• Renata (8/5): - Ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě. Lokalita převážila veškeré nedostatky. Kousek od pláže i od centra. Bezproblémový vstup pomocí kódu. Na první pohled a na fotkách krásný byt, při detailnější pohledu už to tak skvělé nebylo. Vybavení bylo dostačující, ale pamatuje lepší časy. Nicméně nám i tak dostačovalo. Největší problém jsou naprosto netěsnící okna. Což v únoru při nočních teplotách okolo 10 °C nebylo přijemné. Přes noc a ráno byla v bytě opravdu zima. Ikdyž jsme vybrali byt s klimatizací na případné přitopení si, tak to nebylo možné, protože klimatizace při spuštění opravdu silně zapáchala. Rozkládací gauč v obývacím pokoji by zasloužil pořádně vyčistit.

• Ambra (8/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione davvero favolosa, comodissima al lungomare, spiagge e porto! Da Calle Lario ci sono solo 10/15 min a piedi. Struttura pulita e curata Non era come nelle foto… avevamo la finestra che dava su due palazzoni attaccati a noi, quindi ti vedevano dalle finestre e tu vedevi loro… appena entriamo nell’appartamento, non abbiamo capito perché, ma c’era odore di pipì di gatto… cosa che dopo poco che eri in appartamento non sentivi più, boh. Inoltre dalle foto sembrava più spazioso, dovevamo essere in 4 e saremmo stati molto stretti (alla fine eravamo in 2 e si stava perfette)

Incepand de cand intri pe usa, te izbeste un miros foarte puternic de canal si rahat, care persista egal de cat ai aerisii. Mizeria este peste tot, prin toate colturile. In living se dezlipeste tapetul iar canapeaua este jegoasa, uleioasa, sii patata, iti este frica se te asezi pe ea. Frigiderul nu a fost decongelat si au existat pete de mancare stricata in el. Baia un dezastru adevarat, incepand de la usa unde incuietoarea este fixata cu peste 10 holsuruburi de care te poti zgaria, dusul este plin de mucegai si mizerie, Bateria de dus este ruginita, de parca a fost adusa din epoca medievala. Nu exista sapun ,sau alte solutii de spalat decat o sticluta de 30 ml de duschgel si o sticluta de 30 ml de lotion, care pentru o saptamana rezervata nu are cum sa ajunga. De miros ce sa zic ca nu poti intra in baie, iti vine sa vomiti. In dormitor ceva mai bine dar draperiile stau sa cada, intr-o parte este desprinsa sina iar in alta parte este iesita de pe sina, iar la geam era praf , nespalat, inclusiv mult praf pe ventilatia instalatiei de clima. Mai mult intr-o saptamana cat am fost cazati, nu a fost nimeni sa faca curatenie sau sa schimbe lenjeria de pat si prosoapele. Asa apartament nu este pretabil pt regimul hotelier ci mai degraba pentru regimul de crestere a animalelor. Le doresc la propietari sa rezerve si ei intr-un concediu o asemenea cazare.

• Óscar Luis (2/5): Falta de profesionalidad - Tuvimos que dormir dos personas en un sofá incómodos, sin ropa de cama suficiente y manchado el edredón. La plancha no se podía utilizar del estado en el que estaba, además un corto provocaba un problema en el cuadro eléctrico y saltaba algún diferencial. Para buscar alguna solución contacte a través de un wassap privado y todo eran negativas, pero si lo hacía a través de la plataforma de booking todo eran colaboración. En verdad no pudimos solucionar absolutamente nada, perdón miento, me ayudaron a encontrar la cubertería que estaba en un cajón poco visible. No fueron capaces de contactar telefónicamente para ver donde estaba el problema tan grave como era que saltaba la palanca, nos quedábamos sin luz pero no era importante como para gestionarlo.

Nos encontramos muebles rotos, faltaba una de las mesitas de noche. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba ni en modo frío ni en modo calor. Pasamos frío por la noche porque además de la colcha, no había mantas en el apartamento. El baño muy pequeño. Constantes ruidos en las paredes de día y de noche (sonaba a cañerías o algo así).

Alguna que otra vez, el ruido de los viandantes, si eres una persona muy tranquila deberías tenerlo en cuenta, aunque el apartamento está perfectamente insonorizado.

• Márk (2/5): Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and the way this situation was handled were far below acceptable - The location Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. During our stay the electricity went out in our apartment. We tried calling the reception several times, but no one answered the phone. After approximately two hours two young staff members arrived and attempted to fix the issue, however it was clear they were unable to resolve the problem. As a result we were moved to another apartment and given an access code. However, the next morning the code had been deactivated, leaving us unable to enter the apartment. Once again we tried to contact reception by phone, but nobody answered. Because of this we had to personally go to the reception office, which is located about 2 km away. When we arrived, the staff initially suggested that we move back to the original apartment with the electrical problem for one night. Only after a lengthy discussion did they allow us to remain in the replacement apartment. To make matters worse, the airport transfer that had previously been promised as complimentary was ultimately charged, which we found very disappointing.

