The location is also great—close to the city center, and within walking distance of both the bus stop and the train station. Manuela is always kind and provides a lot of helpful information. Perhaps because I stayed during Easter, there were occasionally loud performances from the neighboring venue between 9 p.m. ~11 p.m. It was quite noisy during that time, but it became quiet after 11 p.m. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Cuando tenía que entrar a Sicilia pasó el ciclón harry y tuvimos que cambiar el viaje sobre la marcha. Los alojamientos ya estaban pagos. El de palermo y el de Agrillento tuvieron la AMABILIDAD de reembolsarme el dinero de inmediato, pero este alojamiento no conoce esa palabra, ni tiene sensibilidad por el turista. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e molto spaziosa: un luogo in cui si percepisce subito l’attenzione e l’amore con cui è stato pensato. Ogni ambiente è impeccabile e pieno di piccoli particolari che fanno davvero la differenza. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Manuela. La sua ospitalità è qualcosa di raro e prezioso. Fin dal primo momento ci ha fatto sentire letteralmente come a casa, accogliendoci con una gentilezza e una disponibilità fuori dal comune. Durante il soggiorno ci ha coccolato e aiutato in ogni modo possibile, sempre con il sorriso. La colazione è stata un altro momento speciale: ricchissima e deliziosa, con cornetti fragranti e torte fatte in casa davvero squisite. Un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. Manuela ci ha anche consigliato cosa vedere in città, aiutandoci a scoprire Catania nel modo migliore e rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare un posto così curato e, soprattutto, persone così autenticamente ospitali. Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi accolti e coccolati come a casa, questo è il posto giusto. Es hat alles was man braucht, ist sauber und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Manuela hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles zu erklären und Tips zu geben. Kaffee und Tee ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar, das schätze ich sehr! Die Lage ist zentral. Ein bisschen Umgebungslärm für diese Lage ist normal. Die Fenster lassen sich super abdunkeln. Das empfohlene Restaurant war sehr lecker. Ich bin rundum zufrieden 🤗 —

The place is gorgeous, i was in Stanza della musica, beautiful room, great pillows, sheets smelling nice and clean, close to centre and 10 min from the airport. I couldn't ask for more. - Agnieszka (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, spokojna, ale blisko centrum historycznego. Pięknie zaaranżowane wnętrza, czysto i przytulnie. Wspólna przestrzeń ze stołem, gdzie rano było serwowane śniadanie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Wszystko na naprawdę super poziomie.

Ze kan je overal advies over geven (parkeren, tours etc). Ook toen wij een tour naar de Etna gingen maken met vroeg vertrek in de ochtend werd een ontbijt geregeld.

- Elisabeth (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gerne wieder - Frühstück ist italienisch süß. Lage ist sehr gut, alles fußläufig. Sehr nette Eigentümerin. Tolle Kommunikation per Whatsapp. Wir konnten unseren Koffer bis in den späten Nachmittag in der Unterkunft lagern und problemlos abholen.

Unfortunately we could not stay because the city water was shut down. immediately the host arranged a room at her sisters B&B (Catania Over Time) it was FABULOUS and awesome service. a 100% recommendation The host gave us a list of things to do, places to see, where to eat and get local foods. a terrific experience. Friendly, kind exceptional service

- PeterK499 (10/5): A very pleasant stay with some very nice people - We stayed 3 nights. Everyone associated with the B&B are wonderful. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms but it was comfortable and we had no issues sleeping. It is well located to many of the main attractions and not far from restaurants and fish market. Would we stay here again? Yes definitely.

- Cheryl (10/5): Fantastic stay - highly recommend! - Breakfast was great—fresh pastries, yogurt, juices, cappuccino. Manuela, the proprietor, was exceptionally helpful and responsive to the many questions I had (eg, where can I buy a charger/converter for my phone, what is the approximate price of an Uber/taxi to/from the airport, where is the bus stop for the bus to Milazzo, etc.) This was greatly appreciated as I arrived in the evening after traveling nearly 24 hours. Also, she gave really clear instructions describing how to access the property. Earlier this year I stayed at a property in Palermo for several days and the proprietor was essentially MIA, even for critical issues like AC not working in the heat of summer. Manuela was exactly the opposite and I would highly recommend Il Leone Bleu. The property is very conveniently located, clean, and nicely appointed. Staff member Rosanna was very nice and helpful. I think this is already in the property description (I was aware before I arrived) but there is not an elevator/lift, which could be an issue if you have trouble climbing stairs.
