Guest Reviews
- Jack (10/5): - Interior was impressive and cosy
- Pirau (9/5): - Pulizia
- Naomi (7/5): Value for money. But maybe the location could have been more accurate - Property was fine for what we needed
Close to centre and Titanic Museum Very noisy as on a busy road and on the flight path from Belfast City Airport
I didn’t get the email with check in details until 7pm but managed to get the host to call me with the check in number
- William (8/5): -
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Kastehein (5/5): Okay place for a short stay - The communication with the host was quick, beds were comfortable When we arrived, one window leaked so the host had to come and check it but couldn’t fix over the weekend. Second morning we woke up without the heating and only cold water was running - I had to go and check the boiler and release the pressure handles (I was assisted by the host but it was an unfortunate situation). Over all it was quite dirty, couches had stains and walls in the bathrooms were also dirty.
I think when you have deposit, it should be better written, we paid it because we had no other choice but it was unexpected since it was so hidden in the rules.
- Mcroberts (10/5): -
- Tommy (7/5): -

- Sinead (9/5): Superb -
- Brenda (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the house clean, warm, and comfortable
Would definitely stay here again 😀
- Jessica (10/5): Perfect for our group will 100% book in again - It was spotless so comfortable and was. In such a great location
- Leanne (8/5): Clean and comfortable. - Clean, good amenities. Taxis would be advised, sound decibel reader in the property to keep noise down for the neighbours but yet the neighbours woke us up.
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pineda (9/5): Superb - we enjoyed our stay. it's cozy and clean and affordable..
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Warm, cozy, clean and comfortable. Little tears were left on the table for us. It's the little things that makes a big difference Pathway at the front of house. It gets Very slippery when wet
- Stagg (9/5): Superb -
- Michaela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aditya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Usha (5/5): Passable - I think it was not meant for 3 couples who needed their privacy as one couple had to split and sleep in 2 different rooms The house was very cramped for a group of 7 ,
The kitchen was not equipped for our group size and didn't have space or provision to dry clothes
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Caroline (7/5): Good -
- Andrew (9/5): Had everything we needed for our short break. - Good facilities great location. Nothing.
- Pete (9/5): Great place but location a bit off track - Easy to get into the house, clean and well maintained, comfortable for a family of 5. Although the public transport to the city centre was very accessible, the sectarian surroundings made us feel less than safe in the area.
- Éadaoin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (10/5): Ideal spacious property - spacious. very clean . everything you needed.. easy free parking outside. easy to get into city center. Not a problem for me . but its a town house so 3 floors
- Fran (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, the place was so clean, communication was good. Location perfect to go to SSE arena for Concert.
Definitely will book to stay here again Highly recommended Leaving our stay was too short
- Mary (6/5): Not suitable for families, earliest checkout ever. - We attended a 3 night music festival in SSE Arena. Accommodation was a little over a mile in distance. The property is 3 storey high. Not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities, our daughter really struggled. Check out at 10am on Sunday morning, far too early!!! I asked if it could be extended and was prepared to pay for this, but my request wasn’t acknowledged or replied to. Lesson learned.
- Shaun (1/5): HEATING WAS SO BAD - Heating was so uncomfortable
Reported it 3 times and left a complaint and still never got a reply
- Yasmin (9/5): Lovely spot for a few days in Belfast! - A lovely presented house, which was very clean and had all of the amenities you would need, with some lovely extra touches. Really good communication from the staff as well, especially when we left a little purple hippo teddy behind that belonged to my niece. It was a little bit further away from the centre than what we had anticipated. We had planned to walk in, but ended up getting taxis instead as we had a child with us. However, the taxi drivers we had were all so friendly, some were hilarious and were also super helpful in pointing out good spots to go / tourist sights etc. and were all reasonably priced.
- Daryl (9/5): An A1 Townhouse in Belfast! - It was a very nice, modern townhouse with comfortable beds. The space was inviting and the perfect location for a group of friends to catch up. There was Netflix on the TV and a thermostat to adjust the temperature to your liking. The shower was very pleasant with lots of warm water. The only negative thing I have to say is that check-out is too early. It bugs me when places have check-out at 11am instead of the standard 12pm. But it was 10am here which we all felt was too early, especially on the weekend. It is the only thing that would put me off booking it again, other than that, everything was perfect!
- Anonymous (9/5): A lovely stay in Titanic The Lady. Would definitely return. Thank you! - Extremely clean. Well kept. Little touches e.g. a basket of treats. Free street parking outside the door. Stairs a little steep, just needed to keep an eye on my children going up and down.
- Rachel (7/5): Yummy welcome treats. Nice area. - Location close to stores. Lovely welcome gifts, including yummy treats. Lounge area roomy and comfy. We were not aware of the three levels, this made things difficult for the older members of our party. Stairs are very narrow and steep, and we had to make sure the one who was most unsteady on their feet was close to the bathroom at night. Parking was ok, but all parks can be taken at busy times. The area is fairly noisy at night.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - I loved this home - everything was made easy for us by the host & they even left us treats! Location wasn't terrible, but there weren't a lot of food options within walking distance.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Very good - History
- Liliane (4/5): The house didn't fill in our expectations - The location was fine The shower didn't work, not even after someone came to fix it. There was a smell of humidity in the hall and in the kitchen cupboards and in the cupboards in the bedroom on the first floor. The ustensiles in the kitchen to make bacon and eggs were not good. There was no socket in the bathroom.
