• Ana-Maria (6/5): Souless and transactional - The property is clean, well mantained and it is in a good location. The administration is very bad. At the time of booking it does not say that you will be charged a late check in fee of 40 euros if you arrive after 8pm. An email containing this info was sent a few days before our arrival. We arrived at 8:27 pm and we were charged the fee. You cannot leave your luggage and the check out is at 10 am. It is very transactional and lacks real soul, like dealing with machines.

• Harry (10/5): Short stay in gorgeous Venice - Lovely apartment ,with everything you could possibly need for a stay . Very clean , nice size too. Although we didnt mind them there were 3 flights of steps which some visitors may find hard .
• Pauletta (10/5): Fantastic rental! - Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-appointed unit with many included amenities. The only tiny problem was that the American drip coffee machine did not work. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Pulizia molto buona, materassi e cuscini comodi Ottima posizione vicina a rialto Assolutamente da scegliere per un soggiorno a Venezia Le scale sono un po’ ripide, per noi non è stato un problema ma è da sapere .

• Susan (10/5): Our day was perfect no problem best of amenities from our Host! - The property was beautiful! We booked it because it was the epitome of what a Florence apartment should look like. It was right in the middle of a wonderful Piazzas and great shopping. It was also a straight shot of about 5 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio bridge! We couldn’t have had a better stay than this apartment. Lorenzo, the owner, was absolutely magnificent and went over in above to welcome us and help us in anyway You will NOT be sorry if you book this property!!

• SeongHyuk (9/5): 본섬 안에 있는 좋은 숙소! - 숙소가 너무 좋았습니다. 큰방 2개 작은방 1개에 화장실2개, 주방까지 가족단위, 단체 숙소에 정말 적합했어요! 리얄토 다리에서도 가까워서 관광지 접근성도 좋구요! 근처에 어시장도 있고, 슈퍼마켓, 바포레토 정거장도 5분거리에 있습니다! 추천합니다. 다만.... 계단이 정말 많습니다. 체감상 3층은 되는 것 같았어요! 그래서 무거운 캐리어는 2인 1조로 들었습니다. 이것만 기억하고 예약하시면 될거 같아요! 사실 계단이 많아도 저는 이 숙소 다시 올 것 같습니다!

Property was well equipped, nicely decorated and clean. If we moved to Venice this would be perfect place to live. Nothing. It is on the pricey side but worth it.

• Richard (8/5): It’s a great value, great location as long as you don’t mind the stairs. - The location of the property was perfect. There was also enough room for our entire family. Unfortunately, there’s no living room so the only place to gather was the kitchen. There are also a lot of stairs. We were warned about this ahead of time but have to say it was more than we expected.

• Hdx (9/5): Superb - The location of this apartment is really convenient for a short stay. The apartment has all what we need both for cooking and for bathing. The host has put lots of efforts to provide small details in order to make the stay of the guests as comfortable and convenient as possible. The highlight of our stay was that we could purchase the fresh seafood at Rialto market and cook by ourselves. We enjoyed our stay very much.

After speaking with Ernest he was able to guide us to the apartment. It was a lovely comfortable spot. Very clean.

• Heider (10/5): Perfect, comfortable, clean safe little enclave in a great location. - What a lovely place in a great location. The bedrooms were great, with comfy beds. Everything was exceptionally clean and there were a ton of thoughtful little details that made our stay particularly wonderful. There was coffee for the coffee machine AND for the percolator. The kitchen was complete with a full size fridge and stove and oven (with all the necessary pans and oil and salt for cooking). There were two bathrooms which made things easier for accommodating our group. We'd arrived during some cold days, but the heating in the apartment was perfect. no problems at all - but mobility-challenged people should be aware that there are some stairs to manage. Not a problem for our group, but it's good to know.
• Eric (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - The apartment is in a great location, close to the Rialto Market vaporetto station and Rialto Bridge, but still on a quiet, almost tourist-free street. It is clean and comfortable. Ernst (the property manager) was easy to connect with to check in, and arrived a few minutes early. There are great restaurants nearby. Just be aware that there are three somewhat steep and narrow flights of stairs to access the apartment, so if you have mobility issues, it could be challenging (you should pack light for Venice anyway). If you're using all three beds, there's not a separate living room area, but there's plenty of seating in the eat-in kitchen.

• Anita (9/5): Wonderful host, GREAT AC, and clean! - The AC was AMAZING 😻! Lol sometimes hard to find “real AC” in Europe, that Americans are used to. The property was clean and well organized and in a perfect location- VERY HAPPY with our stay. The garbage situation is a tad of a nuisance, but all good 👍🏻 not a big deal.

This apartment is well renovated and has all the amenities you could think of: from shower gel to aluminum foil, and great bedrooms with wardrobes and desks! Highly recommend This is Venice : everything is elevated and you have to be ready to climb 3 flights of stairs with suitcases!

The outside of the building does not match the wonderful unit inside. Perhaps clients could be informed of this. The unit was very nice. Comfortable with lots of little extras. It is difficult to locate on gps apps but the host was willing to meet us and help us find it. Four flights of stairs

• Brian (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and this was a great base for our visit. - We liked the location. We found it very peacful after the long days enjoying the sites and sounds of a lovely city. The two flights of stairs we found a little steep. However, I think it is only to be expected in the architecture of the city.

They provide almost everything you need, including masks and shower caps. It would be perfect if they can add a peeler in the kitchen Water pressure is small and water temperature is unstable. Either hot or cold, it’s hard to get the most comfortable temperature.
