Guest Reviews
- William (6/5): Okay - Location
- Julia (10/5): -
- Li (8/5): Good location. -
- Anastasia (7/5): Great place to stop and rest on a road trip: hot showers, clean bed, dog friendly, and nice TV - I was able to park my car right outside the door which is great when road tripping. The showers were hot with good pressure. They allowed dogs for a small fee and it was close to a patch of grass to allow the pup to use the restroom. Had a nice TV with many channels, free wifi, comfy bed and was quiet. Provided breakfast was very minimal.
The shower curtain didn't stay closed and ended up soaking the bathroom floor.

- Marjory (2/5): - The checking in process was fine but we got to our room and discovered hair in the tub not just a stream but multiple strands of hair. The bed spread had a white powder on it and when the ac came on it had a bad smell. When I went to the front desk to check out cause we weren’t staying the owner became very rude with me. Thank god I had booked through Expedia and they called the owner and got him to refund them so they could refund us. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

- Pat (3/5): Friendly owner but would not stay again - Cold cereal and loaf of white bread in plastic bag. Toaster. Noisy heater. Very loud traffic /heavy truck noise til very late and very very early. Outside entrance so had to dress warm coat to go for breakfast or the office.
- Gregory (10/5): Great value - No frills, but very clean, updated and well maintained motel on the east side of downtown. Mr. Patel was very helpful with my late evening check-in. First time staying here. I'll be back!
- Victor (8/5): - Not fancy but clean and comfortable every thing worked 👏👏
- Ben (8/5): Very good -

- Carolyn (10/5): - My husband said it was very clean
- Elizabeth (1/5): Bad - A/C didn't work. Spiders in room. Weird people hanging outside my door. Price terrible for what they offered.
- Lauren (4/5): Disappointing - Front desk guy was polite Very dirty. Dead black bugs. Had a tiny black bug crawling on me. Worst was how dirty sheets and pillows were.
- Sandy (8/5): Excellent facility -
- Marsha (8/5): - The manager was friendly. The property was old but very clean. The breakfast was very simple - toast, little muffins, cereals, milk, juice, and coffee. No protein or fresh fruit. The price was very inexpensive so it was a great value for the money.
- Andrew (10/5): Excellent supper clean & comfy - The owner was really friendly and helpful the rooms were super clean and comfy with all the facilities that you need Nothing
- Paul (6/5): - Was good for 66 bucks
- Zwetzig (8/5): It was good - It needed updating and a good painting
- Dennis (8/5): - Good lodging for the price
- Nathaniel (5/5): Passable -
- Alouis (5/5): Passable - Looks old and outdated
- Leanda (9/5): Great price. Very clean. - I travel between South Dakota and Texas so McCook is about halfway. I stay at this location often and have never been disappointed. It is off the beaten path so it's quiet and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.
- Olshewski (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (10/5): - Was really adorable great staff even had breakfast
- Jeff (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bryan (7/5): Good -
- Elizabeth (6/5): - I was already to give this place a good rating until I had “breakfast”. A loaf of white bread with butter and jelly and cereal. Apple juice didn’t work. Brings the whole place down a notch or 2. Sorry. Won’t be back.
- Sovida (6/5): - Decent place to stay the night. Breakfast was a bit lacking, just coffee, cereal, and juice. But for the price, not bad.
- Dennis (10/5): - Clean. You get what you pay for.
- Barbara (10/5): - Owners were kind and all around excellent service. We came in town early and were tired from driving and they allowed us to check into the room before three which was awesome because we’re very tired. Room was very clean. Property was very clean
- Garry (1/5): Would not recommend - Nothing Bed were uncomfortable and no breakfast
- Barbara (2/5): - The man behind the counter to check us in had a rifle
- Christopher (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kristi (5/5): Passable - The location was nice For the time of year and the weather conditions the bedding was very inadequate it was very cold and not enough blanket
- Anne (3/5): Poor - The staff was good when we got there. The staff wasn't respectful enough. The room wasn't set up for a person with a disability at all.
- Mark (6/5): - You get what you pay for, room was dated but clean.
- Olshewski (8/5): Very good -
- Marcus (7/5): Good stay for a night - Totally fine for one night, I had everything I needed. Staff was helpful. Nothing to complain about
- Michael (9/5): we would stay there again. - Price Breakfast could be improved.
- Danielle (10/5): - Super close to McCook airport.
- Clark (10/5): - The room was comfortable with a good bed and bathroom. The ac worked well .The lighting was a bit dim.
- Donny (6/5): Lack of hot water - Stay was fine. Get what you pay for but I did however feel hot water would be included. Not fun taking cold showers. The room next to us was the same too.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Biting toilet seat in room 25 - The main reasons for choice of lodging were location and price. For both of those needs it was a good choice. However, the seat of the toilet had a crack completely across one side, and when sitting it would "bite" your bottom. When mentioned to the management, he simply indicated he knew about it and smiled.
- thevon62 (8/5): Decent place for the price - This was a decent place for the price of $70. The owner was very nice, helpful and a very quick check in. It’s an older motel but rooms were clean, a/c worked good and nice hot showers. A small but OK continental breakfast to start the next day. I would stay again if I ever found myself in Mccook, NE again
- Ken (8/5): The staff was very helpful. - The location was great. I would like a hot, protein addition to the breakfast.
- Scott (10/5): - An old-fashioned drive-up motel, which I like for convenience. Very good for an overnight stop and for the price. Good internet and tv.
- Na (9/5): Superb - ok
- Michael (8/5): - Got a good nights sleep. Just far enough off the highway to keep the traffic noise from being an issue. Good dining options in town that are within walking distance for those who don’t mind walking a few miles.
- Colantuono (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient and cost effective. Friendly staff. No option to make tea as I don't drink coffee (no tea bags or plain hot water) and I would have liked to eat something warm for breakfast.e.g. instant oats which could be made with some hot water
, oats and a microwave.
- Heather (1/5): Bad -
- Tim (4/5): Good for a simple flop for the night. - Location Lame breakfast and the AC didn’t work well.
- Michael (8/5): Clean, comfortable, good rate and quiet. - Breakfast was on the weak side. Not much to choose from so we had breakfast elsewhere.
The rooms were older but exceptionally clean, comfortable mattress, direct tv, small tv. Good water pressure. I would stay there again. Continental breakfast choices.
- Stephen (8/5): clean, comfortable & quiet - a good nights sleep. - A clean, comfortable , budget motel , w/ friendly manager. A quite nights sleep.
- Jan (10/5): - The doorknob on the bathroom door was broken. Didn’t hurt us any.
- Ashleigh (10/5): - Friendly, kind, courteous, clean, comfortable, affordable.
- Benjamin (10/5): - We have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here when we travel through. The price is perfect for just needing a bed and a pillow. They only have a few mini muffins cereal and toast for breakfast but this is what helps keep the cost down. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Front desk personnel was nice with an easy check in.
- Mase (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cook (6/5): Pleasant -
- James (10/5): - A nice property. I had no issues and would return.
