- Hiroshi (3/5): ひどかった。 - 特にない 壁に穴が開いているし、壁紙が剥がれている所もある。マットレスと布団が湿気っていた。充電場所が狭くて、携帯とアップルウオッチを同時に充電できない。 お風呂も扉は壊れて開けっぱなし、排水孔が目詰まりしてて、洗い場の足元には汚いお湯が溢れてくる。おすすめしません。

- Duana (3/5): - The actual capsule was very comfortable. It wasn't clear that there was no bath for women. Once booked, it said there was no sauna. However, there was also no bath and that was not specified. The women's capsule was also more expensive than the men's. There was only 6 showers for about 50 capsules, so there was a long line in people waiting to shower in the evening, so I didn't end up having a shower in the evening. My capsule was next to the shower room so I could hear the hair dryer from my capsule and people going in and out. I asked if I could move capsules, but the staff was not very helpful and just said it was fully booked, but actually I noticed it wasn't fully booked.
- ISAMI (5/5): 全体的にはキレイな感じですが、少し古さを感じた。ロッカーは狭めで、スーツ族はハンガー等が足りない。 - 簡単、便利、駅近、大浴場、安いの申し分無しでした。 人生初めてのカプセルでしたが、ベッドからの軋み音が酷く、寝返りたびに聞こえた。自分の場所だけではなく、上の部屋からも聞こえた。 神経質な方は大変かも知れません。
- chico (8/5): 安心して過ごせる施設です - リーズナブルに、安心して過ごせる。アメニティも揃っているし、シンプルで過ごしやすい設備。 同フロアの宿泊客の夜中の出入り音や、ベッドのすぐ近くのエアコンの音が気になり、あまり眠れなかった。今回たまたまです。すみません。

- Tammy (6/5): Good location but have a lot molds growing in the facility. - 1. The location is excellent, close to the JR Yokohama Station. 2. The staff are friendly and try to help. 3. The capsules bedroom is clean with good air flow. There is no build up of old smell. Well design and spacious. 4. They provide a set of clothing, towels, slippers and a bag to carry it in. This allow you to bring all your things to the shower room. A lot of business people or someone missed their train come to stay overnight without needing to bring anything. 1. The BIGGEST issue is the mold. There are so many of them, especially black color molds! The shower rooms have them, the windows have them, the laundry room has one peeled wall paper growing full of different molds. For someone with respiratory complications such as asthma or sensitivity to mold DO NOT stay here! Mold is a health issue to every, regardless you have breathing issues or not!!! 2. Everyday all guests need to leave the facility between 1100-1500. You need to clear out your bed so staff can clean up. You can stay in the lodge area in the main lobby. It is so inconvenient because you are liking checking in and checking out daily. Everyone has a tall and slim locker. You can place your small things and clothing there. It is slim so can fit in a backpack width and no bigger. You need to lock up all your things into your luggage and place it in the luggage area. By 1100 am there are so many luggages flow outside the storage room into the hallway unsecure and unlocked. 3. There are 5 different locations on the female floor where you need to go to frequently to get settle in. -one big bedroom for the capsules. About 30 beds or so -another room is the private lockers with sink to lock up your personal things. -a large shower room with sinks. -a separate room for toilets with sinks. -a very small locker room to place your luggage So.each night to settle in you need to go to multiple locations back and forth to get things and to use the amenities. This is a wasteful of time. The capsules bedroom, the shower room and the locker room are locked and require to unlock before entering. 4. The hostel is only 4-5 years old but there are a lot of peeled off wall paper that is growing mold underneath. However, the facility is not doing anything to address the mold issue or the peeling wall paper. They need to replace the peeled wall paper and treat the mold issue.

- KURUMI (8/5): 今回はKアリーナ横浜でイベントがあったので駅も近くてKアリも徒歩で行ける距離でとても良かったです！！ - スタッフさんおひとりおひとりの対応が良かった。 施設も綺麗で良かった！ ロッカーをもう少し多くして欲しい こちらは、施設側の責任では無いのかもしれないのですが、間違えて私が部屋？にいる時に違う人が入ってきたり、帰ってきたらパジャマ類が入ってるアメニティの袋が無かったり スタッフさんはきっと入れてると思うので誰かが部屋を間違えてそのまま持って行っちゃったのかなと思うのでもう少し部屋番を分かりやすくして欲しいです🙇🏻♀️

- Sergi (8/5): Perfecte per una estada curta i vas per feina - Bon preu. És un establiment honest en el sentit que ofereix el que té. He pogut passar una nit i descansar en un lloc cèntric a Yokohama, no esperava més. Te uns banys termals que valen la pena. Ho recomano per estades curtes. Personal poc preparat per estrangers. L'habitació per guardar la maleta era massa fàcilment accessible. Pel matí és una mica caòtic.
