- biancacN391NW (10/5): We would definitely come back! - We had an amazing time at Great Wolf Lodge! Everyone in our group loved it. It was so much fun for all ages — from the babies, who enjoyed it so much, to the adults. There was truly something for everyone. The only small downside was that the loaded fries were a little too salty, but overall everything else was great. The atmosphere and views were beautiful, and we made wonderful family memories. We would definitely come back!

- Expedition541021 (6/5): Great for ages 6-11 maybe - We came to Co springs for a medical procedure and booked GWL last minute since our 3.5 year old was with us. We have one in our hometown of Webster Texas so we kind of knew what to expect. Except this wasn’t it. My biggest complaint is there is nothing geared toward adults which is fine but the GWL in Webster has a lazy river, outside pool, and a couple nice big slides. There’s only so much you can do. You can run around with your kid for 1-2 hours and then after that you pretty much sit here and watch your kid play for 3 hours. Everyone else is correct. The water is chilly and air is frigid once you get wet. We also had issue with our hotel room. Not sure if ac has a sensor for movement on it but our room was muggy and hot esp at night when we were asleep but not too bad during the day. A person came out and checked it out but we didn’t get moved until day 3. We also never got cleaning service. My husband soaked the bed in sweat due to air and we stripped the bed, and then came back at 6 pm and room was still unkempt and no change of blankets. When we asked front desk they said we had to request maid service. We were never told that nor did we see it written anywhere. Pros. Staff is lovely. They work hard and take their jobs serious. The little story time and dance party is adorable and kids loved it.

Service was no to great, the front desk agent was not happy and haven’t tell me all the details I need to know. I went to the store to bought something for my kids in the magic store the person who was over there look doesn’t what to be there was a young guy. No helpful or nothing. The chlorine on the pool was to high too and other guest was complain about it. I love 2 the person who where really helpful and looks they enjoy working there Ben for the store on the minigolf and the guy for the aquatic Alberta waterfall I don’t remember the name I think was Jaxson.

- S2506JJjaimem (4/5): Very noisy kids above our room - The water park was great. Rooms were clean and nice. The problem was the people above us. Lots of banging, running and jumping. I let it go for the first 1 1/2 hrs after that I complained. It takes a lot for me to complain but it was seriously ridiculous. About an hour after I complained it stopped for the night. My grand kids did not sleep well and wanted to come back to the room early and sleep. The second night same thing. I went to the room to ask them to please stop but they would not answer the door. It was about midnight when they finally stopped. We left that day and I really feel like they were too tired to enjoy themselves. Lots of money for a bad experience.
- rebeccapO6342IG (4/5): Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! - Location great and view from room was amazing. Atmosphere was just okay, A LOT of people in a little space. Very expensive for the experience, charge for EVERYTHING, nothing was affordable. For price spent on room, parking should be free, and guests should be offered free meals or at least breakfast, daily. Room was not clean, carpet stained with something red and so was balcony. Dining table legs were covered in old food, hide a bed didnt feel clean and room was very dusty. Housekeeping did as little as possible and we waited 4 hours after asking for more toilet paper. We were on the 7th floor so only noise was from hallway. Staff friendly enough, but pool attendants were very wishy washy on rules and rude to families with young children. We went to celebrate a birthday, but will not be back. VERY DISAPPOINTED, third trip here since it opened and it gets more expensive and worse every time. Used to be a great get away for families who can't afford big trips, not anymore.

Everything's exceptional the staff especially can't say enough about him very friendly helpful. The only drawback is when we seen a little kid almost drowned but I give kudos to a red-headed young man lifeguard that was so fast and quick on the draw the kids parents were nowhere to be found but that lifeguard did A1 job. She is so pleasant so friendly just a great experience even requested her section cuz she's that good. Andreas and a long hair machine taking arcade is awesome as well many many times helped us make sure the machine stay full with tickets great great experience.

- emmaoR3262KY (6/5): 75% Chance of Rude People - Took my 3 year old and 6 month old here and they had a great time overall! We had quite a few instances of other guests being rude, which soured my experience. One family took one of our chairs and threw a towel we had on the ground, then denied it. At another point in time, a little boy was deliberately splashing us with toys brought from home, then sat on my legs all while I’m holding my baby and his mother watched. She gave me attitude after I parented her child and nudged him off of my legs. There were other annoyances like being kicked and pushed by adults even (also kids but okay, it’s a waterpark for kids) while in the wave pool when my kids and I hadn’t moved. The staff was very nice and again, my kids had a good time, but other guests really tainted the positive time I was having.

