• Tony (8/5): A good stay in Venice…would do it again - The good=conveniently located close to all forms of Venice transportation. We cooked a few meals on the gas range in the kitchenette, which was well stocked. 2 full bathrooms was a HUGE asset for a party of 5 adults! View of the canal was great. Walk to Santa Lucia over the bridge was a breeze! The not as good = being close to transportation means we heard the noises from boats and people into the later evening and in the early morning. the flights of stairs and the sleeping loft worked for us because our party was younger and fit. They would not work for seniors, disabled, or the unfit. It was a tight squeeze for 5 adults due to only one separate bedroom. Would be perfect for a family of 2 parents and three kids in their teens

• Bob A I (7/5): Great location for getting around Venice. Pleasant apartment, - The location was remarkably convenient for catching the vaparettos. Grocery store was close. The apartment needs T towels for drying dishes. The stairways need lots of attention. Otherwise, all was well.
• Anne (9/5): Great spot, - The location is brilliant. Close to the station. Piazza Roma and water bus. The view over the canal was lovely. It was clean and tidy. The 30 stairs to the room is difficult to drag suitcases up. The stairs are uneven and narrow and without light, so at night we used our phone torch to navigate. Some more basic supplies like toilet paper would be helpful.
• Norman (10/5): Best decision booking this jewel for our family vacation. This was our second time in Venice and when we plan to comebac - Property was great it had all things you would need on a vacation (minus washing machine but it would be hard to locate in the apartment). The location is 11 out of 10….nothing like waking up and seeing the grand canal with the morning sun breaking across its waters. The water taxis are right in front for complete access to all things Venice. Having a COOP (supermarket) and a corner cafe shop a stone’s throw away is cherries on top. Again, nothing to dislike about the accommodations. You do have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to your penthouse but it’s the price to pay for the overall views you get. Don’t want to rave to much about this jewel of Venice as I’m afraid it will sellout quickly next time me and the miss want to visit.

• Chiara (6/5): Potrebbe migliorare. - La struttura è vicina alla stazione e ai mezzi di trasporto lagunari, ci sono tutti i servizi necessari x passare una vacanza completa. Nella descrizione della location non si specifica che non c e l ascensore , essendo un 3 piano è faticoso con i bagagli, il fon asciugacapelli non scalda quindi nn serve a niente, le reti dei letti cigolano è x dormire bisogna rimanere immobili, la biancheria era macchiata, se apri le finestre si sente solo la puzza dello scarico del gasolio dei battelli.

• Manja (10/5): - spacious, stayed with 4 people comfortably, 2 bathrooms, kitchen had all you need, walking distance to St Marc's good when you arrive around midnight as the taxi drops you off right in the square water taxies at your door step, main train station 5min walk, bus stop to the airport 2min away all 👍
• Young (8/5): I loved the location, it was so easy to hop on a water bus right outside your front door. The property is right opposite - Right outside the water bus station, easy to get around with a travel pass. No laundry facilities

• Jane Horowitz (9/5): Apartment 521 - The Vaporetto station is right outside the apartment. The bus station is a 3 minute walk. There is a row of great restaurants close to Piazza Roma, a 10.minute walk from the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning which is kind of nice. This summer is extremely hot that an ice cream store next to the apartment is quite nice. If you check in after 8 PM, there is an additional charge of 40 Euros. Ramina, the check-in staff, is very responsive to questions. Unlocking the door to the apartment is a hassle. There is a trick to unlock using the key.

• Desislava (5/5): Passable - Very good location. It was not clean at all. Broken shower head, used hairy-soaps from previous guests, dust in the living room. But the elephant in the room - MOSQUITOES!!! Not cool to spend sleepless nights fighting with millions of mosquitoes. The windows were closed all the time but they keep showing more and more mosquitoes.

• James (4/5): Disappointing - The location was phenomenal It was late April and it was cold but we could not turn on the heat because of some city ordinance??? We contacted the owner and he said he turned it on but that did not happen. We used the stove for heat instead. 😂
• Nguyen (9/5): Highly recommended. - Very good location, nice staff. The price is somewhat high, but still acceptable. Quite clean. The bedside lamp appears dim; therefore, it may be prudent to replace the light bulb.

• Gregory (8/5): we got what we expected and are happy we chose this accommodation - location was very good the stairs were hard and linens for bed and bath could be improved easily. more pillows would be good.
• J (9/5): Overall, a very nice place to stay. - The apartment was large and sunny. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. We had to drag our luggage up a lot of stairs. We should have checked on that before we booked, but it would have been nice if that was included in the description.
• Campbell (9/5): Excellent property for a longer stay - Excellent communication before arriving and info for staying in the flat. Perfect location for arriving in Venice and leaving as well as a key stop for several vaporetto lines outside the flat. Has two bathrooms and showers which maybe I missed in the description but was handy. Flat has everything you need for your stay....except a bottle opener for wine. We couldn't open the wine we bought as the flat had everything except this. So we needed to buy one the next day. Hopefully they'll provide one for future guests or you'll need to get one yourself.

• Anita (8/5): Nice flat in very good location, be aware of 40 euro late checkin fee and a moody property manager - The flat's location was perfect, 6 mins away from the train station, opposite the water bus station. The flat itself had quite eclectic but nice looking furniture, an interesting ornate mirror in the living room caught my attention. Beds were comfortable, we slept well. The person delivering keys was polite and helpful. For some reason the flat seemed smaller than in the photos (wide angle magic?), the showers were really tight with the shower curtain sticking constantly to the body when showering, the stairs leading to the mezzanine were also very narrow. And I do not consider myself plus size. The biggest minus however was how the property manager reacted to us pointing out to him that we were not informed about the late check in fee (we found out about it last minute from the key delivering person). When I told the property manager that he should have been transparent from the beginning and inform us about it upfront when I specifically asked him about the conditions of late check in two weeks earlier, straight after booking, it turned out that his customer service skills require A LOT to be desired. Basically he stated he knows it all as he manages 350 rentals and threatened us that if we don't like it, he will cancel on us if we arrive after 8pm, no apology about failing provide full information earlier. The additional fees were not visible on the main page (house rules or check in times) at all during and after our booking but supposedly hidden somewhere in small print. Basically we were not sure on the day of our arrival if we have the flat or not till later in the afternoon. It seems he has forgotten that he works in "services / hospitality business" and what that implies.

• Irteza (8/5): Good location - The apartment has a great location, right next to the bus/train/boat stop. Several restaurants, Coop convenience store and a luggage storage facility is nearby. All of these make the place very convenient. Its a spacious apartment and was comfortable for a family of five. There are two aircons in the flat but they are too small for an apartment of this size. The nights were uncomfortable, especially for the kids. If you open the windows, it can be noisy, and if you close them, it becomes hot. Pedestal fans might have helped if made available.
