Take care of your confirmation from Booking.com as 99% it will not be at the address of your confirmation and you will end up making circles in the village to find exactly which one of the properties of the company was booked for you

- Andi (9/5): Quiet and comfortable - The location was wonderful- Sintra old town is so quiet at night, so you get to enjoy it with no one around. The hosts were very responsive, even out of hours. They were helpful and professional. The place was spotless and we were lucky to have very quiet people in the second bedroom who were friendly. The bedroom was comfortable and we were provided all that we needed. Just be aware that the closest convenience store is VERY expensive. We bought a liter of milk for 4times the price in the supermarket as we were u aware. The closest supermarket is about a 20-30min walk, so if you are getting in late and would like breakfast- I would recommend ordering one of the food hampers the host offers.

Pay attention you have the right address. The toilet seat in the apartment I was staying in needed to be replaced.

- Sara (4/5): Mancanza di deposito bagagli ha reso il soggiorno più complicato - Letto comodo e possibilità di fare colazione in camera. Check-out alle 11:00 senza possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura. Questo ci ha creato diversi disagi, perché l’host ci ha consigliato un deposito bagagli situato in stazione, a circa 16 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento e per di più nella direzione opposta rispetto alle principali attrazioni della città. Inoltre si tratta comunque di un costo extra, nonostante l’host ci abbia gentilmente offerto il 10% di sconto sul locker: in pratica, solo pochi euro di differenza. Per questo motivo non consiglierei l’alloggio: la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in strutturah è un servizio fondamentale per visitare la città serenamente e senza stress l’ultimo giorno. Inoltre, dal lavandino usciva pochissima acqua, rendendo difficile anche semplicemente lavarsi.

- marcin (6/5): - in the very center, so close to all the food etc. just make sure you understand what is it you book, apartment with shared bathroom, helpful hosts, nice and clean bathroom very squeaky beds, make lots of noise with every move, sleep was so so.. room a bit small, not too much place to put your things, could use some shelf or sth, not the fault of the hotel, but in suggested free parking our car got broken into and stolen bags from the back, so dont leave your belongings in the car..

- Candela (7/5): Agradable y cómoda - La habitación tenía todo lo necesario para mi estancia. El baño era pequeño pero nuevo, limpio, con ventana y con los útiles necesarios. La ubicación era magnífica, muy céntrico y en un punto cómodo para visitar la ciudad. Buena comunicación por teléfono con el anfitrión. Era una habitación cerrada en un piso compartido, y eso no estaba claro en la descripción. Se oía mucho los ruidos de las demás puertas y habitaciones, con lo que si tienes sueño ligero no es para ti. El precio, algo elevado para lo que era.

Everything were spot on, except only a couple of additional hangers(probably wall hangers) and a chair or stool would be a nice addition.

- Jill (9/5): Excellent and very helpful instructions. I highly recommend this stay and would love to come back some day. - We had 3 nights here, lots of time to explore Sintra. Very clean , comfortable with a lovely terrace to enjoy.
- Rodney (9/5): Well worth staying here - Price was very good. Cleanliness was exceptional. Situation in the old centre is spot on, cozy apartment with everything you need. Even though we never met the staff, we were well covered and they never missed a single bit of information that we may have needed. And they were friendly. The shower ran cold, mid shower. Small issue that would not put us off returning.

- Sandra (6/5): Bom, pudemos ficar no centro sem problemas, anfitriões atenciosos, resolveram nossos problemas. - Localização excelente, camas boas, tudo limpo e organizado, recebemos toalhas limpas! As fotos não condizem com a acomodação, os móveis são muito usados, o imóvel é escuro, mesmo com as luzes acesas. Roupas de cama não são perfumadas, utensílios de cozinha muito usados. O aquecedor é pequeno para o tamanho do ambiente.

- Sabrina (10/5): Hermosa habitación con balcon en el centro histórico - Excelente ubicación, a metros del centro histórico de Sintra. Fue fácil llegar desde la estación de tren. Nos manejamos a pie. El check in fue sencillo. Desde el balcón se visualizan las chimeneas del palacio nacional.

Beside the terrasse that was announced in the presentation it was also a splendid garden that was not put in the presentation and was a splendid bonus :) Als I am grateful to our hosts for all their support and kind welcome and support. Nothing ... all have been OK during our holyday.

- Melissa (7/5): Buena ubicación, aunque no es muy privado. - La ubicación El agua caliente debería tener un mensaje de precaución ya que el tubo llega a quemar al igual que el agua, es como un apartamento compartido con varios cuartos con llave y la vista mal pero si es sólo para ir a dormir está bien. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que abajo estaban remodelando y el polvo nos dió alergia toda la noche y no logramos dormir bien.
- Pearce (7/5): Great location and host but damp. - The host was so accommodating when our flight was delayed. 10/10 for the hospitality. The apartment was so cold and damp. Everything seemed wet. The bed sheets were very damp. The small space heater did not warm such a large space. We got caught in the rain and our clothes were soaked. We put our clothes near the space heater overnight and they were just as damp as they were in the morning. I had to use the hair dryer to dry our clothes and shoes. Unfortunately after having a shower our towels never quite dried.

La comunicación muy buena y rápida. Tienen hervidor de agua en la habitación, nevera,microondas, cafetera fuera de la habitación. El autobús 434 está a un pasó, para subir al Castillo da Pena. La ubicación de la casa es distinta de la que pone en Booking.com. Reserve un apartamento y era UNA HABITACIÓN CON BAÑO. Necesito un apartamento por ser CELIACA,no encuentro comida para celiacos siempre. Error de Booking.com, así lo anuncian ellos,no los anfitriones. Las escaleras incómodas por nosotros, somos mayores y con problemas de espalda y caderas. El agua no tiene presión. La ducha se inunda La tele no tenía señal. No se puede entrar con el coche,tienes que cargar las maletas. Difícil aparcar(es centro histórico)

- Laurens (9/5): Lovely stay - The place is big and clean. The location is perfect. The sofa bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning/heater works great. The dishwasher is very convenient. The attention to the detail is very much appreciated: we had olive oil, salt, dish soap, emergency kit, hair dryer, clothing rack, and kitchen supplies. The TV is smartTV so we could watch a movie without a problem. The shower has abundant and warm water without any mess! Everything was great!

- Lucia (10/5): I would stay here again - The location was amazing. We had an easy self check-in and everything was clean and it had everything we needed. Quick hot water and a comfortable bed. Wifi was working perfectly. The apartment was spacious. It was a bit cold at night but there was a heater we could use.

- Inês (8/5): Fim de semana agradável em Sintra - Casa muito confortável e perfeita para um fim de semana em casal. A cama é bastante confortável e espaçosa. A casa está equipada com o necessário. A localização é bem no centro da vila, ótima para passear. Gostei da atenção dispensada pela equipa via mensagem. Gostaria que o espaço tivesse um forno, nem que fosse um mini-forno. Reparámos que tinha máquina de lavar a loiça, que a meu ver, nem era necessário na casa. O resto tudo ok.
