Was not expecting the little kitchenette- if you've been out wine tasting and just want to chill on the balcony with your wine purchase in the evening, get some takeout! We really liked the shower and it was great to get room service which not only was fast, it was great food. Location was perfect and sitting outside was really nice. Friendly front desk staff, beautiful hotel. My friend wasnt too happy with her bed, sounds like it had a hump in it. We also tried to eat in the restaurant but after we were seated no waiter came, the menu was designed for a multi course meal which didn't suit us. So we decided to leave, but at 8pm the nearby restaurants were closing. It was a relief to be able to order room service which was great, turned out to be a perfect option.

Even my kids sensed it. - Location Staffing, not very cordial, was rolling could have early check in then once I arrived, that turned me away and my room still wasn’t ready at 4. It felt as though we were inconveniencing them. It was not a great feeling. Room was dirty, found cup lids and wrappers near the bed.

- Melissa (7/5): Love the Lodge but this time fell really short - We love the hot tub and the cold plunge pool although I don’t think the pool was supposed to be a frigid cold plunge. There was a lot of long black hair in the toilet area. The air conditioner seemed to be on the fritz. Wasn’t cooling the room and made an annoying high pitched noise until we finally figured out where the noise was coming from. Had to sleep with the air off and balcony door open. We finally fell asleep at 3am and then the leaf blower guys showed up at 8am.
- Scott (8/5): - Overall the hotel is very nice. Upscale amenities, great beautiful location, bike loaners Oddly sarcastic front desk staff, slow breakfast order, pool not heated. Also, we were using a luggage cart to take our own luggage to our room but staff were annoyed with us because some other guest seemed to need it more. They ran the cart to them after we were done but kept asking us if we still needed it and we were not going slow with it either. Didn't love how the heat pump blows right on our bed.

- Daniel (10/5): Phenomenal place to stay in Tri Cities - would do again. - The quality of the property itself is magnificent. The large bathtub and rain style shower was really good. My wife loved the fireplace! The bedding seemed extremely thin. Even with an extra blanket from the front desk, both of us felt either too hot or too cold and couldn't find a good happy medium. Perhaps including a thicker blanket in room would help.

We checked in early and Lance provided a red carpet treatment. Tired from a long road trip, he made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay restful. We will definitely be back.

- Danielle (10/5): Excellent and well worth the visit - I loved Jacob in the bar. He was by himself yet kept a very positive attitude no mater how busy it got. Kept up with us as every guest there. He remember our drinks off the top of his head even tho it was extremely busy. He excited drinks and presentation very well. I have never ever in my life experienced anyone like him I am highly impressed with him. Mikel from the front test was funny and professional he was absolutely fantastic and it was so quick and easy to check in. The room was very nice as well as very clean. The overall experience was immaculate When we went to the bar our bartender Javon was busy. Someone else brought in our appetizer and she did not look at us, give us plates, silverware, or napkins. And was pretty rude. I didn’t catch her name but she was our only complaint.

Our only complaint is that the TV was outdated and did not support any streaming apps whatsoever. We had to watch whatever was playing on the channels only. Other than that our stay was really comfortable and we would happily stay again! Outdated TV and no support for streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.

- rpdeleon (4/5): Comfort Issues Took Away From an Otherwise Nice Stay - I stayed at The Lodge at Columbia Point and had a mixed experience. I checked in fairly late on a Sunday. Check-in itself was smooth once I got inside, but upon arrival the doors were locked and the signage wasn’t clear about how to enter after hours. I tried opening the doors a couple of times before someone eventually opened them for me. The room itself was nice and appeared clean overall. However, I noticed a blue stain coming from the cooling unit in the bedroom, which was a bit concerning. The biggest issue during my stay was comfort—specifically the bedding and temperature control. For a hotel of this caliber and at the price point I paid, I expected a proper comforter. Instead, the blanket was extremely thin, almost sheet-like. This was especially problematic because of how the room temperature functioned. If the room got too warm, the air conditioning would automatically kick on. I ended up sleeping with the fireplace on for warmth, which then triggered the AC, and the vent was pointed directly at the bed. As a result, I was freezing all three nights of my stay. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi was decent and reliable enough for me to work from the room, and the view of the water was beautiful and definitely a highlight. Staff interactions were mixed. While check-in was fine, the front desk experience at checkout felt indifferent. The staff member didn’t ask about my stay—just took my key and said goodbye. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and some strong points, but the lack of comfortable bedding and the room’s temperature issues really affected my stay.

We all love the Hotel (Lodge), its location, walking path, nearby restaurants, and the fact they are dog friendly. They have a great restaurant and bar in the hotel as well. I have also hosted lectures and meetings within the hotel. It’s always a good stay with friendly staff. 5 stars

- StenaJoy (10/5): A Surprising Lovely Hotel in Tri-Cities - My husband and I had a long driving round trip planned to the West coast of WA, so we decided to stay a night in the Tri-Cities area to split the driving time into 2 days. A friend recommended the Lodge and their dining room. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice rooms, comfy beds, romantic fireplace, and they even had dishes for 2. This was perfect for our cheese and wine that we brought for an evening snack. We had brunch in the morning and enjoyed the food.

Staff was very attentive and always a smile on their faces. Food was good in the restaurant make sure to sit outside if weather permits. Enjoy you will not be sorry you stayed at The Lodge.

- Laura (10/5): - I was there to do Ironman WA 70.3 race weekend. The entire staff adopted the mindset of athlete support for all of the guests who were racing. They had snacks and coffee available at 4am ready to go for us when we left for the race, and they had race swag bags. The food was awesome for fueling our racing. I could even eat at the restaurant safely without stress (am celiac). We have our reservations for next year and will stay even longer!
- 11fitz11 (10/5): Best Choice in the Tri-cities - We stayed at The Lodge in September for a triathlon and loved it. Our Grand Cru Riverfront King Premium Suite was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with beautiful river views. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Check-in was fast and friendly, and staff were excellent throughout. The kitchenette had a mini fridge (with freezer) and microwave, and when we needed extra dishes they were delivered right away. (Note: no toaster or hotplate) The soaking tub filled quickly with great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Trails and great restaurants are right outside the door. Overall, an excellent hotel with excellent staff in an excellent location. Highly recommend.
- E1440VAkathyb (10/5): Gorgeous sanctuary on the Columbia - Gorgeous sanctuary with balcony on the Marina, indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub, large calming bathtub and soothing amenities provided at this beautiful stay. Only stayed one day and wished we had tried the restaurant out. I will be back. Also shout out to Mikel (mikrl@lodgeatcolumbiapoint.com) who provided additional time and assistance when I had forgotten to book this portion of my work travel. It was a nice reprieve during a 2-week span of work travel. I only wish all the hotels I stayed at had been so soothing. Thank you!
