- johnny (10/5): 會例入必住口袋 - 房間舒。我們訂的一廳一房。夏天真的不想出去，在酒店好舒服。樓下有間吃本地菜的好吃到不得了。對面商場也有好吃的餐廳。整體己被例入下次必住酒店。原因是近我們親戚家。但如果是來厦門旅遊的話。還是需要出入用車。但對我們來說就是超級舒適的地方。
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This was our second stay at this hotel. We had a nice studio apartment, with washer/dryer in the room. Construction of metro line #2 is underway and the stop will be just in front of the hotel. There is a new shopping mall across the street with some cafes and restaurants. Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool but it is required to wear a swimming cap which we are not used to. If you don't mind to be away from the city centre but need an apartment style room then this is a good choice.

- Eve (6/5): Horrible cleanliness - Service so so... housekeeping ok. The most unpleasant issue is they don't wash the table cloth at the breakfast place. this is the only round table at the restaurant which my big family used every morning. Can u imagine the stains on the table cloth. I think the management has to look at the issue. THough the apt is quite new, but poor maintenance

- YUNHUA (6/5): - 可惜了他的硬體住了三晚熱了三晚 空調系統說是中央空調 冬天就設定為送風系統沒有冷氣 只能送風 前台無法處理 很多客人都抗議 因為廈門畢竟比較熱 外頭的風都比較涼爽 邊上地鐵施工 出入比較不便但房間是舒適的 早餐 普普 若能改善其實是不錯的酒店

- Sam (6/5): 周遭環景惡劣的酒店 - 酒店內裏環境設施可以，但外邊環境惡劣，興建中的地盆一籮籮，如酒店，商場及地鐵等等。沙塵滾滾，污煙脹氣。要待全部落成才可見青天呢! 今次值得一讚是早餐分配有了第一次改善。三個人訂了一間倆個臥室的房，竟然包了三位早餐。以前是一個臥室包一個早餐，倆個臥室就包倆個早餐。 其實多少個人去訂房，條款說包早餐，就應該給與全部人有早餐吧。 這點宗旨希望他們會有好好的改善吧。

- darren (4/5): Nice and clean hotel but breakfast was bad - Selections for breakfast was quite mediocre with repeated items during my 6 night stay. I booked a suite with 2 rooms and only got 2 breakfast vouchers. The 3rd person had to skip breakfast as a result. Why only allocate 2 breakfast vouchers for a room with 1 king size and a queen size bed which was also clearly indicated for 3-4 pax

However, when we came to the hotel, the front desk staff said the room type was only provide breakfast for one. If the double bed room was only include breakfast for one, it should be written down clearly. The terms only stated that include breakfast. I booked the room for two persons and so presumed to be breakfast for two. It was not the first time for that incident to happen. Last time, I booked the room for two persons and then they provided breakfast for one person only, but after bargaining the problem was settled. This time could not be settled and we need to pay extra breakfast fee for one person. I think the terms and conditions in the package should be written down in a clear way and not to tricky the guests.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 美中不足 - 酒店硬件不错，性价比还可以。服务还有待提高，hotels.cn上的订单所含内容和入住时酒店给的有出入。虽然经过协商，最终酒店按照订单内容给予相应服务，但客户体验不大好，会带来很多不便。而且订单上注明的合理需求没有预先准备好，导致我们入住后遇到困难。硬件达到了4星标准，服务嘛，3.5星吧。

- JING (10/5): - 位置算是新区，离新开发的建发国际中心和环岛路游艇会那边比较近，离邮轮中心码头、厦门大学、中山路步行街等景点集中区域打车约3/40块钱。设施很新，挺干净的，露天游泳池很新很干净，沐浴桑那设施很新很干净，一家出游订个两房的公寓是不错的选择。稍微有点新装修的味道，开窗吹一下气味就散了。楼下正在修地铁站，以后会更方便吧。楼下还有“临家”闽南菜餐馆，非常好吃。
