Wun Ting (7/5): 需注意押金退還問題 - 房間很大乾淨可以洗衣服地點不錯蓮蓬頭已經很舊了會一直旁邊噴出水來電熱水器不是很熱入住需要押金兩百馬幣我給現金但退房的時候他們不是給我現金說三天後要用轉帳或是信用卡退回等了一個禮拜多都沒消息中途聯絡一直給我已讀不回等了九天我才拿到押金我不知道他們作業流程是什麼問題但房間是沒問題就是押金這部份我看不懂為什麼不退現金給我？

Il personale è cordiale ed è stato disponibile per tenere i bagagli prima del check in e per un check out presto al mattino. La zona relax con piscina, palestra ecc BELLISSIMA peccato per la pioggia che non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne La pulizia non è il massimo, in camera c’erano gli asciugami sporchi, aloni sui vetri, capelli sul pavimento. Sicuramente per le potenzialità della struttura ci aspettavamo di più.

Nathan (8/5): - The host, Mr Monir was very responsive and helpful. The location was good - walkable to bukit bintang and Petronas towers, with decent food and mall options available nearby. Rooms were spacious. The washing machine stretched our clothes and the dryer didn't work. When I explained this to the host he said hang it outside and wasn't bothered by our clothes being stretched. There isn't much by way of cookery, utensils etc.

florent (7/5): Good overall but long check in - Good location and nice accommodation. Washing machine and detergent is very very good. Wifi was good. Iron in the room is a plus. Shower curtains were dirty. Check in is long and annoying. More drying racks would be better.

Yuqi (3/5): - I really like the facility and the room about the property… The locker is almost broken in my second and third day of stay… the second day, the staff promised me to fix the locker and report the broken locker to his boss. But the third day, the locker was not fixed… so when I tried to get my stuff in the third day staying there, I got locked out and my friends were waiting for me for 30 mins because I needed to call on WhatsApp to fix my locker… it took me 30 mins and the locker was not fixed… Also the attitude of the receptionist was not good… he was a bit rude… he used rude attitude to tell me I didn’t need to take the photos of my key locker when I checked out, but the host required me to do it before I checked in… so I think he needs to update the info to provide me better guidance.

Their rules, they send them at the last moment, there’s a deposit, I was supposed to pay cash, but I needed to go to exchange money which I usually do after getting a shower, this time I wasn’t allowed to check in before I pay in full, after long back and forth the property manager or owner dropped the security deposit, but my experience was pretty much ruined before I even got in, the floor needs to be cleaned with cleaning agent (soap), other than that it was clean, not spotless but pretty much 3 star hotel kind of clean, no complaints.

It was a studio apartment with a double bed, hot water facilities, drinking water, laundry and cooking facilities if you wish to cook. The apartment is fully equipped. Location close to KLCC Staff has room to improve in customer service.

I want to give a special mention to Munir, he is extremely friendly, always helpful, and responds very quickly whenever you need assistance. His support made everything much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Le canapé était dégoûtant. Et traces suspectes partout sur la literie et les murs... Les cafards dans la salle de bain ! Suite à ma plainte le ménage a été refait mais bon...

farhan (2/5): It was an average stay - The location is a 1km-2k Walking distance away from city centre. The tram Is right outside and the station name bukit nanas. The lifts are high speed no need to wait long. 24/7 super market is inside. The price that is being shown on booking.com is a scam. The team at booking.com must take action. Add Rm 50/ day agent commission when you check in. They will demand from you when you reach property with your suit cases and bags. There is no table / desk on ground floor of this particular agent. Add rm 50 if you want early checkin. If you like to cook food in kitchen than you will be greeted by ants.

There are supermarket and convenience stores at ground floor. Not very far from monorail as well, excellent for peak traffic travel. It'd be more helpful to have hooks in the bathroom. The toilet bidet wasn't working well. A few more hangers would also be helpful.

عبدالله (5/5): نتمنى خفض الاسعار .. لعدم وجود خدمات... الميزه موقع البرج ونظافه المبنى.. فقط - مسجل انه يوجد افطار غير صحيح افادونا ان الخطا من البوكينق ... وبشكل عام الفندق شقق مخدومه جيده لايوجد استقبال مثل الفنادق ولابد من حمل الكرت معك في استخدام الصنصير او تتعطل وكذلك لا اعلم عن المسبح الدور 11 للاسف لازم تسال عدم وجود تعليمات الخدمات المتاحه مكان المسبح والدور 11 ورقم المسؤول ورقم النظافه والصيانه يتصلون عليك يريدون التجديد يبونه كاش فقط وهذا سبب لنا حرج ... بشكل عام السعر فوق المتوسط 200رينجت لليوم لمده سته ايام 1200رينجت لايوجد تعليمات ولا لوحه او ورقه تفيد بالخدمات لك ايها النزيل ومكان الخدمات مثل المسبح وتنظيف الغرف ... ووضع الكلور الصباح وقت سباحه النزلاء وهذا مضر للجلد والعيون والمفترض بالليل يضعونه وكذلك لا يوجد افطار ... واسعار الماركت اعلى من الاسواق ولم يخفضالمسؤول السعر لما مددنا الاقامه 6 ايام اخرئ

Host checked in if we had any feedback, so we mentioned that the couch was severely sagging: and we got a new couch the next day. Hosts clearly operate in a hierarchical system, so you watsapp with someone and somebody else shows up, a bit late usually. You have to hand over the keys personally at the end, which is a bit of a hassle. too bad that the big window is in the bedroom, so the living room had no natural light.

Could do with more cutlery. The air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was slightly broken and made a noise that kept me up.