- kimberlybD1866VH (10/5): The best experience - Marc at Great Wolf Lodge was seriously amazing. He went above and beyond in a way you just don’t see often—super kind, helpful, and you can tell he actually cares. Our whole stay, he checked in on us and he really looked out for us. We have a child with severe autism, and GWL can be really overwhelming for him with the crowds and noise. We’ve had to leave early on past trips because of it. But this time, because of Mark, the whole trip was actually stress-free. Both of our kids had the BEST time. Our boys (6 and 8) have talked about this trip every single day since we left, which says everything. They've raved about it so much that two of our friends took their families down over spring break. All my boys want for their birthdays this year is to go back to GWL, and now instead of going once this year, we're going in May, we're likely going over a birthday in June, and we're planning a big family reunion here after Thanksgiving. Literally all because Mark made the experience that wonderful for us-because once my kiddo is able to get past a fear of something/somewhere, he's good, and we've tried (we have come about 6-7x in the past), but now he's finally able to overcome everything that stressed him out about GWL. Management please take note-he’s the kind of employee you give a raise to and don't ever let go. We are excited to stay with you all again next month!

We were not going to buy one of the fun passes, but decided to in the end. My 3 year old really enjoyed the features of the Cub Pass. Build a Bear was a hit, as was the arcade, ice cream, and candy shop. We loved mini golf and bingo too. All the employees were incredibly friendly. The hotel was very clean throughout. We can’t wait to go back!

- catherinetY706YM (2/5): Overrated - The kids had fun at the water park but the price was jacked way up because of spring break and I don't feel like it was worth it for what we got in the end. They charge a 20$ parking fee and 15$ for a tiny little locker to add insult to injury. its just sad that these places don't care to offer a reasonable rate anymore and are essentially taking advantage of people who just want to create memories for their families. When all was said and done we paid 80x3 ($240)just for a day pass. The only silver lining there was not having to pay another $80 for my 2 year old. You walk in and they tell you to pay another 20$ for you to park. oh and you park your own car. Then you're forced to pay another $15 for a tiny locker that barely fits anything just so your stuff doesn't get stolen. It's just a racket and not worth it. These places just don't get that people would be more inclined to return more often if they didn't feel ripped off after leaving.
- suziep512 (6/5): First time at colorado-springs location - The Waterpark was awesome! Lots of fun for the kids. The activities were so fun kids loved every minute. The room we booked was the deluxe pup den suite and it wasn't ready at check in at 4. They did give us free breakfast buffet for the inconvenience Which was actually really good and we will be adding to our packing from now on. Our room had a pull out couch which we needed and the mattress was so horrible we couldnt even lay on it we asked concerige 3 different times for help finally we found someone to get us an air mattress and then after a couple hours the mattress went flat and they provided us no pump. The bed situation was horrible and really ruined the stay. We also took a chance on having dinner at the buffet area because breakfast was so good. Dinner was horrible do not recommend. Other then that we will be sticking with Great wolf Lodge Scottsdale from now on.
- johnfA4164FN (2/5): AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Avoid this place like the plague. We brought our 4 kids ages 11,9,6 and 5. I’ll start with the elevators were broken and lines were 20 minutes plus to get to and from your room. Sheets were wet on the beds and couldn’t get them replaced until the following day so our kids had to sleep on wet sheets. Bathroom was disgusting with hair all in the shower and on the walls. Had to call multiple times before they finally cleaned it late the following day. The biggest complaint and concern was someone reported noise coming from our room at 3pm. At 10:30 that night we got a knock on our door from security. 2 security guards wanted to come in our room and interview our children to make sure they weren’t being abused because the report said they heard kids screaming. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that because they were literally security without any legally qualified credentials to have those kind of conversations with children. They proceeded to come in our room and start asking questions anyways. Our kids tried telling them that they were just playing and the would not stop asking them questions saying things like “ little man are you sure you’re ok? Do you feel safe. Has anything happened “. Our kids were terrified and asking over and over if we could just please leave. I told them to get out of our room and they then told us that’s fine the police are on the way. I was grateful at this point to have a police come because I wasn’t sure how to handle the situation we were in and the accusations that were being made. At 1130 Colorado Springs PD showed up and talked to us. Embarrassingly my wife and I had to get interviewed to make sure there was no domestic violence going on in our family. PD assured us that everything was fine but because they got the call they had to do their investigation which I respect but was just embarrassing and traumatized our kids. The only positive that came out of this was the head manager obviously knew how bad they messed up because they gave us a full refund on our stay and credited us all the game packages, parking fees and water park. He also said they were investigating the 2 security guards and they were likely to lose their jobs. Sounds like they are trying to avoid a major lawsuit. Our week long spring break only lasted 2 days before we headed back home to Texas after this crazy unfortunate and disappointing experience. Sorry for the long post but do yourself a favor and do your research before booking a trip to this establishment.

