• Michael Heidenreich (1/5): Extremely dirty.... Horrible! - The location was great. The main issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was very dirty, and what was concerning was that the dirt came off immediately with a simple wipe, suggesting that simply no effort had been made during cleaning. For weeks and months maybe. There was dirt everywhere around corners and edges, mold around the shower and seals, which is easy to clean if you actually try. We even found a hairpin of someone else on the floor. The biggest surprise was when my girlfriend grabbed a towel and found a brown organic-looking stain that honestly looked like feces. I understand that towels may come from an external laundry service, but they should still be checked before being placed in a room. The toilet was another issue. There was brown discoloration that I initially thought was permanent staining, but it came off instantly with dry toilet paper. This was especially surprising because the toilet had a paper seal stating that it had been cleaned. There were also several maintenance issues: the floor was damaged with visible gaps, the leather framed mirror was heavily worn and scratched, the shower head leaked heavily and sprayed water everywhere, the toilet seat was not fitted properly - you sit on the toilet bowl actually, and there were visible marks on walls that looked like basic maintenance issues. Everything looked broken and dirty. I can accept imperfections and I do not expect luxury perfection, but what bothered me most was the overall impression that basic care and attention had been missing. Paying more than €200 per night, this felt very disappointing and far below expectations.

• Marina (9/5): - La struttura è situata in una posizione comodissima a pochi minuti da due stazioni della metropolitana, in una bella zona. Si può arrivare a piedi con mezz'ora di passeggiata al Foro Italico. La signora alla reception e' stata veramente gentile e collaborativa per ogni nostra esigenza. La colazione si riceve in un bel bar subito sotto la struttura. La consiglio a tutti e ci ritornerò sicuramente.

• Fabrizio_Gatto (9/5): Soggiorno da consigliare: posizione e disponibilità eccellente - La posizione è eccellente, in un quartiere, Prati, elegante e pieno di locali e servizi: vicino al Vaticano e a mezzi pubblici, sia metro che bus. La cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff è da sottolineare. Buone anche le condizioni, le dimensioni e la pulizia della stanza e della struttura in generale. In un contesto generale di buonissima qualità dell'esperienza forse si può solo fare un piccolo appunto sulla colazione: è offerto un voucher presso un bar vicinissimo e prestigioso, ma è prevista solo la colazione con bevanda calda e brioche mentre spesso il turista preferisce approfittare di una colazione più abbondante e più varia (soprattutto gli stranieri). Sottolineo che si tratta di un dettaglio, personalmente la colazione mi ha soddisfatto.

O ar era central, e era de difícil manejo, visto que o monitor estava com a tela que alguns números não apareciam. O café da manhã é numa lancheria quase do lado, com demora no atendimento.

• Léonie (7/5): die lage war super und wir hatten perfektes wetter für unseren städtetrip - die lage war toll, zu fuss konnte man schnell ins zentrum kommen, das zimmer war nicht besonders gross aber für uns zu dritt nur fürs schlafen war es optimal. schnelles und eigenes ein-/aus-checken. es hatte im ganzen bad schimmel, die dusche hatte keine tür wodurch der ganze boden im bad nass war. die fenster konnte man nicht luftdicht zumachen. das einzelbett war sehr klein und die matratze nicht passend zum bettgestell. es verrutschte und war für meinen kollegen nicht optimal, aber wenigstens weich. der ganze boden war vorallem unter dem bett und gestellen voller staub

• Leila (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Roma - La struttura si trova nel quartiere di Prati, bellissimo quartiere di Roma ben servito. La metro è veramente a due passi dall'appartamento, c'è pure un piccolo supermercato vicino, negozi e una farmacia. La stanza è pulita, il letto comodo e tutti i servizi funzionano benissimo. L'host ci ha aiutati per il check in da remoto, gentilissima e disponibile. Niente! Tutto ok!

