• Denise (10/5): A definite stay when visiting Venice - This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It met all of our expectations. We used our google maps to find the location and it took us right to the apartment. The views were amazing and it was exactly as advertised. It was nice to have two large, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and it was an easy walk to all major attractions. We also really appreciated having two sets of keys. Many times, our group went in two different directions and we didn't worry about meeting back at the apartment. This is something small but the outlets next to the beds only had one plug and the lamp was plugged into that. We needed to either charge our phones across the room or unplug the light on the nightstand. Like I said, very small and it would not prevent us from booking here again. We also read ahead of time that the front door can sometimes be tricky. This was the case for us as well. It didn't really bother us as it just took a minute or two until the key worked.
• Neil (8/5): Incredible view. Facilities need work for the price. - Incredible view of grand canal. Great location in San Polo. Comfortable beds. Greeter Ernst was very good. Nespresso machine. Facilities need improvement for the price. Tiny TV. Not enough toilet paper or hot water. No toiletries. Garbage disposal is complicated and difficult with early departure. Didn't try cooking.
• Christoph (9/5): Tolle Wohnung, toller Aufenthalt, leider ein GROSSER Fehler was die Schlüsselsituation betrifft. - Person für Schlüsselübergabe war zur vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort. Person für Schlüsselübergabe hat mangelnde Italienischkenntnisse - in Venedig! Aber wirklich problematisch war nicht die Person, sondern die 2 überreichten Hausschlüssel: Am ersten Abend bei der Heimkehr war kein Eintritt ins Haus möglich (unten ins Haus, nicht oben in die Wohnung!!), weil sich die Türe nicht öffnen liess. In der Folge blieb trotz sofortiger Reklamation bei der für die Schlüssel/Wohnungsübergabe zuständigen Person ohne wirkliche Konsequenzen. - - Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes war es stets ein langes und mühsames Ausprobieren, wieweit der Schlüssel ins Schloss gesteckt und wann der Zylinder gedreht werden muss, was stets erst im x-ten Versuch gelang. Das ist unserer Meinung nach eine für Mieter unzumutbare und belastende Situation, nie zu wissen, ob bei der nächsten Heimkehr das Aufschliessen gelingt oder nicht! - Andere Hausbewohner kamen ohne Probleme ins Haus mit Ihrem Schlüssel, dh heisst unkompliziertes Einstecken ihres Schlüssels und Umdrehen und sofort war bei ihnen die Türe offen. - - Schlussfolgerung: offensichtlich bekamen wir als Kurzzeitmieter (9 Tage) zwei schlechte Schlüsselkopien, die nicht vorher auf ein NORMALES Funktionieren überprüft wurden. Leider ist diese Situation ein absolutes No-Go!!
• Tatiana (10/5): - Отличные апартаменты! В самом центре Венеции , но не на оживленной туристами улице . В старинном дворце 17 века . Окна выходят на гранд канал . в Венеции дефицит видовых окон, а тут сам великий Гранд канал ! О таком можно только мечтать . Сами аппарьаменты очень просторные , чистые , с красивыми лепными потолками , есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания ! Имеют два санузла , что очень важно для большой квартиры . Белое чистое постельное белье . Один был минус , в одном санузле был сломан замок и дверь не запиралась, но эту мелочь , я думаю уже быстро исправили .

• Janie (5/5): Never will we book here again - The location is very good. The management is so pushy. Kept badgering me for a time when I booked between 7-8. Who knows on flights an exact time? As it turns out we left an hour late from London. We keep minute to minute messages with her and even took private water taxi instead of shared and she still tried to ask for extra $. We got there at 8. As anyone knows navigating Venice in and out is a nightmare. She was very put off when we arrived. We called the very next morning to say there’s a huge AC leak down the wall the whole rug was wet and the wall bubbled up behind the painting, so you know it’s been there a long time. We could not use that seating area the whole time. We just put a bucket there to catch the water with some bathmat. No one came to see what the issue was! The one bathroom very smelly from we believe maybe the bidet is not sealed properly very nasty odor. Then she said put all your trash outside around back at end of stay. We looked everywhere and could not find …it there is no back worth trash cans? They should have all this described in a book with pictures etc to guide you. We messaged her and her advice was to walk it through town to some dump area. Are you kidding me not once did I see someone doing this and for the price we left everything spotless the least you can do it take care of the garbage if it’s a huge issue in Venice. At 9am with luggage we are not going to run to a dump site. I will never book here again.

• Susan (4/5): The rooms were very large and basic with no frills. I know it is self catering.but at least have a starter kit with amen - Location was close to water taxi to get around Venice We did not like dragging 4 suitcases around. They were very heavy. When we arrived there were lots of stairs up to apartment and inside apartment making it hard for us going up and down. .we were 4 pole and and had 2 bathrooms with one roll of toilet paper. We did ask for more. The bath towels were very small to wrap around a body. The remote for tv did not work. The key agent who let us in was not terribly pleasant we had to ask him to help us with our luggage too. There was no soap for the washing machine and worst of all we had to take our own trash out and down the road!
• Jill (10/5): The perfect spot on the canal to watch the activity whilst relaxing in your own place - GRITTI grand canal was amazing , it was everything it said it was going to be . Close to everything and open the windows and your right on the canal . It had big spacious bedrooms , the kitchen supplied everything we needed .