- 371ScottW (4/5): We Won't Be Back - It's a great winter break for kids to have a spot to swim. We've been there twice - 15 years ago and an overnight in March 2026. Not much has changed in 15 years there except the prices. The prices have risen to match the per day cost of Disney World with only a tiny fraction of the fun. They also charge for parking. They make their money not only on ridiculous hotel prices, they nickel and dime you to death when you're there. Now they've eliminated bringing WATER into the swim area. Can't bring anything - snacks, water, soda, etc. because they want to be able to charge their exorbitant prices. For a kids place, the staff sure are morose. They act like they hate their jobs. It's really far from a joyful place. They have only two working, extremely slow elevators, so waiting to get up to your room can take 45 minutes while 30-40 people wait on the next one. They only have one set of stairs to exit, so it's a major fire hazard. I can't believe the Colorado Springs fire protection hasn't shut them down until it's fixed. Stuff is so old in there half the stuff doesn't work anymore. Save your money, there are way better kids' experiences that are family-friendly and safe. We won't be back.

- 641kristah (10/5): Jolly!!!! - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTE STANDOUT COACH. ANDRES IS PURE GOLD!! Andres is hands down one of the best high ropes coaches we have ever encountered! My daughter was scared two days ago, and Andres met her exactly where she was with patience, encouragement, calm confidence, and genuine care. I yelled up at him, while standing underneath and said, “Hey, can you tell her your name and build a relationship with her? She’s a great student. She’ll listen to you.” And wow, he did exactly that and more. He connected with her, coached her, believed in her, and gently guided her past her fear. I had to run all the way back up to our room at Great Wolf Lodge room to grab my closed toed shoes, and when I came back down, my daughter was already harnessed up, climbing, and confidently moving through the ropes. Not only that, she walked me through the course like the ROCKSTAR she is!!! That is the kind of impact Andres has. He is an incredible coach, a natural leader, and a true encourager. Great energy, great heart, great communication, and truly cares about the kids he works with. From Texas to Colorado, Andres is an absolute A plus human. Thank you, Andres, for being such a powerful positive influence. You helped create a core memory for my daughter that she will carry forever. We are so grateful for you.

Not even close to having enough parking. Someone said there was an overflow somewhere, but there aren't any signs from the main parking lot to know. In my room, I saw countless people driving around for very long times, too. Lunch at the waterpark? Beyond a joke. Two chicken tender plates were $32. Wayyyyyyyyyyyy to high. It's not even great quality for high a price. Trying to sit at a table for lunch?Nope nope nope. Not gonna happen. The few tables they have are taken by one person on a computer or phone not swimming or people use them to park their stuff. Not enough chairs in the waterpark either. These issues have persisted over a few years and they refuse to fix it. Don't believe it when you see the manager replying on the reviews how sorry they were about your experience. Everytime my company wants to have our year end here, I tell them to find something better.
- blossom573 (8/5): Fall break getaway - Overall a great couple of days. While this place is not for the small change purse it offered the ability of not having to leave the property. Only draw back a lot of inconsistencies with the staff and the food quality. While you had some staff members trying to enforce police’s I had someone tell me they would be fired if they ask a customer for sanitary reasons amongst other reasons to put on gloves when touching loose food in the candy shop. The prices for food wasn’t worth the quality but it was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable the facility was clean. Overall it was the memories for myself and my granddaughters that I will remember the most.
- Companion40004172660 (10/5): Such a Fun, Clean, and Easy Family Getaway! - We just got back from Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs, and honestly, it was such a great family trip. We’ve been going to Great Wolf for years — from when our kids were tiny to now full-blown teens — and this location really does a great job. Everything was super clean, from our room to the waterpark. Lifeguards were always paying attention, staff was friendly, and I loved that the whole place felt safe and easy to navigate, even with kids running between activities. The waterpark is perfect for every age. Our teens loved the big slides and wave pool, but younger kids adore the splash area just for them and smaller slides. We also did MagiQuest and grabbed a pizza and salad dinner, which was actually really good, priced great and super convenient. If you plan right — like booking midweek, watching for deals, and using the meal or activity bundles — it’s totally worth it. You get two full days of waterpark fun even with just one night’s stay. We left totally worn out in the best way. Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs is one of those places that keeps everyone happy — clean rooms, fun for all ages, and a ton of memories packed into a couple of days.

Unfortunately, a friend of ours, that lives in the area, was not able to come in and hang with us without paying the $50 charge for a band. The "free entertainment" daily was geared more toward younger kids, my 8 year old was pretty bored with it (except the dance party, she liked that!) I would recommend this location, but save your pennies before you go!

Additional costs, such as $20 for small lockers to store essentials, added to the expense. The food was subpar, and the rooms in the kid-friendly cabins were overhyped. Long elevator lines contributed to stress, making this one of the most trying destinations for my husband and me to take our grandchildren. Unless crowds and overpriced amenities appeal to you, I would recommend exploring alternative options.

