• Graeme (10/5): Positive, cheap and cheerful - I read a lot of bad reviews but to be honest my stay was positive. Room 106, comfy, clean bed. Yes it’s not perfect but if you want perfect maybe try an upmarket hotel and pay the price! Staff were not rude they just don’t speak much English (this is Thailand and I’m sure your Thai is on parr….)

• Ken (5/5): When all said and done this hotel is probably what you'd expect from a budget hotel. - the first thing about this property is that it's very economical. The rooms are very clean and I found the location very convenient. In the city but away from the busy part, that was easy to get to 2km away. For the price Thi property is very good value for money in the city. Although the walls are brick there was still a lot of noise from other rooms. Especially if a couple is "active" in their room. For me a decent shower is important, so the lack of volume from the shower was a problem. I had to use the shower hand held to effectively just get soap off. We booked the better room which had a larger bed, but the room size is exactly the same as all the others and the photos seriously inflate the size of the room which was a little disappointing. Also, I couldn't pay through booking.com and had to pay at the property... they don't take credit cards, so take cash with you. You can pay with a Thai QR code if you have a Thai bank account, but no EFT at all. As for the staff, the people at reception were rude. Always. I thought they were just racist towards westerners but my Thai girlfriend got the same treatment from them and Udon is her home town so she speaks the local dialect. Not helpful or pleasant in any way, just rude and dismissive.

• Vladimir (7/5): For your money, the room is normal, but when traveling, you always want a little better than just no - Of the advantages, I can mention the good location of the hotel and the staff. The number did not correspond to what was presented in the photos. the walls were scuffed. It was also quite dirty both under the bed and in the bathroom.

• Paer (2/5): - Stayed four nights since I unfortunately booked in advance for the entire stay. Broken bed, no cleaning service nor clean towels for the entire sray. My very good advice,,, find another place to stay guys.
• Paer (4/5): Green garden is a BIG NO. - Stayed four nights at Green Garden. First they didn't had a computer to check online bookings so a call was made someone could finally come to check it out in a telephone. The bed was broken and should've been replace a long time ago. AND last but not least. In 4 days they didn't change in bed no new towels, nor cleaned the room. 2 water bottles was placed outside the door every day though. GREEEEAT service right. Not enough water to clean bedsheets and towels though.. 😉 Honestly... If visiting Udon.. This place is not wheee you want to stay. They should just do what they mainly do. Rent out rooms monthly. My rating is - 10 out of +10. Crap.
• shinya (8/5): Stay again at this Hotel - Happy to stay at this Hotel, where is not so far away from the central shopping place by the tukutuku. The room is clean and comfortable enough.
