• Robert J (8/5): A good deal! - This is a low cost 3 star hotel. It was very clean and quiet. They provided us a hot pot and some coffee, a refrigerator in the room and a hair dryer. This was our second time to stay here. We will probably come back. We have no complaints.

• Daniel (9/5): Recommendable Hotel with great service - By far, the staff! They were all very friendly. They helped me with my trip to Banteay Chhmar. Also arranged transport for me to go back to SR. The room was very big, had a nice bed. The bathroom was fine aswell. Wifi worked perfectly. Would recomment this Hotel, if you're planning to visit Banteay Chhmar or just for a layover to Poi Pet / Battambang.
• Kate (5/5): A Dump Place! - Walking distance to nearby major market and restaurants. Room size is smaller than the photos, less than 18(?) square meters, never worth paying extra US$ for the Upgrade to deluxe twin room~!~ Building right next to a new high rise bank complex, exterior photos taken ages back?! Room at the back on G/F facing a brick wall, with GLS school next door, dark and gloomy. Mosquitos & cockroaches abundant inside. Shower next to the pot and got wet all over the floor. Night shift duty refused to offer me one extra pillow with no obvious reasons... Local guests spoke loud early morning, felt like in China again!

The person checking me in could see I was hot from cycling and immediately offered me some cold water, very much appreciated. As far as options in the area, this is one of your best bets. Clean rooms and does exactly what it says on the label. They also very kindly allowed me to keep my bike in my room.

• Anthony (7/5): One night stay - Location is perfect for travelling through I have cycled through sisophon before and breaks the journey perfectly. It's very basic accomadation and not a comfy sleep. It fit the purpose with limited other choice's

• James (8/5): - A nice inexpensive hotel. The room was clean and orderly. The hotel itself is located right at major intersection with highway 6, which makes it convenient to get in and out of town. The Phnom Svay Restaurant is around the corner serving good reasonable food, and Phnom Svay itself is close by for a walk around and explore session. A few short blocks to the southeast is the major central market area which has anything you’d need. Good place for a short stay, definitely.

• Sean (6/5): - I really thought that the staff was super friendly and I felt safe. The WiFi was great but I have to be honest. The hotel did not look like the pictures and maybe it’s because I’m a foreigner but I’ll never get used to a bathroom that doubles as a shower where EVERYTHING gets wet when you take a shower, and I mean everything, so you’re walking in water for the rest of the day whenever you need to use the toilet or wash your hands. No hot water and no toilet paper.
• Elizabeth (8/5): The customer service needs to be more considerate! - It is a nice hotel. Staff are a bit business- like and not very caring! My friend who shared the room with me ( nearly 70 years old) was asked to wait in the outdoor foyer area (40 degree day) until I arrived- because the booking was in my name! She waited outside more than 1hour!! This matter could have been resolved very easily by doing an ID CHECK on me! The staff needed to show more human kindness- which they failed to do! It was transactional service!

• Ste (8/5): Great stop off point from bkk - Simple easy lodging, traditional khmer atmosphere with surrounding areas worth a visit for a day or two , i would recommend for a visit if traveling from thailand through to siem reap/ phnom phen.

• Andrew (6/5): Decent enough hostel - Sisophon is a great place to visit ancient ruins that you can really explore without the crowds that you see at Angkor Wat. The hotel was ok but the greeting at the reception is a bit aggressive and her prices for a taxi to the ruins and laundry is more expensive than other touristy places. However, you don't need to spend more than 1 or 2 nights there.

• Robert (8/5): Great bolt hole in Serey Sophorn - There's not a huge choice in Serey Sophorn so we were pleased to find the Botoum, check in was pretty functional, and we never worked out whether there was any in hotel dining, but the room was very clean and comfortable, as are the common areas. The cleaning staff were very friendly and happy, which I think shows in the general appearance.
• Sebastian (8/5): Gut gelegenes, etwas größeres Hotel - Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt. Vielen, vielen Dank für den fantastischen Service! Das Personal half beim Organisieren einer Tour, beim Kauf einer SIM Karte oder auch beim Buchen des Busses zur Weiterreise. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: die Dusche war durchgehend kalt. Bei einem kleinen Guesthouse eher zu erwarten, bei einem Hotel dieser Größe sollte das nicht so sein.

• pascal (10/5): bon hotel de province - peu d’hôtel à Sisophon et donc le choix reste limité. aucun par exemple avec une piscine pour se rafraichir un peu. malgré tout cet hôtel est très correct pour un tarif très raisonnable. un seul bémol: pas à notre connaissance de petit déjeuner qu'il faut prendre en ville dans un des nombreux restaurants. la ville est intéressante à découvrir !
