• Shanese (8/5): Convenient, however not the 'cleanest'. - The hotel was a convenient distance from Suria KLCC, which was where we heading towards majority of the days in KL. The overall atmosphere and comfort of the apartment was almost excellent, warm water from the showers that flowed almost instantly, good lighting, as well as spacious. We had a clogged toilet incident but after contacting the person in charge, someone was sent to help fix it. Much appreciated ! HOWEVER, we did have a problem with cleanliness. There were a lot of pre-existing chip bits and crumbs stuck in between the sofa. We also had an incident with a cockroach appearing from one of the bedroom, which resurfaced again two days later. While checking under the bed for the whereabouts of the cockroach, my room mate had discovered another creature (unknown) which was hiding in the floorboard. This is something that should be looked for hygienic reasons. Other than that, the overall experience has been amazing, and I would not mind staying back here :)

• CHING YI (8/5): wifi很棒。房間空間大，整潔，但是就可能比較難找。價格相宜。 - 值得一讚的應該就是wifi了，超級無敵快。然後我們住的是兩房一廳。地方倒是很大，有兩個廁所。然後很整潔。所有電器啊都有，適合4-5個人去住。不過他就是其實是別人類似住宅的地方，然後要打電話給一個人，然後他提示你去樓下信箱打密碼去拿鑰匙，就這裡比較麻煩，如果不趕時間那就沒關係。而且他不是酒店，所以沒有招牌，不是有朋友開車，語言不通可能就不怎麼好找？
• Albert (6/5): Unpleasant stay - Have to wait 30 minutes to check in because room is not clean up. After 30 minutes, we went up and the process is still ongoing. Living hall aircond dripping water. Bathroom have unpleasant smell.
• KOK SIONG (8/5): Nice place, fair price but still not perfect. - 1.Though I rent the whole condo which with 2 queen bed and a sofa bed, at the end I only paid for 1 room with a single queen bed, they have to lock the other room. I gave the room for my wife and kids, enjoy the whole night on sofa "bed". 2.The TV box cannot function well without keyboard & mouse to operate since remote control has limitation. Too bad I didn't bring my laptop, the WiFi is working so great.
• Binx (10/5): Nice location close to KLCC SURIA - Everything is excellent! Clean, comfortable, accessible and simply the best!
• Hafizah (8/5): Middle of a busy city - A good apartment to stay at. Nice ambience. Located near KLCC and The Pavilion. They have a washer and dryer. Parking was not good as we need to park from Level 7 onwards and per entry is RM10.

• Lie (10/5): Nice place. Near to almost anything - The stay was good. All are very accessible. Unit owner is very accommodating and nice as well as the staffs
• Verified traveler (2/5): ROOM WITH STRONG SMOKING SMELLS - 3:45pm we arrived still unable check in... security guard asked us waited at swimming pool there with other 02 family same date check in. finally owner came but told us he waiting for the previous guest return key, ho dont have any spare key..... finally key returned , he told us room still cleaning, cant check in yet..... well almost 6pm finally we can check in, but cleaner still inside the house cleaning.... The owner name is Afendi
• Rina (6/5): Town area & near Hard Rock Cafe KL - Nice place to stay. Comfort & clean. Suitable for senior citizen & family with young kids
• Verified traveler (4/5): - although it written 3 bedroom, please becareful that 1 room there is without any DOOR!
• Helen (8/5): Prisvärt, rymligt och centralt - Rymlig lägenhet, vi var 4 vuxna & 3 barn. Bra centralt läge. Det enda vi var besvikna över var att poolen och gymmet inte ingick, något som ej framgick i presentationen eller vid bokningen.
• Ahmad (4/5): Vortex Suites Review - PROS: -Clean, tidy place -Very fast WiFi CONS: -Service was very unprofessional, the owner met us with a grumpy face and gave us a hard time for requesting what was promised on Hotels.com advert. -We stayed at a very low level, we couldn't enjoy the advertised view or even close -We had to move our own bags up and down, no trolley or bellman -The owner refused to provide the advertised free parking , i had to pay RM10 per use. We got the owners promise when we asked for a reimbursement yet he didn't show up on our checkout time -The TV had no cable or channels, we had to youtube everything and/or use our own digital media -Serious pluming problems, shower water flooded the entire unit and I had to flush it away using primal methods Conclusion: i could have got a room in the Concord nearby with the same amount of money per night. So sad i reserved and will never recommend anyone to go there.
