• Alison (9/5): A beautiful, well lit, clean and impeccably kept house, very large terrace with spectacular views! - A beautiful location with lovely views and a large terrace, very clean and spacious. Full of light and in a tranquil area. A beautiful and very well kept garden. Everything is in excellent condition. Linen was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A big kitchen and all the amenities you might need. The only thing was that there is only one shower/toilet shared between everyone, but it was still very manageable. There's quite a walk (pleasant but uphill) to the town centre. Be sure to confirm taxi service when getting back to the airport as the company we booked with cancelled, but the owner of Casa Ketty provided us with some numbers of taxi drivers who kindly stepped in to replace the cancellation.

You are a short walk away from the centre, yet this side of the town is much quieter. The property has been kept at top condition, this is probably the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. The host is very helpful too.

• Doug (10/5): You won't find a better view, peace, and quiet that is still so close to town! - You won’t find a better view, peace, and quiet that is still very close to town! We loved this place so much. Angela was amazing and leading up to our travels she’s was very great at answering questions and quick to reply. It was our first trip to another country so we were nervous about getting to Casa Ketty, but Angela made it so easy and offered to pick us up at the ferry in Bellagio. It’s only a short drive to the house and it’s actually easier to walk to the heart of town from the beautiful shortcut path that goes directly from Casa Ketty to town. We walked to and from town several times per day. In the other direction was a nice walk to the grocery store and even into the villages most tourists probably don’t venture to but the bakery there was so amazing! We got a bunch of treats and it only came out to $12 Euro, we were stunned at how inexpensive it was. The bed was perfect and even had two others that we didn’t need because it was as just my wife and I. I liked how we could close the outside shutters for more privacy and to make it darker in the room while we sleep since the moon was bright and we’re sensitive to light while we sleep. The showers were great, hot water and great pressure (some parts of our trip didn’t have nearly as great of a shower). The WiFi worked really well, as I did have some work to tend to in the late evenings. We really loved having a full kitchen with everything. We woke up every morning to make our eggs and bacon (they call it pancetta) with toast, and enjoy our coffee out on the back patio, it’s so peaceful! It’s very quiet in this area compared to being right in town, and the walk is very short into town which we were worried about because on the map it looks far but it’s really not at all. Check out the sandwich shop on the path into town, they were so great and the lasagna was the best we’ve had in Italy. Angela has a washer & drier with was very helpful for us to be able to refresh our wardrobe. There really isn't anything that comes to mind. So much value for the little price being asked per night, I think they could charge even more. Some people might worry about the walking but that's all of italy and we actually really enjoyed the exercise between meals!

Angela (the host) was very respectful, polite and helpful. Overall very professional and lovely at the same time. One of the most beautiful and memorable stays we have ever experienced, definitely my choice if I'll be ever back there again. Nothing at all. Only it's worth mentioning that the walking way to the city center is through few (but long) rows of stairs, so not possible if having mobility issues.

• Brett (10/5): Once in a lifetime experience basking in one of the most beautiful places on earth. - Overall exceptional experience. This is a two level property with each floor serving as a self contained apartment. We were on the second level and had our own kitchen, living room, dining area, balcony, bathroom and two bedrooms. The property has a shared garage, green space and laundry facilities. Convenient location away from the daily flood of tourist but still only a roughly 12 min walk to the shops and restaurants in town Bellagio. Expect to take a lot of steps on cobblestone paths to get to town. There are breathtaking views from the property and the overall stay was delightful. Angela served as our contact throughout the stay and she was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She was warm and insightful as well as quick to respond to any questions or requests. Cleanliness meets expectations but could use some more love. I would assume there is a cleaning company who services the property regularly but it could use a deep clean to get crumbs under counters / sinks and some standard shower mildew which has accumulated.

The views are spectacular, and the area is peaceful. We loved everything. Of course, if you are older (just a warning), where the property is located, you will need to climb steep stairs, to get into the main area of Bellagio.