- Aundrea (9/5): Superb -
- Pornchai (7/5): Good -
- Margaret (9/5): We enjoyed it and was great for what we needed - I liked the property and appreciated the welcome treats
After traveling Would prefer more bath towels and thought there would have been a dryer for the laundry. We wound up
Not showering. We found a laundromat to dry out clothes
- Olwen (10/5): Very clean and welcoming. Staff were very friendly. Area was nice nice and quiet and central. - Very clean and welcoming.
- Mark (9/5): Great stay in an excellent location - Great location excellent customer service and very clean house! Mostly excellent stay sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but still ok
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Claire (9/5): Superb - Lovely home, short taxi ride or walk into city centre. Spacious and comfortable, homely feel to it. Beds were very comfortable.
We would definitely book here again
- Deirdre (10/5): Perfect city break stopover.
Great place to stay. Near town and the station.
D - Well appointed and neat house with all mod cons. Very clean everywhere. Cot left as requested for us together with bed linen. Nothing not to like. House had exactly the right amount of decoration to make it feel comfy but not too much to make it feel overwhelming.
- Karen (9/5): Thanks for making our time in Belfast great! - Very roomy for a family of 6 with great facilities and easy to park. Located in a great location next to many attractions.
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Irwin (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable, location very good for driving. A little bit more local information would have been helpful - nearby restaurants, pubs and local taxi number?
- Robert (8/5): Overall it was very nice for a one night stay! - The location was good for us as we just spent a day at The Titanic Museum (which was amazing btw) and it was not too far...although not as close as I thought. I liked that there were plenty of beds for us. It was clean and very cute. Parked right in front of the building There should be more towels, dish towels, paper towels for clean up etc. (I like to keep my stays clean); I did call one time but never got a response (I cant recall why I called at this point)...I think we figured it out...it was after 18:00 but no one called me back; there is only one tub/shower which was somewhat difficult for our group but we managed. Steep and narrow stairs for lugging up your luggage;
- Martin (10/5): The property is great for a Belfast adventure, there was ample on street parking which was great as we had hired a car. - The location of the property is excellent for a great time in Belfast Absolutely no complaints whatsoever
- Fang (5/5): Not quite what we expected. It took several phone calls to get the key code. - The room was poorly soundproofed and unsanitary. Can be cleaner
- Lola (7/5): Lovely place, poor communication - The house was very nice, in a good location and comfortable. When booking, we had requested a cot for our baby grandson. We also confirmed the cot 5 months prior to our arrival. When we got to the property on the Saturday evening at 5 pm, there was no cot. We contacted the manager and we were told that they had 7 properties and only one cot which was being used by another family. She apologized for the “inconvenience”. When you pay lots of money for accommodation with a cot for a baby, this is much more than an inconvenience. When I called the contact number to try get a cot, I was advised to have one of the adults sleep on the couch and the mom to cosleep with the baby. This was a very frustrating suggestion since this is not what we paid for. To the credit of the manager, she eventually arrived with the cot that she had taken back from the other family. While we were thankful to have a bed for the baby, this situation created a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion while we were trying to enjoy our vacation.
- Cheryl (9/5): Superb -
- David (5/5): Of the 7 locations we booked in Ireland, it was the only one that was a disappointment. - No breakfast but had a kitchen. Wanted to do our laundry but the appliances were NOT working. One coach was so worn it needs to be replaced.
- Shasta (10/5): wonderful - easy to locate with convenient parking. very cozy and comfortable
- Luesley (8/5): Very good -
- John (7/5): Great stay, lovely house, close enough to Belfast to have a great time - It was a lovely comfortable house with everything we needed. Great Wi-Fi and easy controllable heating. The location was as expected and far enough away and close to Belfast as we would have liked. Orange man march up the street on the Sunday was something we have never see before. The information about the noise monitor that was only forwarded to me the day before kinda put a shadow over the stay. Although we were never planning a party or to have excessive noise it was in the back of our heads and with 3 children noise could get out of hand. To be honest, even though we didn’t break any noise rules, it was intimidating and we prob wouldn’t have booked if known in advance.
- Beatrice (9/5): Superb - Clean, nice and comfy. Good wifi signal.
- Suzanne (8/5): perfect get away for families - comfy beds and great location, tidy and well decorated. lovely spacious lounge cooker was tricky to use as the marks had completely rubbed off the cooker top and the fridge shelves were broken.
- Margaret (7/5): Property was in a great location and it was easy to get buses. - Location was great. No bath plug, sofa bed was not comfortable.
- Grace (8/5): Great house as a base for a young family trip. - Great house and layout especially with kids (ages 7, 5 & 1). Lovely bedrooms, kitchen is great with loads of counter space for its small size. Location was perfect as we were driving everywhere, only minutes to all attractions we wanted.
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Deval (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bouise (10/5): lovely break. - as photographed. suited the location we needed. lovely and clean. well furnished. not too much parking, but this didn’t affect us. just so others are aware. we had two cars and were fine with on street parking.
- Dawn (9/5): great stay with a great staff. communication is as awesome. -
- Hether (8/5): awesome! - the property was amazing. lots of room. 2 beautiful sweet ladies met us last minute for the keys to accommodate us! the only downfall was the dryer did not work.
- Gerard (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was not included
- Andrea (8/5): very good place to stay in family - confortable. very spacious checkin process. because we need to go to another location to look for the keys.
a quite far for the downtown
- Jeffrey (9/5): Superb - Great location, good space for a family, comfy beds, WiFi and smart TV kept the kids happy 😊 The only thing I didn't have in the kitchen was a small pot, pair of tongs and a sweeping brush
- Collie (8/5): Very good - Location was fine we walked into city a little long for the kids but was perfect for adults happy to see more of city The bedroom on top floor could fit a double bed (IMO) as opposed to having to use a futon. Other than that no issues.