We walked around this miserable dark dank warehouse (in hellish concrete/asphalt concrete jungle of commercial businesses just off the freeway) for about twenty minutes, and we couldn't get out of there fast enough -- into the fresh air and glorious sunshine. Just watch the "walkthrough" video on YT before you consider planning a visit there, and you'll see that the best thing to do at GWL is watch videos of anywhere else! Plus, some guy tried to sell us a Hilton timeshare as we ran for the door. NEVER!!!!!

It’s dated and has version 2 of the magic quest, not their fault but we had to buy a new wand just to do the things or it wiped our new progress completion on the tree quests. The water park was probably the second smallest of 8 we have visited but was adequate and out of the 4 slides three are high thrill and amazing. So props for substance in small spaces. Arcade small, putt putt old, bowling 3/4 the lanes of a new one. Glad we didn’t spend more than one night here since that would be adequate. But it had the best lobby view of any of the hotels we’ve been too with the moutains. Expect high prices like all of the locations, but it’s always worth it for our daughter’s happiness.

I prepaid for my overnight stay and provided my credit card at check-in for incidentals. After checking out, I noticed unexpected charges on my bank statement, including a parking fee, even though parking was never mentioned as an additional charge during booking or check-in. Even more concerning was an $82 charge for towels—despite the Great Wolf Lodge website clearly stating that towels are included with your stay, particularly for water park use. I was told by staff that I could take towels to my room, only to be charged later for doing exactly that. When I tried to resolve these issues, it took three phone calls and over two hours on hold just to speak with someone at the front desk. When I finally got through, the representative was dismissive and acted as if the charges were my fault—despite the lack of clear communication or signage explaining these fees. While the resort offers fun for families, the hidden charges and poor customer service were a major disappointment. If you plan to visit Great Wolf Lodge, I strongly recommend asking for a complete list of potential fees at check-in and reviewing your bill closely before departure. Transparency and respectful customer service should be a priority, and I hope the company makes changes to better support its guests in the future.

We live nearby and always see it, plus the website makes it look so amazing. We’ve also had friends go and post pictures from their times there which also made us so excited. Unfortunately, the timing wasn’t the best. My daughter’s birthday falls on spring break in Colorado. I purchased the tickets and figured it wouldn’t be too busy when we went. We got there and it was absolutely insane. It was way too packed. It seemed so unsafe for that amount of people to be there. There’s no way it was safe for the amount of lifeguards there to cover every area safely. Also with the amount of people there, there was no room to play anywhere. It was incredibly upsetting for us. We decided to leave and go to the pool at our gym instead since our toddler was still excited to go swimming. We paid the full price just to see how hectic it was inside and left immediately. We’d love to go back but we have no clue what to expect so we are just avoiding it. During times where it is expected to be busy like that, there should be a stricter limit and protocol on tickets to limit the amount of people in on those days. Very upsetting

- EddyNFLD (6/5): Two nights too many - We stayed at the great wolf lodge at the end of May for 4 nights. Our whole family was initially excited at the idea of the resort type hotel with amenities and fun around each corner. Check in: The pre check in was kinda confusing with the up selling around each page. “Buy food credits” “buy a paw pass” etc etc. we had already bought a full package and inadvertently added another 150$ of food credits because of the ambiguity of the pre check in. The actual check in process was smooth, accommodating and we even got our room early. The room: I’m convinced we got the worst room in the hotel. We were on the second floor, next to the elevator and overlooking the lobby. From 7am-11pm there’s a concert of voices, elevator dings and noise. The overall room was like a wolf den , dark, poorly lit, and a window overlooking a roof covered in cigarette butts. The washroom was clean and tidy and there was no sign of dirt in the room itself. The bed: We had two queen beds and they were ok. I’d say a 3/5 in terms of comfort. Pillows were fluffy and soft (pro or con depending on the person). Nothing to brag about but also not terrible. Food: The restaurants in the hotel are average and what you would expect. Surprisingly the pizza place was a decent bargain for a family and we did enjoy it. Don’t expect fine dining here and the prices are likely higher than elsewhere. Entertainment: We had the ultimate food and fun package and had a lot of fun at the waterpark, magic quest and the ropes course. We didn’t really use mini golf , or the small climbing wall (went once). Our 10 year old loved the rope course but once it was conquered became bored of it. Bowling was fun but is a short lane and need to refil it after 5 frames of bowling. The magi quest was a huge hit and it took us several hours to complete and become master magi. (This was probably the most fun we had) Overall: Not the best place I’ve ever stayed and def not the worst. Our daughter had a really good time if she did get bored of some of the attractions throughout. I think 4 nights is probably too much and 2 nights would he sufficient . Overall I am not sure we’d come back to stay here again but it was worth a try.