• Cindy (9/5): - Heel behulpzame gastvrouw! Prati is een mooie rustige wijk met leuke restaurantjes en groen. Metro vlakbij, maar veel uitstappen te voet haalbaar. Ruime, comfortabele kamer met terras. Een aantal zaken in de badkamer mogen opgefrist worden.
• Michael_Claudia (9/5): Sehr komfortabel für ein paar Tage in Rom - Wir hatten hier einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Unsere Junior-Suite mit Balkon war großzügig geschnitten. Trotz Straßenseite konnten wir ruhig schlafen. Das Mobiliar ist etwas abgewohnt, dennoch sehr sauber und für 2 Nächte sehr komfortabel. Tee-und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeit steht im Zimmer zur Verfügung, bei Bedarf steht ein Kaffee- und Getränkeautomat zu sehr fairen Preisen (0,5l Wasser €0,60) bereit. Fußläufig ist alles schnell erreichbar.

• Valeria Nicole (8/5): Cómodo y recomendable - La habitación era amplia y espaciosa para 3 personas. No es un hotel como tal, sino un apartamento con habitaciones a modo hotel. Estuvo bien poder contar con una cocina fuera. No tienen servicio de habitaciones, estuvimos 3 noches y no pasaron en ningún momento a cambiar las toallas o hacer las camas.

• Gisselle (8/5): Spacious room for Rome stay in great location. - We stayed at the property our last night in Rome, woke up very early the next morning to head to the airport and check out was a breeze. Roberta was super nice and helpful with the check-in. In terms of the property it is big considering the standard size of rooms you get in Rome, everything was clean and ready for our arrival and the building felt safe. Location is top and very easy to get a cab or to get anywhere from Prati with the Vatican being close and the Ottaviano metro station conveniently within walking distance. Restaurants around this area are really good and there is variety to shop around. Since it is an flat that has been turned into multiple rooms, you could tell that the handwork on the bathroom was not top and it splashes everywhere.

• Cristina (9/5): Excelente apartamento en Prati - Auto checkin muy fácil. Ubicación buena en Prati en una calle principal a pocos pasos del Vaticano con cafeterías cerca. Muy buena comunicación con Rafaela que respondió mis dudas en poco tiempo. Habitación muy espaciosa, muy cómoda y limpia. Cuna de bebé gratuita. La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas también En la ducha había moho en la alcachofa y en el tirador de la persiana que hay dentro de la ducha. Algunas manchas en la sábana encimera pero en general bastante limpio. El colchón de la cuna es muy blando para un bebé. Los colchones por seguridad tienen que ser rígidos y que no se hundan. Pasé un poco de miedo por meter a mi bebé de dos meses en un colchón que se hundía bastante. No había máquina de café para hacerte unas cápsulas ni nada de cortesía. El café era de pago.

Ліжко й матрац дуже зручні усі три дні ми чудово відпочивали та висипалися. Розташування ідеальне -до Ватикану всього 7–10 хвилин пішки. • Thomas (8/5): Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in guter Lage - Die Lage des Guest House war sehr gut und liegt in der zweiten Etage eines sehr großen Hauses. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt, was uns jetzt im Februar nicht gestört hat. ImSommer sicherlich ein Makel. Ansonsten war das Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das bei der Buchung angegebene Frühstück beschränkt sich in der Realität auf ein Croissant und eine Kaffeespezialität im Café nebenan. Allerdings war dieses Café wirklich sehr schön, es ist bloß nichts zum satt werden.

• Heidy Constanza (10/5): Excepcional! - Excelente servicio y una amabilidad total por parte de Raffaella, quien estuvo siempre muy atenta y explicó de manera clara y detallada todo el procedimiento de ingreso. El hotel y las habitaciones son espectaculares: las camas son súper cómodas, las almohadas excelentes y, en general, todo fue perfecto, muy lindo y muy bien cuidado. La limpieza fue impecable. Contaba con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estadía excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca del Vaticano, y en general se puede llegar a casi todos los lugares caminando. El barrio es encantador, lleno de cafeterías, restaurantes, heladerías y pequeños mercados, lo que hace la experiencia aún mejor. NA

Room was clean and offered a good space during our stay. Having someone at the reception for the check in could be valuable.

• Stefano96 (6/5): Cosi cosí - Posizione buona,stanze abbastanza ampie e soffitti molto alti , stanza calda, self checkin chiaro. Le camere non sono insonirizzate essendo vicino ad una strada trafficata si sente tutto. La stanza é un po da rividere per quanto riguarda la manutenzione generale. Inoltre un giorno non ci hanno lasciato il rotolo della carta igienica durante la pulizia mattutina della camera