It has the most beautiful views we saw in Italy…so much private, outdoor space, amazing and kitchen with any amenity. We loved Angela, who was kind enough to meet us upon arrival and drop us off at the ferry on our way out. There were recommendations for restaurants, markets, boat tours, etc. It really does not get better than this. Would have liked bigger beds in the second bedroom but only as we were traveling as two adult women without children.

The location from the town is great and the ambiance with the mountains in the background and view of lake make this a tranquil experience but you can walk into town for restaurants and there is a great one a few metres from property. The build, furnishings and fittings are top quality and Angela the host is lovely. We decided not to hire a car for this trip and Angela was kind enough to pick us apart with cases and take us back to ferry which was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property. We all had such a great time. There really is nothing.
• Jennifer (8/5): Gorgeous views, spacious villa, far up hill hike from town - The view from the villa was stunning. There was plenty of space for a family of 4. I cannot express how absolutely gorgeous the views are from this property. The view from the back terrace was breathtaking. The villa was clean although the bedding could be replaced. The villa is located very far from town. The walk is up approx 250 steps and across the mtn and back down again. Cabs/ Ubers are not to be had in Bellagio. You will be secluded. Not for anyone with mobility issues or who isn’t physically fit. The bedding was brown in color , it was likely clean and appeared clean but I prefer white bedding so I know it can be bleached between guests. Lastly the bathroom didn’t have any counter space just a large sink.

The owner was informative, quick with responding to messages and even offered to get us to the ferry when our boat taxi cancelled at the last minute. You won't regret booking this piece of heaven! I didn't like that I had to leave. I didn't like saying goodbye to Lake Como. If you have accessibility issues, you may want to book a place that is in the main square area.

Great facilities, washing machine was a god send on our trip as we were touring 3 areas. Although a 10/15 walk to Bellagio the gradient was very very steep. We were travelling with my 77 yr old Father, who whilst fit, this made it difficult to easily walk into Bellagio

The property is a relatively short, though sometimes steep walk to the centre of Bellagio. It has all the facilities one could need and beds were very comfortable. Parking is easily accessible in the basement.

• Dorothy (9/5): Excellent - It’s my third stay so everything was fine . No coat hooks. Because it rained heavily. We could have used a coat stand .
• James (10/5): No words to capture how amazing from beginning to end 20 out of 10 - Absolutely everything has been thought of and high quality fittings, generous supplies amazing views and Angela was an awesome host Zero
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - A tremendous view from a very modern and well appointed apartment with a wonderful patio! It is a short stroll down to the little port area of Pescallo but is a significant walk up, over and down the hill to the main part of Bellagio (15 minutes for the very fit; 20-25 for those less fit). While the walk is a bit of a workout, it is a charming experience to see the narrow rock stairs, rock walls, and various passageways. Angela the host was wonderful and quick to offer help or suggestions. If we ever come back to Bellagio, Casa Ketty will be our 1st choice for lodging. For me, the pillows were too hard and uncomfortable, despite there being 2 choices. The bed was very comfortable and supportive.
• Jonathan (10/5): We loved staying at casa ketty , Angela the host was brillliant to deal with . The house had everything and the location - The property was beautiful. It was in a great location by the shore but away from the busy tourist area. Great views ,facilities and modern.

• Mark (10/5): A truly fabulous and beautiful view super clean and modern villa within a refreshing walk to town - Amazing panoramic lake and mountain views, modern and clean villa, under house enclosed parking, small beach 1 block away While we personally enjoyed the 15 min +\_ walk into Bellagio it’s not for those who don’t enjoy walking up and down nominal hills a couple times a day to get in and out of Bellagio center during the day and for dinner. The walk is well lit for walking at night.
• Ebony (10/5): Fantastic! We’ll be back! - The property is just a short walk away from the centre of Bellagio. We often took the slightly longer route as we had prams and that route didn’t have any stairs. The view from the property is sensational! It was lovely waking up to that view each morning. The garden terrace was so beautiful and relaxing, the kids also really enjoyed it. The property had everything we needed for our stay. We found the washing machine and dryer very handy and the everything was clean and tidy. Nothing
