in comparison to the rest of the property, but the shower was very powerful and there were plenty of clean towels.

Didn’t mind in the day but every night I got woken up in the early hours. Noise was also coming from upstairs apartment, I assume they are all rented, so luck of the draw who is there.
• T (2/5): Very poor - ATTENTION: I had booked the Penthouse Apartment and I was confirmed the Penthouse Apartment, but I have received the loudy one in the first floor! This apartment is although spacious, but the interior needs to be renewed/fixed. I was not able to fill the online-checking due to technical problems. At least finally someone ook up the phone. No one was there in person because I received the wrong apartment. I still wait for the promised 10% discount because of the wrong apartment. The Guestkeeper however makes silly excuses now .... They had told me another person had booked before me the Penthouse, but this was not true at all. A loudy crowd was stamping up the floor in the middle of the night.