The apartment was located in a central area. Apartamentul în sine nu are un raport calitate-preț bun. Canapeaua din living este foarte incomodă (fiind cu doi copii după noi, a fost foarte greu să îi lăsăm să doarmă într-o astfel de canapea), iar dormitorul matrimonial era amplasat într-un balcon închis. Se auzea chiar și adierea vântului, televizorul din dormitorul matrimonial nu funcționa, iar pereții aveau tapetul dezlipit. Nu mai zic ca nu a fost apă caldă. O familie cu 4 persoane nu a putut face duș în fiecare seară. POZELE NU EXPRIMĂ REALITATEA. The apartment itself does not offer good value for money. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable (as we were traveling with two children, it was very difficult to let them sleep on such a couch), and the master bedroom was located in an enclosed balcony. You could even hear the wind blowing. The TV in the master bedroom was not working, and the wallpaper on the walls was peeling off. Not to mention that there was no hot water. Inside the apartment, there was a key for the door, but it didn’t work, so it was useless. We felt very anxious during the whole vacation, worried that the door might get stuck again with our belongings inside.

Peralta (4/5): Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, aber in schlechtem Zustand, und der Umgang mit den Gästen war enttäusch - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und könnte gemütlich sein, wenn sie gut instand gehalten würde. Ehrlich gesagt glauben wir, dass sie nur genutzt wird, um Geld zu verdienen, und dass Wartungsarbeiten nur dann durchgeführt werden, wenn die Gäste sich beschweren. Wir sind vollkommen enttäuscht von i Loft Málaga und von der Firma, die den Vertrag unterzeichnet hat: Arrendamientos e Inversiones Gugu 23 S.L. Mängel: Kaputte Dusche, schmutzige Badezimmerwand, Steckdose ohne Abdeckung, defekte und verdrehte Deckenlampe, da sie nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte und schlaflose Nächte verursachte, WC Spülkasten verliert Wasser, Türrahmen, der sich fast löste, elektronische Türschloss mit Klebeband befestigt und beim Schliessen von innen nicht richtig funktionierend, was ein Gefühl von Unsicherheit verursachte, usw.

Gli host sono stati molto reattivi alle nostre richieste La struttura potrebbe essere tenuta meglio (è un pò datata) e magari con qualche accessorio in più da far trovare agli ospiti (asciugamani aggiuntivi, coperte aggiuntive, cialde per il caffè, bustine del thè, sale, zucchero, olio)

• Monika (7/5): - Wir haben angerufen und sie hat uns shon 2 Stunden früher hereingelassen Es gab nur 3 Rollen WC Papier und keinen Staubsauger. Die Wohnung ist im Winter eher kalt und es schmeckt einwenig nach schlechtem Abwasser in der Küche unter dem Siphon.

Es un apartamento amplio, adecuado para 4 personas El apartamento tenía varios desperfectos y cosas por arreglar.. La persiana que no se podía bajar en el salón, así que entraba muchísima luz (era un ventanal grande). La verdad que en cuanto les avisé me contestaron en seguida y al día siguiente vino un técnico a arreglar, pero así y todo no cubría todo el ventanal por lo que seguía entrando mucha luz. La caja de las persianas estaban abiertas, sobre todo el de la habitación y entraba muchísimo frío, pasamos frío a la noche para dormir. En el salón también la caja estaba algo abierta así que también entraba frío. El técnico puso silicona y hay que decir que sí se notó algo de mejoría. El aire caliente del salón tampoco funcionaba así que tampoco pudimos usarlo. En la habitación sí que funcionaba pero el último día diría que ya no salía tan caliente. Pasamos algo de frío a las noches para dormir. En mi opinión el apartamento sucio, el último día pasamos la escoba porque veíamos algo sucio y queríamos dejarlo todo bien recogido, y había mucha suciedad (nosotros ni desayunamos, ni comimos ni cenamos en casa, pasamos el día fuera desde la mañana hasta la noche así que era imposible que ensuciáramos). El sofá para dormir muy pero que muy sucio. Era de buen tamaño para 2, y fácil de abrir eso sí. Pero también hay que decir que, el edredón era más estrecho que el sofá abierto hecho cama, por lo que no era suficiente para taparse 2 personas. Y por último, y ya es una opinión personal, muy poca luz en el apartamento, en el salón concretamente. Solo había 2 lámparas de pie, por lo que la luz era escasa. Reservamos este apartamento porque al ver en Booking tenía muy buena pinta, y repito que la ubicación y las vistas eran fenomenales, pero después con el apartamento en sí, no era lo esperado. Al final tampoco le dimos mucha importancia porque nos pasábamos el día fuera, solo dormíamos.

• Edyta (6/5): Malaga piękna , widok z okna cudowny . Mieszkanie nie trafione !!! - Widok i chyba tyle … Mieszkanie /apartament wymaga natychmiastowego odświeżenia. Niestety prysznic - jedna wielka pleśń . Klimatyzator chyba nigdy nie był czyszczony. Nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu - zwłaszcza jak się otworzy szafkę pod zlewozmywakiem w kuchni. Nie jestem osobą wymagającą ale czystość to podstawa . Kanapa w salonie jest tak brudna że aż się lepi 🫣. Wiele innych rzeczy by można było wymienić …. Tylko czy ktoś z tym coś zrobi ?!

• Ortega Quiñones (5/5): - Ubicación Cuando llegamos al apartamento nos encontramos con varias incidencias que afectaron de forma notable a nuestra estancia. En primer lugar, había un fuerte olor a tuberías en el interior. Además, una de las paredes tenía el papel roto y el estado general de limpieza no era adecuado. También echamos en falta utensilios básicos: aunque había lavadora, no se proporcionaban productos para usarla, y tampoco había cubiertos para poder comer. A esto se sumó que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Me puse en contacto con el alojamiento para solicitar una solución y no recibí ninguna respuesta efectiva. Por último, las toallas proporcionadas estaban en mal estado, algunas incluso con agujeros.
