• Jillian (2/5): There are better hotels out there I’m sure. Do not stay. - Staff. Rooms a lot smaller than images portray. Absolutely no natural light in larger room and little in lower grade room so like being in a box. We had 2 rooms booked, both in different categories (the best or next one down). Next room level down was larger just no sofa and bathroom smaller. No bed side table on top room and charging point in the corner above the bed?! See photo. Overall hotel lacked natural light ie reception, restaurant. 2nd photo shows tiny window and view on to fire escape and was taken at 12:36pm…from the ‘best’ room. Having stayed in 6 hotels in Japan so far this is well below quality. A similar priced hotel was so much better.

• m (9/5): また大阪泊まる時はここに泊まりたいです - とても綺麗でした。部屋も同価格帯に比べてもお部屋が広かったです。大きめのソファや小上がりの上にベッドがあったりで、同行者も気に入っていました。 朝食もワンプレートでちょうど良い量でよかったです！ 駅から遠いという口コミもありましたが、本町駅が3線乗り入れしてるのですが、御堂筋線から来ると駅構内で2駅分くらい歩きます。ホテル最寄りの出口からは、四つ橋線(Blue Line)が一番近いので、梅田方面からは四つ橋線の西梅田駅から本町駅へ向かった方が絶対いいです！ 音がけっこう響きます。部屋でお子さん？が走ってる音が響いてきたり、ドアをガチャってやったり、音がすることがけっこうあり(怪奇現象じゃないと思います)おそらく同フロアの人が開閉するときに響くのでは？と思うのですが、わからずドキドキしました。

• Darijan (7/5): Hotel sa super lokacijom i ljubaznim osobljem - Izvrsna lokacija, ljubazno osoblje i čistoća cjelog hotela. U sobama nema ormara niti dovoljno mjesta za odloziti odjeću. Doručak su uvijek 4 x ista obroka i to je ok ako ostajes 2-3 noci. No kako smo mi bili 6 noći nam je 4 dan vec bilo dosta stalno iste ponude. No treba naglasiti da je hrana bila jako fina.

• Giacomo (8/5): Tutto sommato bene - Ottima posizione vicino alla metro di Honmachi, stanze molto grandi e pulite. La nostra stanza dava su una grossa strada ed era insonorizzata molto male, il rumore era davvero fastidioso. Inoltre ogni tot l’aria condizionata tornava alla temperatura standard.
