• Sébastien (2/5): Mauvaise expérience - L’hôtel est plutôt beau mais très mauvaise expérience : je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit à cause des ronflements provenant de la chambre d’à côté. Peut être l’isolation entre les chambres est elle à revoir?

The walls and the pillows were both paper thin and when the cleaner started vacuuming in the halls at 8am that ended our sleep. The area did not seem overly safe and we were glad the parking was secure.

El desayuno: una rebanada de pan tostado con una tarrina de tomate para untar, un zumo de naranja y un café con leche.. mejorable no??? En general bien si vas por viaje de trabajo... si vas con pareja o familia y esperas servicios... ya no es tan recomendable.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Muy buen servicio, excelente limpieza y atención. Muy majos. Qué hay que andar 20/25 minutos que hay hasta el centro es la única pega. ¿Y eso es una pega? XD Pues no. Aunque a alguno le pueda incomodar su ubicación me parece muy buena, por nuestra parte ni un pero. Si vuelvo a vitoria es donde iré sin duda alguna.

• Andreas (10/5): Schönes Boutique-Hotel mit eigenem Restaurant - Das Hotel liegt ziemlich ruhig - wenn nicht gerade ein Quartierfest stattfindet - etwa eine halbe Stunde zu Fuss vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Parkplätze hat es in der Regel gleich vor dem Hotel, das aber auch über eine kostenpflichtige Einstellhalle verfügt. Praktisch ist das eigene Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

Also, note that the restaurants are not open every evening - shame I couldn't try them. Breakfast is talked-up by other reviewers - it's simple, but perfectly fair for the low price.
