• Lozach (7/5): - Le site en dehors de la ville - découverte de l est de venise avec ces restaurants proposant LES FRUITS de la MER Eh bien impossible avoir le justificatif de paiement CASH.200 euros + 40 euros de taxes réglé pour la nuit supplémentaire - notre vol du 26 étant annulé avions dû arriver 1 jour plus tôt moyennant l accord paiement cash - par contre justificatif indispensable à fournir à la compagnie aérienne. Je n arrive pas à me faire comprendre. Au secours !

• Johnson (6/5): Great location, a nice stay with a few tweaks needed - The location in the Dorsoduro neighborhood is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and has very good traveler amenities, a large refrigerator, a washing machine and dishwasher. The a/c works pretty well which is crucial for summer visits. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and it was nice to return to a comfortable cool spot There were several things that we wish we’d known before booking. First, there are issues with the hot water. We took some cold showers before we figured out on our own that you have to turn on the sink faucet to get the hot water heater to turn on, and then the warm water would only stay on for a few minutes at a time. Second, the windows are not sealed well and there was a broken shutter in one of the bedrooms and we had a lot of mosquitoes that would make their way in during the night. My nieces were quite eaten up which diminished the enjoyment of our stay. We killed maybe 10-20 on the inside of the apartment and they had new bites every morning. Third, we were told we had to take our trash out on our last day between 6:30 and 8:30 am to a location marked on an info sheet in the apartment, with a possible penalty of $150/bag. I located the spot the day before, set an alarm and walked out onlyto not see a garbage boat. Thankfully I saw another resident walking with trash bags and followed him. As frequent travelers we are used to disposing of our trash at a spot at the building but this added stress to an already busy day. After looking up other Venice stays it does not seem usual to require guests to walk their trash down a street to find a garbage boat. Fourth, the location is close to a gathering spot of young adults and can be quite loud at night. A pair of earplugs did the trick. This is a nice apartment in a great location and I’d stay again if the mosquito issue was solved and I didn’t have to walk bags of trash down the streets.
• Krzysztof (10/5): - Mieszkanie fajne. Duże. Obok muzeum które jest na zdjęciu. Spokojne. Dziwne zachowanie właściciela który na ostatni dzień zaproponował przeprowadzkę do innego mieszkania sporo oddalonego, bo miałem sie odbyć remont łazienki o którym jie zostaliśmy poinformowanie wcześniej. Remont sie jednak nie odbył nic sie w lazience nie dzialo. Dziwna sprawa. Tylko zepsute nerwy ostatniego dnia pobytu.
• Junjie (5/5): Inconvenient, good location. - Location is good. The shower is problematic. At the beginning there was hot water issue but it was solved. Even though, the water pressure is low and uncomfortable for shower. The bedding (duvet cover) feels need to be more cleaned. The toilet seat seems very old and I had to clean it by myself unfortunately. There is a 40 euro fee for checking in after 7:30pm, this should be clearly stated on the information page. Bear in mind, there will be no place to store luggage and the checking out time is not generous.
• Kathryn (8/5): Best apartment we have stayed in on our trips to Venice over many years for the Biennale - Location brilliant. Lovely spacious apartment and well equipped. Loved everything except the man who gets up at 5am and paints outside the Guggenheim wakes you up with his terrible selling technique to any poor passers by.
• Chris (6/5): Great location but wouldn’t return. - location bedding and towels were extremely old and shabby and lounge furniture was tired and uncomfortable. Kitchen was missing some basic essentials. It was also extremely noisy from 6am to late at night.
• Elaine (6/5): Except for the heating problem, the apartment was pleasant for a few days. - The Location and kitchen facilities; 2 bedrooms for privacy We were in Venice, and the apartment was very cold because the temperatures dropped. However there was no heat in the apartment because the air conditioner didn’t work. The central heating didn’t either. The owner could have provided an electric heater at least. Also the electric kettle was not functioning.
• Susan (8/5): Lovely situation on Dorsaduro - The location was the most important thing to us, near Academia and lots to see. The apartment was adequate but a bit tired, could do with refreshing. The keyholder was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment adequately equipped. Lacking in electric lights at night. No welcome pack at all. Some milk would have been good. Cramped bathroom, could do with a couple of hooks and a shelf. No mosquito nets on windows!!!

• Alexandra (9/5): Thank you very much for very comfortable and pleasant stay! - Excellent location! Very nice apartment, comfortable, clean, equipped. Seamless communication, willingness. Everything was great, just one thing, once it happened that the water was turned off unexpectedly, by coincidence we were in the shower... otherwise really everything is perfect.

• Orland (6/5): - Elisa was super in meeting us. The room that we had was next to the Museum and was super noisy. There were people stopping and talking so loud. Also this is an apartment not a hotel. You take care of yourself, like putting out your garbage to a location a block away. The good thing with this place is easy access to the water taxi.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location-needs attention to details - Picked for convenient placement-easy to find. Street noise from Peggy Guggenheim constant-but if touristing doesn’t matter. Nice classic Venice style flat-BUT-awful used dirty couch, some nice dressers and antique dining set, bad lighting, terrific kitchen and bathroom, underwhelming aesthetics-poor lighting choices old and sad fluorescent choices. Sheets and pillows needs replacing, very old/flat and all unmatched. Feels like I’m in an old cabin. Just a few more money spent on simple cotton bedding/towels and pillows could make a gigantic difference. Hot water for shower inconsistent-and host helper response not helpful. Big bummer as we needed to warm up. I was able to manage (translate and trouble shoot) the water heater on my own and have a hot shower the day before leaving. Annoying.
• horacio (8/5): best kept secret (really) - FIrst, this is not a hotel but an apartment. THis was kind of a surprise for us, but it is ok. I doubt that there is a better value than this apartment in Venice. Huge, ideal location, great neighborhood. THe apartment was clean and it has almost everything you need. You just need to put up with the peculiarities of the management. No broom, garbage bags or dish soap because according to them tourist steal them. Well, at least that explains all the bubles I have seen in airplanes lately. The art work on the walls, real and fake is excellent, don't understand why tourist prefer detergent instead.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Schöne Wohnung in super Lage, viele Sehenswürdigke - Venedig hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Trotz vieler Touristen konnten wir auch viele ruhige Ecken und das urtümliche Venedig entdecken. Das lebendige Treiben auf dem Wasser ist immer interressant.
